E-Reader Stuff

So I wanted to know all about the trainers you can download from the e-reader cards. I only have two, Lady Astrid and Gentleman Nils. Also are all the legendaries that aren't in the game regularly all in an E reader card form?
I have an EON ticket so I know those two are. SPOILERS:Lady Astrid's third pokemon is a Shiftry.(You can't see it on the card.) I haven't tried Niles yet.
So post any trainer cards that you have and talk about E-reader pokemon stuff on this thread.
