How to clone ubers?

I know how to clone pokemon with the real glitch on Emerald but is it possible to clone ubers. Because the lady says that you Can't verse anyone with the following pokemon, which are all ubers listed. Can you clone ubers without her saying that?

Yes, you can clone any Pokémon you want. Why wouldn’t you be able to clone ubers?
