The Great War

In a time when Pokéballs never existed and humans had to tame wild Pokémon there was a great war. Two armies fought each other, they trained for months for this event and they knew that the fighting wouldn't stop until the other side was killed. Orudoran Castle is in the middle of this war, and the two armies are coming closer to it, the Queen and Sir Aaron both know that everyone will die if the war isn't stopped. Aaron rushes off to meet up with a Pokémon named Lucario, he brings a staff along with him, Lucario and Aaron find each other and Aaron traps Lucario in the staff. Aaron then rushes to the Tree of World's Beginning, he goes to the core of the tree and gives Mew his Aura to stop the war, this plan works but Aaron is frozen in crystal which kills him.

Hundreds of Years later

Ash Ketchum and his friends have released Lucario, who thinks that Aaron had betrayed everyone. Mew has taken Pikachu to the Tree of World's Beginning and Ash goes after them with Lucario leading the way. In the tree Ash and everyone is attacked by the tree's white blood cells that take the form of Pokémon, and the Regi's are helping the tree. Everyone is captured but Mew sets them free, but almost kills the tree and itself. Lucario learns that Aaron didn't betray everyone, Lucario used his own Aura to save the tree, mew and Orudoran Castle.

Present Day

Ten years after Lucario's death, seven Teenagers have come to Rota and Orudoran Castle to see the festival. None of them know each other but they are about to be chosen to help Lucario, Mew and the Tree of World's Beginning. A Legendary Hunter has come to Rota, all he wants is Mew, but if Mew is taken away from the Tree then all of Rota and Orudoran Castle would be in danger! This hunter goes by the name of The Steel Thief or Ryu Takashi, he hunts Legendary Pokemon and he knows how to put all legendaries under his command by using Mew and the Tree.

So its up to these seven Teenagers to stop him before everything is destroyed!

Apperance: Tere is about average height for a girl her age with dirty-blond hair that falls past her shoulders and kept out of her blue/grey eyes by a black headband. Her usual outfit consists of a dual colored tank top (most often black and a light blue) and a pair of faded jeans. If the weather calls for it, she'll don a brown jacket. She always has a PokeGear and a flame shaped pendent around her neck and a fiery orange wristband on her right wrist. Her shoes are always black with a grey stripe on the side and she always has a small backpack slung over her shoulder.

I just watched the 8th movie last night, it was pretty good. XD

Name: David
Age: 16
Gender: Male

Appearance: David is quite tall standing at the height of 5'11". He has messy aubourn hair, and deep blue eyes. He wears a pair of dark blue jeans, with large pockets on the sides. On his torso, he wears a green sweater with a Pokeball design on the front, and a large, faded image of the badge recieved at Azalea Gym in Johto. In the center of the sweater is a zipper, with a large pocket on each side. In the right pocket, he keeps his Pokeballs. In the left, he keeps items such as potions. There is also a hood on the back of the sweater, and he carries a generic, black bag, for all of his travelling needs. For footwear, he wears a pair of generic, black running shoes.

Furret (Male)
David recieved Furret as a birthday present, and was quickly inspired to travel the world with his new friend. Furret is his oldest companion, and he allows Furret to remain outside of it's Pokeball at all times.

Gardevoir (Female)
One of David's oldest companions, he captured Gardevoir when she was just a Raltz upon arriving in Hoenn.

Grovyle (Male)
David caught Grovyle as a Treeko shortly after arriving in Hoenn as well.

Butterfree (Female)
This was his Mother's Pokemon before she died. David recieved it four years later, after he was well on his Pokemon journey.

Beautifly (Female)
David found Beautifly as a Silcoon. He saved her from a Swellow attack, and she instantly became attatched to him... literally.

Wooper (Male)
Wooper is David's most recently captured Pokemon. It likes to be babied, and often makes Furret jealous because it gets so much attention.

History: Born and raised in Azalea, Johto, David started his Pokemon adventure on his 10th birthday, like most. Instead of recieving a Cyndaquill, Chikorita, or Totodile, however, he was given a Sentret by his parents. He started his journey in Hoenn, capturing many Pokemon along the way. In the end, he didn't get first place in the Hoenn League. He was discouraged, but then decided to continue travelling. He went home to visit his parents, before travelling to Kanto, where he began tackling both the league and contests.

Appearance: Kensune has always been abnormally large, standing at seven feet seven inches tall, and weighing at three hundred seventy-three pounds. He has short, clean, black hair, and a black diamond studded earring in his left ear. his outfit is made up of a black leather jacket, black leather pants, with a black leather belt and a gold belt buckle, black boots, black biker gloves, and a black bandana wrapped around his head. he always carries his pokenav with him and he also carries his large knapsack, which he stores with items.

Age: 17
Gender: Male
Apperance: Mike is tall, skinny and not very muscalar. He wears blue jeans and a large belt to keep his pants from falling off but his belt also holds his pokeballs. He has a red tshirt and a long green jacket that carries most of his suppies. Mike has brown eyes and puffy brown hair. He carries a red backpack that has his bigger suppies.
Pokémon Team: (Char) Charizard, Dragonair, Lapras, Beedrill, and Kadabra
History: MIke is a somewhat experience trainer. He has at least 6 of the Kanto badges. MIke has always been around pokemon and been learning about them. When he was 12 he was sent to the Servii Islands to learn more about pokemon. He left to begin his Pokemon journey from his hometown CInnabar Island to Pallet Town to see Oak for his first Pokemon, charmader. During their travels both Mike and his charmander, Char, have both grown together and his little charmander evolved into a charizard.

Mike is along his way to get his seventh badge but he decideds to take a detour to see great festival being held at Orudoran Castle. He heard something about a tourment being held there and is intrested in particpating in it.

Appearance: Ŝhivera, although she is 13, she is quite small and very skinny for the average 13 year old. She has long jet black hair that reaches past her shoulder. Ŝhivera has a orange hat with a rounded top, that she wears on her head, which has the symbol of a Pokeball on it and also a belt which holds her Pokeballs. She wears a black shirt, with an orange jacket that she wears around the shirt and also black, short pants. Some trainers who had battled Ŝhivera took her as a Goth person, because of her love of Dark Pokemon, but she is just a Trainer with a passion for Dark Pokemon.

History:
When Ŝhivera was a younger child, she had loved to become a Pokemon Co-Ordinator so she started studying Co-Ordination and also Pokemon Battling. When she first started her journey, she started off with a Poochyena, which she nicknamed Shadow. They are now the best of friends and they get along very well. Ŝhivera went into the Hoenn Pokemon Contests and she was able to win all the ribbons to be able to compete in the Pokemon Festival. There she was in the Top 8, and lost to one of the high Co-Ordinators there.
After going considerably well in the Hoenn Festival, Ŝhivera went into the Kanto Festival and was even better than in Hoenn. She got into the Top 4, but then was defeated.

After going through 2 Festivals already, she decided to take a break and then took a "vacation" to Rota and Orudoran Castle for the festival there.

Name: Sinic Lock

Age: 16

Gender: male

Appearance: Sinic has long, dark brown, hair, which is made into a mid sized pony tail, with a dark blue hair tie. His eyes are a bright shade of green, and he wears thin lensesed, black thin glasses. He’s about 5 foot 11, and has a medium, to lean build. He wears a sleeveless black shirt, and a dark short sleeved vest over it. His pants are simply black cargo jeans. He has a newer version of the Pokegear which is strapped into his wrist, it’s a map, phone, camera, and of course a watch. It’s design is very similar to the original, it’s the screen that has been updates.

Pokémon Team:
Espeon (Cy. Male): Once a little Eevee he found playing in his mom’s garden, has now become the strongest member of his team. This former Eevee, is, and was more so, a tad lazy, and loved to lounge in the sun, this is why it evolved into and Espeon

Murkrow (Night. Female): Sinic’s second pokemon, and on commonly nice Murkrow, that dived into to one of Sinic’s pokeballs, that was in a stream, the reason for this being, is it looked shiny, and shiny things fill Night with glee. Though she is usually nice, she does have a very short fuse, but shiny things seem to calm her down, that is why Sinic regularly polishes her pokeball.

Zangoose (Lash Male)Found after his first week in Hoenn, this Zangoose, is still very young, and still small, it is very energetic, and a bit mischievous, he usually either, lightens up the mood when the group is down, or makes every other pokemon want to strangle him.

Ivysaur (Bloom Female): Caught on his resent trip to Kanto, once a stolen Bulbasaur, that was with a group of other stolen starts, after Sinic managed to catch them, professor Oak was so grateful, he actually gave on of the starts to Sinic, saying the third train was moving to Hoenn anyway.

History: Sinic is a pokemon trainer from Violet city, who above all everything else, enjoys traveling. In fact he has six-teen badges, but can’t enter any leagues, because of the fact he doesn’t have a set of eight from one region, this, though does not bother him, when he wants to get a set, he will, right now he’s fine with just training. Sinic soon plans to go back to Johto to earn the last of the badges there, but first, decide to come to Rota and Orudoran Castle, after all it’s an interesting place that he has yet to visit, he would kick himself if he didn’t go.

Kai looked around, Rota seemed like a nice place but what really interested him was Orudoran Castle and the Tree of World's Beginning. He walked across the bridge that led to the castle, everyone was dressed in costumes from the time of the hero Sir Aaron. Kai read the guide book that he was holding, costumes were being given out inside the castle and there was a Tournement to decide who was going to be playing the role of Sir Aaron. "Sounds great, right Weavile?" The two Weaviles following him smiled, they just loved to battle and it would be a great tournement.

"Weavile!" They said in unsion, Kai smiled and continued walking towards Orudoran Castle.

"Maybe we'll get to meet some new people.." Kai muttered, the two Weaviles jumped onto eitherside of the bridge and began running full speed towards the castle.

"Wea Weavile!" Kai ran after them, they weren't supposed to race each other, they were supposed to stay with him.

"Get back here you two!"

[Alana]

Tere smiled as she gazed up at Orudoran Castle, thinking about the tournament she and Ninetales were soon going to be competing in. "It's awesome, isn't it Nia?"

'It is indeed, and I'm sure the battles that take place within it will be even better.'

"Yeah, I bet they will be." She consulted the guide book and said, "It says that the costumes we can borrow are in there. I hope I can find something interesting to wear. There are so many people here it'll be hard to find one some one else doesn't already have."

'Don't worry about it, you'll find something and I'm sure you'll...what? Why are you looking at me like that?'

Tere quickly removed the smile from her face and said innocently, "Oh, nothing. Just thinking."

Nia stared at her in an accusatory fashion but didn't push the matter. She turned her elegant head towards the sound of a shout she had heard. 'Look, Weavile.'

Tere turned to see two Weavile running across the bridge with a boy in hot pursuit. "Better get out of the way," she said, taking a step sideways to make way for them.

'They seem to be causing trouble for their trainer, should we help him?'

"They won't get past this many people," she swept a hand towards the mass of people around them, "without being slowed."

'Well, a little help wouldn't hurt anything.' The cream colored fox stepped in the path of the two Pokemon and crouched low to the ground, looking as if she were about to spring.

"Don't hurt yourself," said Tere cheerfully, leaning back on one foot to watch.

"This place really is unique..." I noted aloud as I walked down one of Orudoran Castle's ancient hallways. It was apparent that there was a lot of history to this builiding, and it was simply breathtaking. Furret, who was sleeping inside my bag, quickly jumped upwards when I spoke. "Heh, sorry if I woke you. I guess it's for the best though, the Tournament is starting soon. I just need to find the costume room..."

"Furreeeet..." The Long Body Pokemon yawned loudly as crawled out from the bag, and onto the ground. It stood on it's hind legs, and began to look at it's surroundings, ears twitching from side to side. My Furret was generally small compared to most, as it was only up to my waist when it stood on it's hind legs. That was okay, though, he was still my best friend, and was in no way a weakling. "Furret?"

"It's okay." I said to it, smiling as I bent down and patted it on the head. "I don't think I'm going to have you enter. I know you're tired still from fighting that Noctowl yesterday." The Furret nodded in agreement, and climbed up into my bag once more, only it's head sticking out to survey the area around it. "Now... costume room... costume room..."

Name: Ryu Takashi
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Apperance: Looks very young, and so most people dont believe him when he tells of his age. Ryu has sandy blonde hair and sapphire blue eyes. He often has a pair of goggles with him, if ever the circumstance arrived where he had to go somewhere where eye protection were needed. Although somewhat thin, dont let your eyes fool you...Ryu is quite strong and is also very trained in the art of wave guiding, being in a family disciplined in the art.
Wears a black pokeball necklace, it is unknown if this pokeball was an actual functioning pokeball or not...
Pokémon Team: Ever changing
History: Trained in the art of wave guiding, and very knowledgable in it. Family trained him to the limits of his body in order to create a strong, confident and impossible to beat trainer. As a teen, after hearing about the legendary pokemon and their immense power, Ryu decided he would hunt them, and use his ability of Wave Guiding to drain their energy, and supply it all to himself. But he knew that each legendary pokemon was able to trump each other in some way or form, and thus he researched and trained his numerous pokemon to high levels of power. Finally years of hard work paid off as he reached the ultimate level of all his pokemon, ultimate power and found the one tidbit he needed...Mew was the apparently genetic "beginning" of every pokemon, or so the legend told. And so Ryu figured, if he could get a hold of Mew, and use it's power..he could pretty much obtain each legendary in the world..and literally have everything in his power.

But the first step was to head to Rota...

RP TIME
Ryu arrived at Rota, and smirked as he twirled the black sphere dangling at the end of his necklace. His sapphire blue eyes scanned the bridge as it was littered with people. Immediately, a Rotan greeter handed out brochures, welcoming him along with the other travelers to Rota, home of Orudoran Castle.

"The tournament to see who gets to play the part of Sir Aaron is being held later today, please join if you wish! Also, the costume shop is just in town not too far from here. Please dress up and join the festivities!" the aqua-green haired girl announced.

"Fine, but dont blame me if any pokemon die or are injured.." Ryu muttered under his breath. "Alright then, lets do this." Off the young man went, heading across the bridge as he noticed two Weavile scamper ahead of him, with a Ninetales coming into their path, possibly in an attempt to halt their antics.

"Pokemon who dont even listen to their trainers arent worth having, it'd be expected that a trainer who put forth their time to train them would in turn be given respect as well...Maybe whoever they belong to is also pathetic.." Ryu moved into the middle of the path, following the Weavile and not caring if their trainer would happen to bump into them.

Mike was flying quickly towards Orudoran Castle in Rota on his charizard, Char. He was excited about this tournament her has heard so much about. Mike then said, "Ready to battle Char? This is going to be our first big battle."

Char let out a approval roar and nodded as she flew closer to the castle.

Mike felt confident about this tournament because he knows that Char is his most powerful pokemon with the widest range of attacks possible. With her help he was able to take down many of the gym leaders leaving only two left. Still he had to give thanks to his other pokemon since they are also a valuable to his wins too. They were all well trained. His most prized pokemon next to Char was Beedrill who has been with him the longest and is a very powerful fighter and his Kadabra who provides aid to Char in battles with Protects and a few eletrical attacks.

The two then landed on the bridge leading to Orudoran Castle. Mike and Char then began to walk towards the castle while amiring their surroundings. It seems as if the whole town was celebrating this festival with booths and other things.

Mike then said, "Well looks like we are here. FIrst I need to get dress for the event. We are going to win this one!" He knew that the winner of this event was going to play the role of an anicent hero and dressing up was part of the tournment.

Char let out a roar as the two began to enter the castle.

"Weav?" One of the Weaviles looked at the Ninetails, it shrugged and jumped over the fox Pokemon. The other one followed suit, Kai was still hot on their heels. A young man and a girl moved to the side, Kai thanked them quickly and continued to chase after his two Weaviles. He ran to the side of Ninetails and continued the chase, heading inside the Orudoran Castle.

"Stop!"

Sinic was happily exploring the area, as his Murkrow relaxed on his shoulder, and his Espeon walked steadily beside him. “You know, if you don’t want to walk, you can chill in your ball.” Sinic said as Cy looked up at him and smiled, simply saying “Espe eon Espeon.” It seemed unusually peppy, most likely it was feeling Sinic’s excitement being in such an interesting place.

Sinic smiled back, and looked around a bit, then dug his face into his guide book. “Says they’ll be a tournament to decide a role…. Well whatever, were always ready for a good battle aren’t we guys?” The two pokemon both smirked, they were hoping for it actually.

As Sinic looked around again to see two Weavile running around, and some yelling stop. “Cy use psy…” Sinic stopped in his tracks, these were dark pokemon, Sinic then pulled out a pokeball, and let out his Ivysaur. “Bloom, you think you can use vine whip, and stop though hyper Weaviles?” Bloom nodded, as the vines head for the two dark pokemon.

"You're... kidding!?"

"Furret!"

"This is the entrance! I did a whole lap and I didn't see anything like a costume room!" I exclaimed, quite angry with myself at this point. It wasn't like me to do that sort of thing, really. Of course, I had gotten caught up in the scenery, so I may have overlooked it accidentally.

Something suddenly caught my attention. Two small, mischevious looking Pokemon running away from their trainer. I pulled my dex out of my left pocket to collect data on them. "Weaville, huh?" It looked as though that other trainer was going to have it under control, so I began to walk away. I was stopped when Furret leapt out of my bag and ran towards the growing group of Pokemon.

"Wait!" I called as I chased after him. The problem with Furret was that he loved getting into trouble.

[Team Galaxy]

Ryu laughed and followed. Upon nearing the boy he reached into his pocket and pulled out an Ultra Ball, and released a Hitmonlee which began to run along with him. "Alright Hitmonlee," Ryu began to say after seeing an Ivysaur being released with a Vine Whip being used "After the Vine Whip, go up and use Double Kick on them to knock them back, but dont hurt them..we can do that later...if we meet them I mean to say. Hmph." Ryu said arrogantly.

"Hitmooonnn!" The fighting Pokemon said in agreement. Hitmonlee jumped in and dashed alongside the vines from another trainers Ivysaur, ready to strick out with a Double Kick, each kick hitting one of the two Weaviles. Ryu understood that they were Dark and Ice, and that Dark was weak to fighting, and so that is why he choose Hitmonlee for this particular situation, and the reason why he asked Hitmonlee to hold back a bit. A full force Double Kick would seriously harm the small creatures from his highly trained fighter.

Both Weaviles were kicked to the ground, the vines missed them but the kicks did hurt. "Weav.."

"What the?" Kai looked at the Hitmonlee, he was thankful that the two were stopped but this Hitmonlee didn't have to attack them. "Thanks... I guess.." He returned both his Weaviles and let out his Quilava, he always kept atleast one Pokemon out.

"Quil!" Kai looked at all the trainers, they didn't have costumes on yet but he knew they were also heading to the costume room.

"Do you guys need help finding the costume room?" Kai held up his guide book, which contained a map of the castle that had directions to important rooms for the festival, including the costume room. "I was just about to go there.."

[charizard_maa]

Mike was roaming around in the castle with Char by his side. He had no idea where he was going but Mike was always like that. It didn't help to have a flying type pokemon to travel with since Char had no idea where they were going too. Mike then said, "Looks like we are lost again girl."

Char smiled and kept walking next to Mike.

Mike shrugged and knew that being lost was sometimes a good thing since they are able to look and battle whatever they see. That how he and his pokemon have gotten so strong. Luckily he had Kadabra to help them find a pokemon center if any of his pokemon got hurt.

Mike then saw a few strange looking pokemon that he knew as Weaviles. He then heard one of the people there said, ""Do you guys need help finding the costume room? I was just about to go there.." The guy held a book in his hand.

Mike walked over to the guy and said, "Yeah. Me and Char are trying to find the costume room but..." He laughed and said, "Well we can't find it."

[Team Galaxy]

"You're welcome kid...Hah.. Yeah, we'll be heading to the Costume shop, but since we're all going there I suppose we can go together. Your work is done Hitmonlee, but thanks." Hitmonlee nodded and bowed. Ryu returned Hitmonlee to his pokeball and looked at the boy whom owned the Weavile. "So whats your name kid?"

[Clow]

Sinic frowned “I had things handled… Were did that kicking fiend come from anyway?” Sinic said, as his three pokemon looked around. He then noticed a Furret, running toward the group. Sinic walked in front of it. “Well hello, I didn’t think I would see one of you until I got back home.” Sinic said pulling of his pokegear.

“Smile for the camera, you’re a cool looking Furret, a bit small, but that’s not bad.” Sinic said snapping a pick of the normal type pokemon. He then noticed a guy running after him. “Yo this, little scamp here yours?” Sinic said looking at David, then turning to Kai. “um I guess… were just looking around, but we have to go there at some point.”

Sinic said then noticing there was another person joining the group. ‘Man this is becoming a popular spot, oh well, go with the flow and all that.” Sinic thought putting his hands behind his head. He then noticed the apparent owner of the Hitmonlee, he was going to say something, but then a again, his pokemon didn’t get whacked upside the head.

[Alana]

Tere shook her head as the two Weavile and their trainer shot past. Nia wasn't about to give up now that she had gotten involved though. With a grin at her trainer, the Ninetales sprinted after the them. "Why couldn't I have gotten a good little Ninetales that knew when to keep her nose out of other people's business?" She sighed and hurried after her.

By the time they had caught them the Weavile had already been stopped by another trainer and his Hitmonlee. She nodded to herself in approval of the attack but thought that another method could have been used. "Guess you missed out, huh Nia?"

'Yeah, bummer isn't it?'

"Not really," she paused to listen to the trainer of the Weavile talk then continued, "we do need costumes. It couldn't hurt to follow them rather than trying to find it on our own. I'm sure the guide has directions but this would be the quicker way."

'Yeah, even with the guise you'd probably get lost for a month before you managed to find the place.'

"Ha ha," Tere replied sourly. Nia grinned wolfishly at her then turned and waited for the others to lead them to the costume room. Tere stared down at her Pokemon, trying hard to decide what kind of costume to force her into once she was festively dressed.

"Yeah... he's mine alright." I sighed as I began catching my breath. Furret took advantage of my slouching over to hop onto my back and into my bag once again. It stuck it's upper body out and planted it's hands on my right shoulder along with it's head. It gave an enthusiastic 'hello' cry. "Er... thanks, I guess. He has a tendancy of running away when he sees something interesting."

"I've actually been looking for the costume shop myself. I've wandered these halls for the past 20 minutes, and I haven't seen anything." Furret began nodding his head, as if he was mocking me. "But where are my manners? My name is David, from Azalea town in Johto, and this is my Furret. Are you all entering the tournament as well?" I asked, noting that kids Hitmonlee. It would be best to evaluate my opponents Pokemon before making my choice for the tournament.

Tere's head turned at the mention of the tournament and she surveyed the boy who had spoken keenly. His Furret looks well trained, I wonder if that's the Pokemon he'll be using. It's a bit on the small side which will give it speed but should also reduce it's power a bit. She remained silent a moment longer then replied to David's question, "I plan to enter," she said cheerfully. "I'm Tere Kenamoki from NewBark Town, Johto. And this," she indicated Nia, "is Nia, the somewhat annoying Ninetales."

'This is a big compliment coming from her. She usually says I'm very annoying.'

Kai smiled, he already made some new friends, but that guy with the Hitmonlee, he seemed like it was hiding something. 'Oh well..' Kai thought, he noticed everyone was introducing themselves. "I'm Kai Motosuya from Velocent Island of the Isle de Sulonce, but I doubt any of you have heard of it.." Kai told them, it was true, not many people knew about the region of Sulonce.

"So, shall we get the rest of the introductions done and then head to the costume room? The tournement is going to start soon, and I'm participating in it.."

"I've heard of the area..but not too much I'm afraid. It didnt seem too important for me to know honestly." Ryu stated, looking at everyone. "So you're all entering the tournament? I see..this should be exciting for you all, just pray you dont have a match against me."

Ryu began to walk towards the way of the costume shop, his hands moving into his pockets. "My Hitmonlee's kicks werent even at one fourth of his strength..." the 21 year old stated with a hint of him being more worthy as a trainer than any of the other trainers.

"We'll, I dont know about you kids, but I might go as a Knight. Any ideas as to what you'll all wear? Oh, and I'm Ryu...remember the name.." He stated, turning his sapphire eyes to the group.

[Clow]

Sinic smiled at David. “Someone else from Johto, good to hear, you got a cool little Furret there.” Sinic said looking at the mischievous furry little creature. “Ok guys, who wants to rest in the ball?” Sinic asked looking at his pokemon. “Mur.” Night simply said getting off his shoulder. “Ivysaur.” Bloom cried out. “Ok guys, in you go I guess, and while I’m at it.”

Sinic said pulling out his forth ball, letting out the small Zangoose, as he started to jump around, slashing the air. “Oh yah I’m Sinic, from Violet City, in Johto, and the and all four of thoughs are mine, Cy here was my first, and even if he’s a little lazy, he’s with me through thick and thin, and this, is Lash, the odd ball in my group.”

Sinic said as Lash smiled, running up and sniffing the Furret, and smiling at it, he was pretty cute for a Zangoose, and he wanted to play with the Furret, Sinic just smiled at his hyper little pokemon. He then look at the other two. “Wow a lot of people from Johto…” Sinic said to himself. Then turned to Kai. “I’ve never heard of it, but tell me were it is later, I love visiting new places, and I hope we pair up, fighting a Weavile would rule.” Sinic smiled then glared a bit at Ryu ‘I hate super cocky people, I think I want to fight him more then Kai, just to shut that trap of his.’ Sinic thought to himself

Furret rolled over onto it's back and began playing with the Zangoose after it was release. I, on the other hand, had other issues to deal with.

"Tch, cocky little..." Deciding it'd be best not to call Ryu names, I halted my sentence and rethought what I was going to say. "Talk is cheap, we'll see how tough it is if it goes up against one of my Pokemon." Furret, at the same time, was growling at Ryu, and had stopped playing with the Zangoose. Apparently, he wasn't getting any better of an impression from him than I was.

"Anyways, we should go get our costumes now." I agreed, giving Ryu a glare as I walked past and ahead of him. I did know where I was going now... I had caught glance of a sign showing where it was. How did I miss it earlier?

MIke heard some of the names of the people that were there. SOme of them were from the Johto region while one of them were from an unknown region that MIke had never heard about. Still MIke thought he might as while introduce himself. He then said, "Well my name is MIke ANone and I from Cinnabar Island. THe charizard behind me is my partner Char. She and me go way back."

Char smiled and roared.

Mike was now following the group to the costume room. He heard one of them saying that he was intrested in dressing up as a knight. Mike thought about it and wonder what costumes they had. He wonder what he will wear.

Sinic turned to Mike. “I visited Cinnabar once, nice place, never got to change the gym leader though, but I’ll head there some other time to do it.” Sinic said turning to Ryu. “Yah we’ll see how well you do, I’m hoping to challenge you right off the bat.” Sinic said giving a smirk, Cy then growled at the man, and bushed his tail.

‘Well this guy isn’t making many friends.' Sinic thought then started walking beside David, Cy, and Lash walking beside his Furret. “Well I see you have the same felling for mister confidence over there… You know I’m starting to like you, let’s keep in touch after this is all over, we only live a town apart anyway.” Sinic said extending his hand, hoping for a hand shake, while his pokemon just happily walk beside his Furret, they seemed to have taken a liking to it as well.

Nia gave Ryu a dirty look but Tere gave her a little nudge to prevent her from saying anything. She did not like Ryu very much but she'd wait to give her opinions until they were on the field. Pretending to be interested in what the others were doing, she allowed her mind to wander to the upcoming tournament. There were a lot of people at the festival and a large portion of them would likely be competing in the tournament. She would have to use a great deal of thought and strategy to win.

'Hey, Earth to Tere,' said Nia in a quiet voice.

Tere blinked and looked down at her Pokemon. "What?"

'The tournament will be starting soon, let's stop chitchatting and just go find the costume room.'

"Why are you so impatient all of a sudden? Getting nervous?"

'No! I just think that we should get ready before we lose the chance to compete.'

Tere smiled but didn't argue with her Pokemon. "All right, I'll just ask for directions, shall I?" She rolled her eyes at her Pokemon's nod and pulled out her guide. She scanned the pages for a moment then looked around the hall and walked in the direction the book indicated. She noticed another member of the group heading in the same direction and decided that she had read the guide correctly and was heading in the right direction.

Ryu shrugged, turning around to stare at them all. "I dont care, we can go right now if you want..I dont really give a crap. And for your sake, I hope I dont kill the poor thing....I'm that good." Ryu grinned and turned back. The group had finally reached the costume shop, with about an hour and a half left until registration for the tournament closed off. Ryu walked inside, heading straight to the help desk to find what he wanted, a modern comfortable knights suit.

The help desk woman helped him to the back and gave him a black body suit to wear, followed by chest and shoulder armor, upper thigh armor and gauntlets for his hand. She rummaged through the boots pile and found the knights boots to place over his shoes. While looking at himself in the full body mirror, Ryu flipped his blonde hair and grinned. "Perfect..."

Soon he left the building, looking at the other members whom were still available. "See you in the battles...good luck. You'll definitely need it..especially Furret boy over there, honestly..why do you keep a Furret? weak man...weak." The 21 year old exclaimed before disappearing towards the Battle Stadium where registration was being done.

{Sorry for not being here! I've kinda forgotten ^^ Now I don't know where to start}

"Wow!" thought Ŝhivera as she gazed up at Orudoran Castle. "It looks very...ancient-like...but I like it anyway! Seems like a nice place! What do you think Shadow and Shadowprint?"

Shadow and Shadowprint, her favourite Pokemon growled their approval. Ŝhivera was holding Shadowprint in her hands and Shadowprint was very persistant to be let down.
"Alright, I'll let you down. But if you don't behave, I'll put you back inside your PokeBall. Understand?"

Shadowprint nodded agreeingly and Ŝhivera let her down. 'I'm just going to look at the guide first. I'm starting to think I'm a bit late to come.' Ŝhivera soon found out that we would be entering a contest and that the winner was going to play the role of an anicent hero. "Oh I would love to be that person. It turns out I have to dress up. Hopefully they have some clothes in there that I would have to wear?"

Ŝhivera walked in slowly to Orudoran Castle with Shadow walking by her side and Shadowprint walking just behind her father like a puppy. As Ŝhivera walked into the castle, she saw people had already started to talk and didn't seem to be as nervous as Ŝhivera.
"Oh, everybody seems to be acustomated to this place already! I already have a feeling I won't fit in here. I should have stuck to Pokemon Contests..."

Shadow nudged her hand softly but Ŝhivera almost fell over, being as weak as she was.
"Thanks Shadow. You always make me feel better."
She hugged her big Mightyena and also her small Poochyena.

Ryu entered the Battle Stadium registration room and walked to the third desk on the left side of the room. Due to the amount of people entering the tournament, several tables were set up, with ten Pokeball trading centers set up around the area for trainers to switch up their team before finalizing their registration, should they so happen to get a glimpse of possible opponents and thus gain a new strategy. Ryu went to a Pokeball trading center and logged in with his Pokemon Trainer ID and password, and looked through his personal database.

The database opened like a web page, and had 50 pokeballs to a page, each pokeball containing a pokemon. Ryu smirked, he never got tired of seeing his database open with 6 pages, meaning he had at least 300 pokemon in his arsenal.

Hmmm...what should I take out? My team is pretty solid, but I want to wow this crowd... Ryu thought as he searched meticulously for Pokemon that would dazzle and wow the crowd, and shut up the ones whom thought they could even stand a chance.

OOC: I just saying this in advance but I going to be absent and unable to be on PC tonight due to a concert I am attending. Just want to give a heads up to anybody who is intrested.

Mike heard one of the comments from Sinic, a kid with long dark hair, and smiled. Mike then said, "Well Cinnabar is a great place. Still the Gym is no easy task. Blaine is a hard gym leader and know how to use his pokemon and the enviroment around him. I have to say if I didn't train Char or the rest of my pokemon well then we won't have standed a chance. Still he was pretty easy right Char?" He then looked at Sinic, "I hope we battle a little later on. I perfer to get a few warm up matchs before I fight really get into this."

Char let out an approving roar as both Mike and Char enter the costume room. Mike saw many different costumes on display but he saw one that intrested him the most. It was had long baggly blue with a single red stripe pants with a place for a belt. Blue and red matching boots. A red and blue button up shirt with puffly sleeves and a fire design ran up the right arm. It had a blue cap with two red feathers in it and a long red and blue cap. Mike liked it and ran to the person in charge of the costumes and said, "I would like the Hero Custume 2."

The old man nodded and got the costume for Mike. Mike the left for a changing room and Char watched to make sure nobody comes by. Mike then appeared in his costume. He looked good in and Char smiled. Mike then said, "Let get register now."

Kensune looks at the Castle in awe. "Looks cool, huh?" he asked his trusty Tyranitar, who was standing right beside him. "Ty!" said the Tyranitar with a hint of contentness in its voice. Kensune and the Tyranitar walked toward the castle, then Kensune's stomach starts to rumble. Tyranitar's stomach rumbles, too. Let's go get some food first." says Kensune. After Kensune and his pokemon (all of them) ate. he turned to go back to the castle, then stooped to look at a poster about a contest with the winner getting the role as an anchient hero. "Meh" Says Kensune with a frown "I'm not really into that sort of thing, But mabye I'll watch it." He turns and walks toward the contest.

Ryu continued to look through his list with each page he passed making it more and more difficult to pick. By now he was on page 3, looking at pokemon 101-150. "Maybe I'll go on the side of my other name..." Ryu said in a barely audible tone. Ryu moved the mouse pointer over to the "Filter" button and clicked it, typing in what he wanted to filter his list of Pokemon to.

Lifting his left arm up slightly to view the time, the blonde man typed "steel" with his remaining hand, making sure he had already checked the "type" box in the parameter "Filter results by::" area. It took a few seconds to load, and his database page updated itself, now displaying all the Pokemon he owned that possessed the "Steel" type.

"Hmmm, some of these would be already obvious....and too common place...so maybe I'll go with you.." Ryu said, with a gleam of mischief in his eyes. He took one of his pokeballs and placed it onto the transport table. It lit up and soon began to de-fragment his pokeball and transmit it to the lab where he was storing it, and then the new pokeball came out. After letting it cool for a moment, he reached in and placed it back onto is Pokeball clip belt.

"This should all suffice for now..The tournament starts in twenty minutes, I hope those losers get here soon. They have to at least watch the great Steel Theif.." He thought to himself. He walked confidently to the registration table, and signed the sheet, saying that he took full responsibilty of any incidents that may or may not occur during the battles, and it was the trainers own free will to enter knowing that a chance of danger was included.

"Yeah, danger, whatever..I dont care." Ryu said to the table attendant. She looked at up oddly and then asked for his Pokeballs for futher registration. He took the miniturized Pokeballs and expanded them to their full size and laid them on the table.

"Thank you....Ryu." The aqua-green haired woman said. She placed his Pokeballs onto the analyzer, having the machine read out the data and strength levels of the pokemon, including health levels if needed. "Oh...My..." she said as her jaw opened.

Ryu turned around, his back towards her and flipped his hair with his right hand. "Whats wrong Miss?" He asked, fully knowing the reason for her awe. His ego inflated even more, to the point where if one were to compare the amount of air in balloons to the inflation size of Ryu's ego that it would roughly be equal to thirty hot air balloons.

"Are you positive you want to put all of these pokemon in the tournament?" she asked.

"Of course, thats why I'm here..." Ryu replied.

"Well, this may give you an unfair advantage to the other trainers.." She said sheepishly.

"Hey, listen..its not my fault that these other doofus's didnt train their Pokemon like I have, not my fault at all." He claimed.

"Alright," she said, finalizing Ryu's entry into the tournament. "There you go, see you in the tournament Ryu." Ryu nodded and placed his pokeballs back onto his belt after miniaturizing them. He looked around one more time and walked into the waiting room of the stadium.

"Hey wait up!" Kai ran after everyone, they seemed to know where they were going now. Finally they had made it to the costume room, Kai searched through the costumes, they didn't really have anything that he liked. He sat down on the ground, wondering what to choose from what they did have, Quilava looked at the different costumes and then pulled one down.

"Quil!"

"Quilava what are you doing?" Kai took the costume from his fire Pokemon, it was Sir Aaron's costume. He put it back and then grabbed one that he knew probably no one would choose. He took it into the change room and then changed into it. Quilava sat down on its hind legs, waiting for Kai to come out.

"Quil?"

"How do you like my costume?" It turns out that Kai did pick a Sir Aaron costume, but he also picked another costume. He had mixed a Knight Armor with other clothing from the Sir Aaron costume, now it was a great costume.

"Quil!" Both Kai and Quilava left the costume room and headed to the Registration Desk for the Battle Tournement. He entered his two Weaviles, his Yanma, his Quilava, and his Seviper.

"Thank you for registering! The first match will begin shortly."

(Note: I'll be pairing all of us for the first matches and then when those matches are done I'll continue to the second round match ups.)

"Hmph, he doesn't intimidate me, anyways. I've met much cockier people than him on my journey." I said to Sinic as I began noticing more and more people dressed in attire suitable for the tournament. The kill comment was a little bit overboard, but it just made me want to destroy him in a battle even more. "I doubt I'll be returning home for a while after this, though, so it may be hard to keep in touch with me. I'm attempting the Kanto League, plus I'm entering all of the contests, as well, so I have my hands full."

After we finally arrived at the costume shop, I left Furret so it could play with Sinic's Pokemon while I searched for a costume. I finally came across one that searched my taste in the various racks. It was a navy blue cloak with a large hood on the back. The edges of the cloak were lined with yellow material, and there was a large yellow symbol on the back that appeared to be a small circle with a wave crashing overtop of it (the symbol on Ash's costume hat in the movie). There were also two navy blue gloves. On the right hand, was the same symbol as on the back of the cloak. The only difference was that the circle was capable of containing the Pokeball of whichever Pokemon I chose. The outfit was completed by a simple pair of brown boots that were designed like those from the medival era.

I located Furret again in the crowd of clothing. "So, how do I look?"

"Furret!" It replied happily as it climbed up and stood on my shoulders so that it weaved around my neck. That guy was going to pay for dissing my Furret.

[Clow]

Sinic smirked. “Busy, busy, busy, well I’m heading back to Johto first thing, and getting the last two badges there, then I’m heading to Kanto, to see what I can do there until the Johto League.” Sinic then noticed they have arrived at the costume shop. After a good while of searching, he found a lavender robe, with two then gloves, some pointed shoes, and a wizard like hat. “Oh I see you’ve found that costume.” The store owners said, as Sinic took it off the rack “And what is this custom, looks kind of odd.” Sinic said trying on the hat.

“Oh we call that the graceful mage custom, seems to drive the girls wild, I personally can’t imagine why.” The owner replied, as Sinic gave him an odd look, then turned to Cy. “Well it does match Cy’s fur, and I guess it’s kind of cool, yah I guess I’ll take it.” Sinic said Heading to a changing room. The robe was a dark lavender color, while the edges of the sleeves, and the bottom were a dark blue color. The hat was pretty plain, while the shoes were a solid blue, and curved up, the gloves were tight, but fit well enough. “You know, I think I actually pull this off, now…” Sinic said releasing his other two pokemon. “Let’s get you guys in the sprit too.” Sinic said looking over the pokemon customs, then turning to his pokemon. Cy and night looked fine, they looked like they were made for a place like this, but Bloom, and Lash, would look great with a little something.

Soon Sinic found a small crown made out of flowers most likely used for village girl of the past, he laid it softly on Bloom’s head, and showed here two a mirror. “What do you think?” Sinic asked his plant pokemon. “Ivy, Ivysaur!” She said in approval. After a bit of searching he found a jester custom, it was red on one side and blue on the other, and the four button alternate from red and blue, the hat was in a similar design, thought there was a red ball on the top.

Sinic quickly put it on Lash, before he had time to protest, and then noticed a face painting kit, with a little effort, Sinic paint a blue mark, mirroring Lash’s red Zangoose mark. “ What do you think Lash? I think you look great!” Sinic said, after a few seconds Lash opened his eyes, and started to get excited. “Zag, Zag, Zag!!!” The pokemon said, Slashing the air as he often did. “Ok calm down body, save it for the tournament.” Sinic said, snapping a quick picture of Lash then heading to the sigh up area. “I’ll show that cocky guy what I can do, I’ll teach him were cockyness gets him, no one insults great pokemon and gets away with it, I have two Furret’s of my own, and there both great, if no else can take him down, I will.” Sinic said as Cy nodded, he was going to try his hardest to fulfill his trainer, and his friends wish.

Ryu stared intensly at the entrance of the room as he leaned against the opposite wall. He watched as each trainer entered the room, staring them down to intimidate them. He looked at the clock sitting on the wall that was in the shape of a pokeball and growled a bit. Just ten more minutes and we can start this thing...I'm ready to go, I'm in it to win it.. his mind cried out.

Ryu was highly competitive, which propelled him so high during his trainings and his hunt for legendary pokemon. Ryu looked down at his hand, and began to pull a bit of wave energy into it, forming a small pea sized orb of blue energy, small enough to not attract attention of the others. It had been quite some time since any wave users were openly walking around showing their skill, and he didnt need any extra attention due to his true reason for showing up in Rota.

I finally arrived in the registration room, and was happy to find a Pokemon Center there as well. I had all of my Pokemon healed, including Furret, than proceeded to the registration desk, where I registered the Pokemon I was going to use. Since I had decided I wasn't going to switch my team up at all while I was in Kanto, I registered a Pokemon from my current party.

After I took a seat in the crowded waiting room, I took out a bowl and poured some PokeChow in it, before dropping a Pokeball onto the ground. The ball opened, and a flash of light shot out to form a Wooper.

"Woopa?" The small blue Pokemon said as it tilted it's head, Furret jumping down to see it.

"You two eat, I've got a battle soon. Hopefully I have what it takes, too. You guys have confidence in me, right?" I asked, and recieved a nod from both, making me smile. The two than started pigging out. I had only caught Wooper a few weeks ago, it wouldn't be a smart move for me to enter it, so I decided it was best to let it out to eat as well. I'd feed the rest of them later on. I placed the Pokeball of my choice in the spot on my right glove, and clenched my fist. That guy was going down, whether I did it or not!

Tere sifted carefully through the costumes, trying to decide which to choose. She had a rough idea of what she wanted but she wasn't finding it. She did manage to find something that looked like it were fit Nia pretty well and removed it from the rack, grinning mischievously. Fortunately her Pokemon was examining some of the other costumes and didn't notice.

Finally she found something that looked like it would work. It was a set of unique looking armor that fit her well and allowed for easy movement. She located a helmet that matched then turned to study herself in the mirror. She certainly looked like a warrior now. She entertained herself for a moment with a few mock karate chops and swings of an invisible sword then turned to Nia for her opinion.

'You looked good up to the sword swinging,' the Ninetales commented lightly.

"Good, now," she grinned and took the outfit she had chosen for Nia off the rack, "your turn."

'Not on your life! You might be able to get Nami into a costume but not me. I won't...hey!' Nia scowled as Tere shoved a hat on her head and attempted to put a purple dress on her. She shook it off and said, 'If I'm going to where anything it's going to be something like yours. Besides, the armor over there is actually made for Pokemon,' she jerked her head over to another rack and walked over to it.

Tere sighed at her failed attempt to get Nia into a ridicules outfit and followed her Pokemon to the rack. "This stuff is just for show, you can't battle in it."

'Maybe I won't battle then. One of the others can take my place.'

Tere rolled her eyes and said, "Well, just in case let's not put this stuff on you until after the tournament. You can where it to the celebrations afterwards."

'Fine, then let's go register.' Tere nodded and returned Nia to her Pokeball before setting off.

Tere looked at the single box on the database page. There were six Pokemon on the screen and she considered each one carefully. She didn't see the need to go and capture every Pokemon she laid eyes on. The only times she chucked a Pokeball were when she felt a pull towards the Pokemon, and not the kind that trainers got when they say a rare Pokemon or one they liked a lot.

Once she had selected the Pokemon she wanted and finished her registration she headed for the Stadium. Her mind soared over the possibilities that lay ahead and formed different strategies for each according the Pokemon she had chosen. The tournament would be starting soon and she was beginning to feel her excitement building. Win or lose, she planned to enjoy herself.

OOC: I personally hope that one of the girls wins because I think it would be funny to see her dressed as Aaron.

Ryu made his way past another set of doors, walking down a dark hallway towards the actual battle arena. The blonde man neared the end, the light from the open-top arena. He looked at the seating arrangement, the audience was slowly filling in, and the arena itself was amazingly large; fully capable of holding large scale battles. In the center of the battle ground was a pool of water, grass surrounding it in various places, with boulders and mountainy area's scattered throughout. Tree's and shrubs were littered near the left side of the pool for hiding of smaller creatures as well.

"One large scale attack could destroy almost this entire field...Hope I'm not first...becaue all of this pretty arranging would go to waste.." Ryu said, turning back to head to the waiting room.

Kensune made sure he had a front-row seat for the big tournament. "This is a disappointment" Kensune said with discouragement. "If I had known battleing was involved, I'd don a stupid costume in no time flat! oh well." Then Kensune gets a grin on his face. "Mabye I'll get to battle the winner after the contest is over" He says with a smile. "If they'll let me, of course." Kensune starts to frown again.

"The contest will start in two minutes!" Yelled the announcer. After hearing these words, the fans started to cheer loudly. Some were exited, some were angry about having to wait, and complaining about dying of anticipation, while others were yelling to people next to them, arrogently shouting out who they thought was going to win, and asking if they were willing to put money on it. Kensune, however was sitting quietly, with his hands on his ears, and his teeth grinding together, thinking to himself " Dang, won't these people shut the heck up? The noise is enough to break the friggin' sound barrior!" But Kensune coped with it, knowing that seeing the trainers battle would be worth it.

Sinic walked up to the entry desk. “Hello sir will you be entering the tournament?” The women asked. “Yes, just a second.” Sinic said then turning to his pokemon. “Ok guys, anyone want to sit this Tourney out? I could switch you with someone else.” Sinic said as his pokemon all shuck there heads, they were already to go, they were all pretty loyal, and hadn’t battled in a while.

“Ok then, miss I believe I’ll enter these four.” Sinic said as the Lady entered some data and smiled back. “There you go, it’s nice to see a considerate trainer, good luck.” She said, as Sinic walked off she gave him a wink, Sinic blushed a little, then tipped his hat off to her. ‘That guy wasn’t kidding, the girls do like these dudes, well that’s cool, I need to get focus though mister “I like to trash talk” Is going down.’ Sinic thought to himself entering the area were the battles were posted.

OOC: DO we need six pokemon for this thing or just the pokemon we mention in our sign up? Just want to know.

Luckily the registration room was easier to find. There was a large group trying to get there but there was enough booths to register at. Mike felt confident in his his pokemon. He had a powerful charizard, beedrill, dragnonair, lapras and kadabra. Char was his only fully evolve pokemon but he could tell that dragonair was close to evolve. She was showing signs in the last battle as in holding something in. Mike was hoping it would be before the tournment but not sure where he could battle.

Mike was then next and he handed his pokeballs to the lady there. The lady then said, "This all you are going to register?"

Mike nodded and said, "Yeah. These pokemon are all."

Mike wanted to battle in his tournment with the pokemon he been training with. He knew that there were going to be others who have more experience pokemon but Mike knew that a little hard work would do the job. MIke then got his pokeballs back and his registration card for the torunment.

OOC: Yeah, I was wondering too. In the movie, the tournament only consists of 1-on-1 battles, and they are taken place in a Colosseum-like stadium without all of that foliage. It was just a normal stadium, really.

(Pairings for the first round are up! Look at the first page! Most of you will be facing NPCs, and I believe Shivera and Tere are facing each other. You may only use three Pokemon per match, you may heal your pokemon after the match. I know it was a 1-1 battle in the movie but I want it to be three Pokemon per match.)

"Attention! All trainers battling in the tournement report to the Waiting Room, there you will find out who you are battling!"

Kai ran around the castle, looking for the arena and the waiting room, behind him was Quilava who was trying to keep up with his trainer. Kai stopped running, which caused Quilava to run right into Kai.

"Quil..." Kai ignored Quilava, he noticed Ryu was looking at something, and then the older trainer walked into a room. Maybe Ryu had walked into the Waiting Room?

"Come on Quilava!" Kai ran towards the room that Ryu went into, it was the Waiting Room. A few trainers were in the room already, there was a computer screen on the wall. The screen had the names of the trainers on it, Kai looked at the screen.

"Quil?"

"It seems I'm battling a girl named Alexis.." Kai sat down on one of the seats they had in the room.

(OOC: Do we have to wait for Clows match to finish before the rest of us start or can we all go at it now and such to get to the next round? Oh, and my character will ask a question semi-important to how he battles, so please answer it Kura)

Ryu looked at the listing and then looked around the room. "Dalis? I wonder who that is.." Ryu shrugged and turned as the door to the waiting room opened. Three men and a beautiful woman entered. The woman was wearing an amazing gown, and a crown, which Ryu took to be the supposed Queen of the castle, and the other men were dressed in Pokemon referee gear.

"Today's tournament will consist of single elimination matches, with each contestant able to put forth three pokemon per match. Once all Pokemon in your team has been confirmed as unable to continue, you will be signified with a loss. The winner will move on. You may heal your team after the match. For those of you with six pokemon registered, you can use any three of those." The lead official announced.

Ryu looked at him and asked, "Do we have to use three Pokemon? Or can I just use two or one?"

The lead official looked to his two other associates and shrugged, not knowing how to answer at the moment. "Hold on sir, we will let you know after our discussion." Then the officials huddled together and began to debate on whether or not 3 was absolutely needed, because they did say that each contest may use up to three Pokemon. It didnt mean they had to.

"Sarah? I don't think we've met a Sarah today, have we Furret?" I asked my companion as we learned of the matchups. I knew one Sarah, my rival, but she was in Johto at that point, so I doubted it was her. All I knew was, that if I won this match, I'd get my chance to face Ryu. That also meant that I'd have to hold off on using any of my secret weapons during the match, but I could do without.

"Sorry buddy, I said I wouldn't have you battle today, but I think I may need you for the first match!" The Furret gave a serious nod in response, before I went back to thinking about which three I'd use in the upcoming match.

(I think everyone can start and then wait until everyone is done so the match ups for the second round can be put up..)

"You have to use three Pokemon, but if you do not have three Pokemon then the match will become a special match. Meaning the trainer will have to use the same ammount of Pokemon that his or her opponet has." The official told Ryu, Kai listened to this, he was going to ask the same question but Ryu beat him to it.

"So when do the matches start?"

"Well, when everyone gets here then we can explain what is going to happen. We have many arenas throughout the castle, so we might have everyone battle in a different arena. But we'll just have to wait until the rest of the trainers get here... So the matches will actually begin in about thirty minutes, or less.."

"Okay, thanks for telling me..." Kai waited in silence for the other trainers to get to the waiting room. There wasn't much to do except thinking about the matches and how to beat the opponet..

"Hmm, maybe I should've brought less Pokemon then, but oh well." Ryu said. He looked over and grinned. "Hey Furret boy, beat your trainer, and we'll face off..Just like you wanted to eh? Better heal up though.." Ryu laughed and walked to one of the officials, asking where his room for battle would be.

"Your battling room with Dalis will be BA 19. But it would be advised that you wait for your opponent to arrive so we can-" the official was cut off as a red haired teen, possibly no more than 15 years of age popped up. "Thats me, I'm Dalis. Sorry I'm late, I had to go to the bathroom. I take it you're Ryu then?"

"Yeah, thats me kid..so lets go..hurry up. BA 19 is our room..so which hall do we take to get there?" Ryu asked very impatiently.

"Well, go down that hall down there, and its on the left. All of the Battle Stadiums seating arrangements are above the battle rooms around here, and as a bonus teaser, there are camera's in the rooms, which we feed directly to the audience outside while they wait for the second round contestants to appear. It really gets their blood flowing and it lets them know how the trainers are this time." the official replied.

Ryu nodded and took off towards the hall, leaving Dalis behind as he headed for BA 19. "Wow, that guys kinda rude." Dalis said, tugging on his black vest.

"Yes, he very much is...but maybe he has reason to be..so be careful son." the official said, watching Dalis nod and head off towards the same hallway that Ryu disappeared into.

Dalis ran, his shoes hitting the brick walkway as he searched for BA 19. The teen entered to find Ryu standing at a heightened stage, overlooking a field covered in grass. Alright! My kind of field, I lucked out, seriously! Dalis exclaimed with glee within his mind. Soon the red haired lad climbed up his stage and smiled, waving to Ryu.

"What the heck do you want kid? Lets do this, I'm in a rush to wipe the competition off the face of this planet." Ryu shouted out, grabbing three of his Pokeballs. Dalis did the same, grabbing three out of his four pokeballs, which all consisted of grass or bug types. An official entered through a hidden side door and held up red and green flags. Soon a whirring sound was heard as camera's popped out from the ceilings.

"On my left is Dalis, and on my right is Ryu! Three on three elimination match...3...2..1 GO!" the official said as both Ryu and Dalis launched three pokeballs into the grassy field.

OOC: Three Pokemon, one Pokemon at a time, right? If not, I'll edit my post. x.x;

IC: "BA 4, is it?" I asked myself as I pushed the door to the room I'd be battling in open. The room was surprisingly large. It had a lot of seating on both sides, and in the center was the battlefield, which was decorated like a forest. There were trees and grass on both the left and right side of the arena, but in the center was a section of water meant to look like a stream. I stepped forward onto a blue area that jutted out onto the field, a red one meant for my opponent on the opposite side. Furret twitched nervously on my shoulder as we waited for our oppenent to arrive.

After about a two minute wait, a girl entered from the other side, and took her position. She was only about four inches sorter than me, and had long, wavy, blonde hair that stopped at her lower back. On her forehead, she wore a green bandana with the same Azalea Gym Badge symbol that was on the back of my sweater. Her costume was that of a standard miko, the only difference being the green and white colour scheme rather than the red and white.

"Think of my surprise when I realized it was you I'm fighting." The girl began her taunt. "I hope you've improved since we fought at the Silver Conference in Johto. You lost pretty pathetically."

"Heh, nice to see you too, Sarah. I thought you were doing some more travelling in Johto, why are you all the way out here?" I replied. It wasn't that we disliked each other, in one way or another we saw each other as friends. We had grown up together after all.

"What are you, stupid? I come to this thing every year. My parents and your parents are here too! Bugsy always brings them!" With that she pointed to the audience, where her parents, and my own, where visible at the front row, along with a boy in purple hair, no older than myself. He was Bugsy, the Azalea Gym Leader. Sarah and I had both trained under him before starting our journey, but in the end all three of us were friends. I waved to the group, who were waving at me, before the referee brought my back to the reality of the situation. "Remember David, don't come crying to me when you lose again!"

"Ha, I'm a much stronger trainer now compared to when we fought at the Silver Conference!" I yelled back as I removed a Pokeball from my glove, and pressing the button to enlarge it. Sarah took a ball from her necklace, and did the same.

"Are both of the participants ready?" The referee asked. We both nodded. "Then let the first of three one-on-one Pokemon battles commence!" He then through his flags down, and we both threw our Pokeballs onto the field.

"Go! Wooper!"
"Come forth! Lanturn!"

MIke heard an announcement calling them all to the waiting room. Mike and Char ran over there not to be late. Mike's cape was fluttering as he ran. He liked his costume.

MIke and Char finally made it to the waiting room where they all recieved instructions on the tournment. They were going to be three on three battles in different arenas. THey even had the pairing for the first round posted. Mike saw that he will be battling a girl named Katie. He smiled saying "This should be intresting right Char?"

He then heard a laugh from behind them. Mike shivered and turned around. What he saw scared him. There was a girl in a yellow dress. IT had frills and a scarf that loooked like a jolteon's mane. She had long brown hair. She then said, "So you are MIke. I have heard some things about you. Your battles seem to be something to watch with your pokemon attacks."

"Do I know you?" asked Mike.

"No but I will defeat you!" said the girl. She then smiled and looked at CHar, "I have many different ways to defeat that charizard of yours. Water, rock, eletric. Doesn't matter because it going down. I know you will use that charizard in your first round match."

Mike then nodded and said, "Well yes I will and I believe you are Katie. Mike is my name."

Katie nodded and said, "THen you willl surely be defeated. If you are basing your victory on that thing then prepare to use."

There was then anouncment. "WIll Mike Anone and Katie Stand report to battle arena 5 in the next five minutes."

Mike smiled and said, "We not going to base our victory on just you CHar. e are smart enough and that why we have the others." MIke and Char then walked to towards the arena and MIke said, "Battle time!!!" Char then roared.

(OCC: Yah sorry I haven’t been able to get on PC, like a lot of other people, how you guys did is a mystery to me….)

Sinic then walked up to the counter, after seeing he was battling someone named person name Aero. “So um were is my battle?” Sinic asked, wanting to get the show on the road. “Your battle would be in area AB 6.” She said as Sinic quickly ran over there entering the door, to see the arena inside.

Sinic, Lash, and Cy looked at the area in awe, it looked like they were on a beach, sand was the basic part of the area, but there was also palm trees, and water near the very edges. After admiring the area for a few minutes, a boy, with silvery, short, hair, and light blue eyes walked in. He looked to be maybe a tad younger then Sinic, and he was wearing a brown leotard, with a brown feathery hat, and a small brown cape, he looked to be an archer.

“So you’re who I’m battling? What a terrible costume, you don’t look all that tough, this shouldn’t take long.” He said chuckling a bit giving a smirk. Sinic just smiled. “Aren’t I lucky, a cocky guy like you gets me al steamed up, this should be over in no time.” Sinic said as the trainer smile got a tad nervous. “Talk is cheap, let’s just go, come on Marowak!” The trainer said as the bone wielding pokemon emerged from it’s ball. “Ok then, I’ll state with you Lash, take him down!”

Sinic said Lash dashing on the field, pulling his clothes off and tossing the to the side, his blue pait mark the only thing remaining. “Ha, that guys a shrimp for a Zangoose!” He said laughing. “Your stupid if you think size matters when it comes to pokemon, know Lash start of with Crush Claw!” Sinic said as the Claws start to glow, and Lash jumped in the air, about to bring the attack right into the Marowak.

Ryu sent out three Pokemon, Tyranitar, Camerupt and Hitmonlee while Dalis sent out Scyther, Venusaur and a Blastoise. The referee looked at them oddly and stepped forward. "You two do realize that it should be one on one with only a maximum of three correct?" The young man looked at the ref and shrugged.

"I wanna get this over with so I can win." Dalis said.

"Good luck kid, you're at a type disadvantage though." Ryu announced while chuckling.

"Oh yeah? Well that weird Camerupt of yours is weak to my Blastoise...but why is it black?" Dalis asked.

Ryu smirked and took a deep breath. "Because you're an idiot who doesnt understand that this is a Shiny Pokemon. A rare breed that occurs once out of every eight thousand or so Pokemon of a certain species. I just so happened to catch it as a Numel, and it evolved, keeping its Shiny rarity. You could say this is a very rare Camerupt, with better stats and everything. Ref, lets make this three vs three, all out win or lose."

The ref nodded and started the battle. The camera zoomed in onto the action in Ryu's room, as well as the other rooms to give the fans and audience members who were seated outside in the main arena insight to the trainers. "Camerupt, stay back. Tyranitar, Hitmonlee, go forward and protect Camerupt!" Ryu announced.

"Fine, Blastoise, use Hydro Pump to soak that fire Pokemon! Scyther, go in for a fury cutter on Tyranitar and Venusaur charge for Solar Beam!" Dalis announced, initiating the attack on Ryu.

"Lets show them what we came for, but lets make it exciting!" Ryu stated. "Tyranitar, Fire Blast that water to negate it. Hitmonlee rush foward to Scyther to stop its attack and use Focus Punch on it!" Tyranitar roared in acknowledgment and breathed hot flames to meet with Blastoises water, forcing both elements to create steam. As the steam was settling, Scyther rushed in to slash at Tyranitar, but Hitmonlee's speed met it faster than it had realized, nailing a hard punch right into the abdomen of the bug pokemon, causing damage and forcing it to back off for a moment.

"Argh...Fine, Blastoise use Skull Bash, Scyther take a moment to relax and Venusaur, go with Solar Beam!" Dalis shouted.

"Alright, Hitmonlee, get up front to take most of the blow then counter with Revenge! Tyranitar use Protect on Solar Beam, and Camerupt, go with Sunny Day!" Hitmonlee moved up front and took Skull Bash, then countered immediately with an attack following the heavy skull of Blastoise. Hitmonlee leaned back and kicked hard to the side of Blastoise's skull, sending it into the wall nearby and knocking it out cold due to the level of power that Ryu had in all his pokemon from nonstop training and fighting, not to mention the levels at which they were at..More than likely far beyond the levels that were seen in previous years. Tyranitar used Protect, shielding itself from Solar Beam. Then Camerupt focused and used Sunny Day, pushing fake sunlight into the area, upping the damage that fire attacks did.

Alright! I can use Solar Beam again now from the extra energy that Sunny Day is providing...But too bad Blastoise is out..I have to make this work. Dalis thought.

"Alright, Solar Beam again! Scyther use Quick attack!" Dalis cried out.

Ryu had already figured that this would happen and smirked. "No! Tyranitar use Torment, stop that move! Hitmonlee go with Mega Kick and Camerupt go with Focus Energy!" Tyranitar interupted the successful use of Solar Beam with Torment, while Hitmonlee receieved the Quick Attack with it barely doing any harmful damage and attacking with a Mega Kick to the abdomen at full force, sending Scyther crashing into Venusaur as Camerupt brought in energy from Sunny Day which was still affecting the room and by focusing its body.

"Argh, Scyther use Aerial Ace, Venusaur us Vine Whip!" Dalis commanded, feeling the pressure set in. Scyther dashed quickly and attacked Camerupt while Venusaur whipped Tyranitar. The type disadvantage from the grass attack caused Tyranitar to wince, but only slightly since it was far tougher than Venusaur, even if it had the advantage.

"Lets stop this playing around crap. Everyone back off and Camerupt use OVERHEAT!" Tyranitar and Hitmonlee moved away while Camerupts body began to fire up, huge amounts of fire and heat blasting from the small volcanos on its back. The attack hit Scyther and Venusaur as well as the grass and foliage from the themed battle room, causing immense damage as well as getting help from Sunny Day's effect. Both Pokemon were soon declared unable to go on as sprinklers were set off.

"Winner, Ryu!" The ref declared as he raised the flag that represented Ryu's side. Ryu called back his pokemon and kissed the pokeballs. Dalis soon arrived at his side after recalling his Pokemon back and held out his hand.

"Nice match, that was really close."

"No duh. That wasnt close at all kid, I was just messing around the first half..I could've just sent out Overheat right away at the beginning and took your entire team out.." Ryu said, walking past Dalis as he made his way back to the main arena.

"Wow..cocky guy.." Dalis said as he was directed to the nearest healing center. Ryu arrived in the main arena, being the first to finish his match and stood in the center, hearing applause and such from the near thousand members of the audience.

Tere stared around the large arena with her excitement growing. Her opponent was to be some one she hadn't met yet which was only a little disappointing. Still, a surprise would be just as good, if not better, than having any knowledge of her opponent's Pokemon or strategy.

She shifted herself, putting most her weight on her right foot, waiting for Ŝhivera to arrive. She hoped it wouldn't take her long to get there.

OOC: That was a blah post but I didn't want to be left behind. PC can be so evil at times. ^^;

OOC: Sorry about how I basically skipped most of the battle. I had most of it typed out, and then I lost power and lost it all. -.-;

IC: My battle with Sarah didn't drag on for long. The first match was won by my Wooper as she had forgotten that electric attacks wouldn't work on a Wooper. I quickly made her regret her mistake by KOing her Lanturn with my Wooper's Earthquake attack, which drained the river in the center of the field.

The second battle consisted of Sarah's Beedrill against my Beautifly. Beautifly was quickly defeated by Beedrill's superior speed and attack power.

The final match was between her Clefable and my Furret. I had Furret sneak up on Clefable by weaving through the long grass, and slamming it from behind, sending it into the area that used to be the river. She stupidly had Clefable use Thunderbolt, which shocked Clefable into a KO instead due to all of the moisture that still existed from the river.

I made haste to leave the arena as I was declared the winner, knowing Sarah would be ticked at me, and entered the waiting room, taking a seat, as I waited for the next battle to begin..

The cheer of the people in the arena roared. THey were all ready to see a good battle. Mike never had a chance to battle in front of a crowd but he found it exciting. He then saw Katie on the other side. The refree then said, "YOu may begin the battle!"

Katie then threw her pokeball and release an Nosepass. MIke had never seen a pokemon like this one buthe knew that it was a rock type pokemon. He smiled and knew what type of pokemon to use.

"Go Beedrill!!!" said MIke. His beedrill was release and zoomed around ready to battle.

"You not going to use your charizard?" asked Katie. "Well this should be easy. Use Thunder Wave."

"Use TOxic" said Mike.

Nosepass shot a shock wave to paralzes Beedrill. Beedrill shot a a purple junk at Nosspass. Beedrill fell a little but regained his balance and flew up. Nosepass didn't look so good after being hit by the poison attack. IT was serverly poison.

"Rock TOmb." said Katie.

"Break Break" said Mike.

Beedrill was then trapped by rocks that came out of the ground. Beedrill then hit the rocks and broke them a part. He then shot out and hit the nosepass with his stingers. It did a lot of damage since its a fighting attack against a rock type.

"Do it again." said MIke. Beedrill was going to but it then froze. IT seems as if the THunder Wave attack had effected it this turn.

"Use Zap Cannon" said Katie. She was waiting for Beedrill to stop moving. THe surge of eletrical blast was shot and hit Beedrill.

Mike waited to see if Beedrill was going to move. It shook and then fly up. IT was ready to battle again.

"ROck Tomb!!!" said Katie.

"Brick Break." said Mike.

The two attacks reach on but like before Beedrill broke out and hit the nosepass took lots of damage. Beedrill thgen knew down from its attack and the effect of the Thunder Wave.

"Use Zap Cannon to finish it!!" said Katie.

The nosepass was going to charge up for its attack but thne fell to the ground. IT had fainted from the effects of the TOxic attack in the beginning of the battle.

"What. YOu beat it." said Katie. "While bary." She then returned her nosepass. She then announced her next pokemon and release it. "Go Poliwhril."

Mike then asked Beedrill. "You can keep going right?"

Beedrill nodded and the second round began. "Use Sludge BOmb!!!"

"Use Double Slap." said Katie.

(PC can be a real drag sometimes... ;o; This is my RP and all of you are waaay ahead! I'm giving all people who haven't post three days, if they don't post then they will be removed from the RP. I don't want to wait forever for them...)

Kai looked at the screen, everthing lit up and the chart for the tournement came up. He quickly ran over to it, Kai scanned the chart to see that his opponet was a girl named Alexis. 'Alright, lets go and win this battle..' Quilava ran over to him, the fire pokemon must've fallen asleep while waiting for the battle tournement to start.

"Quillll?" Quilava questioned, Kai looked at him and smiled, Quilava followed suit, meaning he also smiled. Kai ran off to find his battle arena room, Quilava quickly ran after him, he searched for a room called A15.

"Found it!" Kai opened the door and revealed the battle arena, it was a rocky terrian, with small mountains and spikes jutting out of the ground. Some of his Pokemon would be at a disadvantage, Quilava might've been able to handle this arena, but the opponet might have Pokemon that are better in an arena like this.

"Quil?" Kai stepped onto his platform and a girl came into the room, she stepped onto her platform and smiled at Kai. She had long black hair and she was wearing a red and white Miko outfit, an oddish was standing beisde her.

"So, your Kai?"

"Yup, and I'm guessing your Alexis?"

"Uh-huh... How about less chat and more battle?"

"Works for me!" Kai sent out one of his Weaviles, who waved to the cameras and started dancing around the rocks.

"What a cute Weavile! Well, I guess I'll have to send out my Vileplume, since she's my strongest..." Alexis sent out a Vileplume, who just sat down and started sleeping. "Oh, I guess I shouldn't make Vileplume stay up all night..."

"The match will begin... NOW!"

"Weavile use Shadow Ball!" Weavile ran over to one of the small mountains and jumped off it, then while it was in midair it started charging up dark energy in its hands.

"Weav..." Weavile finished charging up the dark energy and fired it at Vileplume. "VILE!"

"Vile?" Vileplume woke up and stood up, the Shadow Ball hit it dead on and knocked it backwards. The Vileplume got up and was very angry at Weavile, she used a Petal Dance. Weavile was hit by the attack.

"Vileplume use Mea Drain!" Vileplume used Mega Drain on Weavile, sucking energy from him and giving it to her.

"Weavile, use another Shadow Ball then finish her off with Dark Wave!" Weavile nodded and fired a few shadow balls at the Vileplume, three of them hitting the plant. He then sent a wave of dark energy towards her, which caused her to faint.

"Return!" Alexis returned Vileplume. "This isn't over!" Kai returned Weavile, he then sent in Quilava.

"Show her what you can do Quilava!"

"Time to show you Pokemon number two!" Alexis threw a Pokeball onto the field.

Ryu waved at the crowd, and then left the main stage to head to the waiting room. As he entered he encountered one of the kids from before. "So you're done already? Thats good, I thought I'd be the only one done for a long time...Unless you were battling a trainer far weaker than you...and you yourself are weak too most likely so that'd be quite an accomplishment." Ryu said, sitting down across the room.

He flipped his blonde hair up and laid back, adjusting his Knights armor as he tugged at his black pokeball necklace, staring at the clock. His phone rang and he answered, staring at David. "Hey, did you get the DNA sample from those blundering fools? Yeah? Thats good, just come by and drop it off sometime before 8 tonight, I need to start tracking the blasted creature...Yeah, of course I won you idiot. Im not anywhere near these slow trainers. I'm at least three times the ability of one of the Elite Four...So dont worry. And if I do happen to lose, its because I didnt heal my Pokemon, or by some fluke. Dont worry..yeah..Bye" Ryu stated as he hung up his phone, replacing it in his pocket.

[Soma Peries]

"Sarah isn't weak, neither am I. Don't make accusations, it's very immature." I replied coldly as I fed the three who had participated in the battle after getting Beautifly back from Nurse Joy. By the sound of the phone conversation he had just had, however, it seemed like he was after someone, or something. A lot of rumors of Legendary Pokemon originated from this area...

After he hung up his phone, I couldn't help but make a remark. "So, even if you do lose, you'll claim it was a mistake? Hah. What are you? Four? Five years old. It's like hitting someone and saying you slipped, it's immature."

The poliwhirl slapped the Sludge Bomb juck away and then finally hit Beedrill. Beedrill then hit the ground and fainted. Mike then smiled and knew that Beedrill did his job so he returned him to his pokeball. He did some damage to poliwhirl and knew what to do next. He then said, "Go Lapras."

A large Lapras then appeared. SHe just sat there on the dry land finding it hard to move.

Katie and some in the crowd laugh at Lapras inability to move. MIke shurgged and knew why he sent out Lapras. He then said, "Lapras. Don't listen to them. YOu know how to do this right."

Katie laughed and said, "That pokemon can't even move without water. How can it battle?"

Lapras heard MIke's words and smile. Mike then said, "Use Rain Dance."

At once Lapras let out a yell and clouds began to form and rain began to fall to the ground. A layer of water was around Lapras.

"Use Double Slap." said Katie.

Poliwhirl was going to attack but at the last minute Lapras then slip away. She used the water on the ground to slide.

"Use a Thunder!" said Mike.

Lapras then shot a lightning bolt into the air and it then hit the Poliwhirl. Mike learned about a combo called ThunderDance where a pokemon used Rain Dance then used Thunder to make it rarely miss. Luckilu the Rain Dance allowed Lapras little movement but she also was able to learn an eletric attack.

"Use Hypnoisis" said Katie.

The Poliwhril just stared at Lapras making it fall into its sleep. Karie then said, "Use Mega Punch." The Poliwhirl then punched Lapras. It did that for a few turns before she woke up. By then the rain was lessing. Mike knew this was he need to finish this before the rain stopped so he said, "Thunder again!"

THis time Lapras did the same and it then hit the mark. Poliwhirl then fainted and now it was time for Katie to send out her last pokemon. All Mike knew was that it could take both Lapras and Char out. He wonder what it could be.

[Clow]

As Lash was about to come down into the Marowak, when it used it bone to dig into the sand, and move out of the way. As the Attack landed into the sand, it burst into a giant blast. “Ok know bone club!” Aero said taking advantage of the blast of sand, as the bone came through the sand, Lash thought quick, and block the attack with his strong claws, pushing the pokemon back. “Looks like a stale mate. Hey did I ever tell you what I love about normal type pokemon?” Sinic said as Aero scratched his head. “They have the ability to learn all kinds of moves, such as this one, ice beam!” Sinic yelled as the beam formed from his paws, firing at the near by Marowak.

Aero taken by surprise, didn’t know what to do, as the beam froze Marowak solid. “Know, show him a really crush claw!” Sinic said as the attack landed, shattering the ice, and dealing some great damage. “Hurry, Marowak, use Bonemerang!” He yelled, as the large bone came barreling towered Lash, hitting him clear across the head. Lash was a bit damaged, but was still for the most part fine. “Ok Lash, Jump and use shadowball! And aim it at his head!”

The Zangoose leaped into the air, as a dark ball formed from his large claws and quickly shot towards the Marowak, hitting it in it’s head, not doing much damage, but disorienting him. “Yah perfect!” Sinic said as Aero smirked. “Ha, that barely hurt him at all, what are you so happy about?” Aero asked scratching his head again. “Oh, you’ll find out in five, four, three, two…” Sinic said, as the large bone came back, smacking the confused Marowak clear over the head, it having enough, fainted as Aero returned it. Then throwing a second ball, a Beedrill emerged. “Beedrill, that’s an interesting pokemon… Lash, show them another ice beam!” Sinic yelled, the quick bug moved, so the beam only just hit his wing, the didn’t worry his trainer, but maid Sinic smile.

“Ok use Arial Ace!” Sinic said, as Lash jumped into the air, as his claws glowed, and he came down for an air strike. “Show him a twin needle Beedrill!” He said as the two pokemon came barreling toward each other as both attacks connected, after a few second, Lash fell to the ground, he had taken too much damage. Sinic just smiled returning the pokemon. “well that’s what I get for not sending him to the pokemon center, he wears himself out so easily!” Sinic said as Aero’s mouth fell wide open. “So he wasn’t even at full power?” He asked. “Nope, we haven’t battled in a while, but he has been excising so much he must have been tired, anyway, Cy show him your stuff.” Sinic said, as the pokemon stepped forward. “know use psybeam.” Sinic said simply as the beam came from the red dot on it’s head. “Hurry Beedrill dodge it!” He yelled as the bug attempted to do so, but because of his frosted wing, was two slow, and was hit with a super effective hit, and fell to the ground. “Ah man, ok come back Beedrill.” He said as the Beedrill returned to his ball. “Ok then, I saved the best for last, lest see if we can do this, go Magcargo!” He said as the snail like pokemon appeared. “This might be interesting..” Sinic said as Cy just stared, not to impressed.

Nothing exciting happened during the match, the next Pokemon Alexis used was a Poliwag, which kicked butt against Quilava. But both of them still had one Pokemon left, Alexis had sent out her Roseila, and Kai had sent out his other Weavile. The battle raged on, neither of them wanting to give up and just lose the match, they both wanted to continue. Kai thought he wouldn't win the battle, but thanks to Weavile's fast relaxes Roseila was defeated and Kai won the match. He waved and smiled at the cameras and then headed back into the waiting room, bumping into Ryu and David.

"Oh, hey!" Kai said to David, not even paying any attention to Ryu. "How was your match?"

[Clow]

Aero started to smile. “This is my strongest pokemon, so don’t think you’ve won just yet! Show him your flamethrower Magcargo” Aero said as the snail pokemon unleashed a descent stream of fire. “Not half bad, Cy, psybeam” Sinic said simply, his arms crossed, not really worried. The two attacks collided, making an explosion, neither side took to much damage, but it looked like Magcargo took the worst of it. “Ha not bad, but let’s show him our new attack Overheat!” He said, as Sinic looked at the snail surprised. As it launched a Large powerful stream of fire. “Well I didn’t want to do this, but I have no choice, Cy use Hyper Beam.”

Sinic said as the pokemon changed up the powerful beam the two attacks perfectly canceling the each other out. “Ha, not bad, but, you have to recharge after that, now, Magcargo, use flamethrower.” Sinic’s opponents said, as a steam of fire hit Cy, it did some real damage, but Cy wasn’t going to give up from just one flamethrower. “Ok now, hit him with another flamethrower!” He said as the same attack came barreling at Cy. “Cy, psychic attack.” Sinic said, again calm. The psychic wave over powered the flame thrower, sending it, and the psychic power right back at Magcargo. The Magcargo was starting to look at bit beaten, but it could still fight. “Ok now show him another Overheat!” He yelled as Sinic just smiled. “Hyper beam.” He simply said. As the two attacks again hit each other, this time, the hyper beam pushed threw, hitting the snail with a cushioned hit.

“What the…” Aroa said stunned. “How long have you been using that attack?” Sinic asked. “We just learned it why?” Aero replied. Sinic couldn’t help but laugh. “Oh nothing, oh and just to let you know, Cy’s fully recharged now.” Sinic said with a smirk, as Areo sneered. “Over heat!” He yelled sending the now weakened attack at Cy. “Psychic attack.” He said as the attack’s completely canceled each other out. “How did you….” Sinic smirked. “You should really study the attacks you use, but come on, do you feel lucky? Try that attack on more time.” Sinic said with a very cocky grin on his face. “Your bluffing, Magcargo use overheat!” He yelled as the, at this point very weakened attack launched at Cy. “Let’s finish this, Hyper beam!” Sinic said as the powerful beam easily blasted through the overheat, and into the Magcargo, it finally falling to the ground.

“I… I… Lost..” He said stunned. “Your not half bad, but you should know, every time you use overheat, it’s weakens, well see you later.” Sinic said exiting, the trainer, on his knees returning his pokemon, leaving thought the opposite door. He then head back to the waiting room, were he saw he happily saw Kai and David, and regrettably also saw Ryu. He headed over to Kai and David, not caring a cent about Ryu. “Hey guys, have an interesting battle? My opponent was ok, but he has a long way to go, he made the mistake of using Overheat to many times, poor guy.” He said with a wide smile, that was a decent warm up, at least he wasn’t rusty. Cy fur was a tad burnt, but he too was smiling, happy to have done well.

So those two got through as well... I thought to myself as they asked about my match. "It went okay, I guess..."

"Okay? Okay!? You were great!" A loud, female voice shouted as I noticed a blonde girl in a green and white miko outfit coming up to us. "By the way... The next time you run away from me after you beat me in a battle, you'll be getting beats, David!"

"Hehe... Thanks, Sarah?" I replied as she bent over to look at my Furret, Beautify and Wooper. In the end, like I said before, we were still friends, and she was fascinated in my team.

"The Wooper and Beautifly are new, I noticed." Sarah replied as she examined the two carefully. "They look very healthy, you've done a good job. But... where are the other three?"

"That's a stupid question to ask. I'm obviously keeping them a secret in case I need a backup plan during the next battle. I think I may need them, too..."

"Not with battling like that!" She scoffed as she hit me on the head. "I'm confident you can beat anyone if you try. If the other three are anything like the three you used against me, your opponent won't stand a chance!"

[Clow]

Sinic smirked. “Old friends? Or Rivals? Or maybe it’s something else…” Sinic said smirking, as he, and Cy walked over to the pokecenter section. “Um could you please heal all four of these, my Espeon and Zangoose are tired from battle, and my Murkrow and Ivysaur haven’t been healed in a while.” Sinic said returning his Cy and handing all four to the lady. After a few minutes, they were given back.

“Here you go sir, there all healed up, good luck.” She said as he walked back towards the group, Letting Cy, and Lash out. “You guys did great, and Lash I’ll give your costume back after this is all over ok?” Lash just started slashing at the air as he did when he was excited. Sinic then starting leaning against the wall, tipping his hat over his eyes, relaxing, waiting for his next battle.

[Alana]

OOC: *raised hand* It's been three days since Ŝhivera last posed. Does that mean I win or do I need to wait another three days? Poor Tere is getting tired of standing all alone. ^^;

(I guess Shivera and the other guy are removed from the RPG, we can't wait forever...)

"I did pretty good, but my opponet was a great trainer too." Kai said, he walked over to the PokéCentre section, asking Nurse Joy to heal his Pokemon. She nodded and took his balls, er, Pokéballs and put them on a machine to heal the Pokémon inside.

"Your Pokémon are fully healed, we hope to see you again soon!" She said cheerfully as the pink haired nurse handed him his Pokeballs.

"Do you mean you want harm to come to my Pokemon?"

"No! Ofcourse not!" Kai walked away from the Pokemon Centre, he headed back over to David and them.

"The second round should start soon.."

[Alana]

OOC: *sigh* I guess I have the element of surprise in Pokemon at least.

IC: Tere scowled as the referee announced her the winner. Her opponent hadn't even shown up. She felt sorry for the girl. There could be any number of reasons she was late but the tournament couldn't be delayed forever. She shook her head and walked into the winners waiting room. The previous winners were already there, including Ryu, Tere noted with a feeling of annoyance.

She took a seat and looked at the others. All of them had already proven themselves in a battle and she hadn't. Did she stand a chance against them? The excitement she had felt when she stepped onto the battlefield earlier was gone. Now she just felt nervous. She could have let some of her Pokemon out to talk to but she still had one thing the others didn't, the element of surprise. True, not all of them had used all of their Pokemon but there was still some heads up for their next opponent.

[Team Galaxy]

Ryu waited and smirked. "All of you are going down. My team is trained higher than anything you've witnessed..I was offered a job as part of the Elite Four, but I declined because it woulda caused me to stay in one place far too long. Ryu started to walk back out to the arena to hear the announcement of who was the battle who for the second round. "See you losers later...Good luck Furret boy.." Ryu announced, laughing as he left with his metal armor clinking with each step.

[Ciro]

(Just a heads up, the second round ISN'T starting yet... We have to wait for mike to finish, then the second round starts. Also, I'll be picking random names out of a hat to see who wins, only some of the characters will go on... It will be RANDOM!)

(Okay, Im just having my character wait and what not...what do you mean only some characters will win? Arent we all going on the second round to face each other then the semi-finals?)

Sinic smiled as Tere, whom at the look of the board, was his next opponent. “Hey Tere, looks like we’ll be battling later, good luck, my the best trainer win.” Sinic said shaking her hand lightly, he then turned to the ever cocky Ryu. “David try not to lose to him, I would rather battle you then him, that is if I can win my next battle.”

He said quietly to David, he then noticed there was a Stone in the hall, then an idea sparked in his head. He then started whispering to Cy, with a nodded, the Stone rose up, went to the Far left off the group, and was launched at Ryu. Sinic snickered a bit, and then smiled at the group, he had something like that coming to him anyway.

[Team Galaxy]

The stone clonked Ryu in the head and he stopped, and grabbed one of his Pokeballs. "Do you losers wanna do this? Alright, lets go. I dont care if I get disqualified, because I know I'm better than all of you. LETS DO THIS!" Ryu shouted as he released Tyranitar. The monstrous Pokemon roared as it emerged, slamming its tail agains the hallway, causing it to crumble. Ryu glared at all the brats infront of him and placed a hand behind his back.

"Tyranitar, get ready, we're gonna show these chumps that you dont mess with us." The blonde boy announced, gathering his energy and forming a small baseball sized sphere using his wave guiding ability.

[Alana]

Tere nodded, smiling as well. "Same to you," she said cheerfully as a nudge of excitement returned to her. She looked at the scoreboard and immediately went into her "calculation mode" trying to figure out her chances of winning against each of the people up there. Before she got the chance Ryu shouted something and caused her mind to jerk back to reality. A second later he released his Tyranitar and prepared for an attack. She stood up and took a Pokeball calmly from her belt. "Don't be stupid Ryu, do you really think you can win against all of us?"

[Ciro]

(I mean, that I'll draw names from a hat and the names that I pick will be the people who move onto round 3)

"RYU TAKASHI PUT AWAY YOUR POKEMON!" An Official came running down the hall, a few guards following him, just incase things got out of hand. "You may not attack another trainer, its against the rules!"

"You better listen to him..." Kai told Ryu, who looked really pissed off, but still he shouldn't use his Pokemon to hurt others.

[Team Galaxy]

"I dont think, I know I can..I've trained this Tyranitar for five years, many of my highly trained Pokemon have been in my possession have been with me at least three years, and I train like no other..the fact that I was offered a job at the Elite Four should speak for itself, so lets do this losers..If I need more Pokemon, I'll use them whenever..so lets this!!!" Ryu shouted, the hand behind his back began to surround itself with energy as he tapped into his eyes ability to sense the wave energies of the others..not too high..at least nowhere near his ability.

In any moment, he would unleash the devastating attack, maybe not with killing intent, but with intention to harm them. He looked at Tyranitar and grinned. "Start to gather your energy Tyranitar...We'll annihilate our next opponent..put their Pokemon out of their misery.." Ryu stated, putting Tyranitar back in its ball. With even more wave energy put forth into his hand, he masked the presence of it, making it invisible to untrained eyes and he waved the hand holding the sphere at the other trainers. To them it would look like he just waved them off rudely, but in reality, he was sending a ball with enough power to leave a crater in the ground 3 feet wide and 2 feet deep.

"I'll see you in the ring.."

Tere looked to the guards that had just entered the room. A shiver went through her spine, she knew something wasn't right. Her mind jumped from possibility to possibility. She really didn't want to release her Pokemon. Whether or not they could beat that Tyranitar didn't matter, she wasn't the type to want to hurt others and this guy was.

Before she could make a decision he had returned his Tyranitar. She caught a flash of something flying through the air then there was an explosion. She brought up both of her arms to cover her face, forgetting that it was protected by her helmet, and moved backward as quickly as she could. She was very thankful that she had chosen armor instead of one of the other costumes. But what had caused the explosion? Unless that Tyranitar could use attacks from inside its Pokeball then it had come from Ryu, or perhaps an outside force.

Through the dust and debris in the air she called, "Ryu, you better be ready! I don't how strong you think you are, there's no way you can win this tournament!"

[Team Galaxy]

"If I dont win, it'll be because I didnt heal my Pokemon, or if something else comes up..I came to this blasted place for a specific reason, not the stupid tournament. Get ready..and tell you're Pokemon that you love them...before its too late...Haha...Hahahhaa.." Ryu said as he disappered into the dark hall. Ryu met up with a man in black.

"Is this it?" Ryu asked, the man nodded and Ryu quickly ripped through the package, finding a pair of goggles in it. "Good..." He said as he put them on, activating them in the process. The goggles scanned his nearby area for traces of the Mew gene..and after a moment the results came up with nothing major. The mysterious man left and Ryu returned to the waiting room, pacing back and forth while shadow boxing, focusing his body and mind.
