hello, could I join plz? I like this show much better than the original (The acient Egypt crap got really boring quickly for me). My fave character is Syrus, he reminds me of Tails(my fave sonic character, he's in my avy too). The last episode I saw was the one where Jaden meets Wheeler again while he was lost. It was a clip show/filler episode but they sure made it a funny one!

Zane turns evil(He practically loses his dueling spirit after his loss to Aster and it all snowballs) and so does Chazz(Gets hypnotized into joining the evil society of light after he loses to that wierd Tarot guy, Chazz does'nt act much different, he just gets a new outfit and gets a bit more annoying -_-)

Can I join? I absolutely love GX, mainly because of the humor factor.

My favourite characters are Asuka, Judai and Manjoume. I always have a hard time trying to choose a singular favourite, but at the moment I'm partial to Asuka.

I've seen the majority of Seasons 1 and 2 in Japanese and I'm planning to keep up with Season 3.

Yes, Jaden is the funniest character by far. XD

GX is still running.. In Japan, they just recently started 3rd season, and in English, they're almost done with the 2nd season. No one is sure when it's going to end..

if the 2nd season is about the shadow riders (I'm pretty sure it is...) then we're already way past it here in the U.S. but if that is the latest season, what is the 3rd one about?

The first season is the beginning episodes (Judai's entrance exam until Manjoume vs. Judai) and the Seven Star Assasins (Judai vs. Gravekeeper's Chief to Judai vs. Ryou).

Although, Judai vs. Gravekeeper's Chief is sometimes seen as transistion episodes between the two arcs and Judai x Darkness as the actual first episodes of the Seven Stars arc.

The second season is the Society of Light season (Edo vs. Judai (1st time) to Judai vs. *spoiler though probably obvious, DX*).

The third season is the *whoever the main villains end up being* season (Flashback episode to *unkown*).

...Has anyone else realised that both the villains so far have lead a group/association? Kagemaru had his Seven Stars and Saiou has his Society. o_o

Yes, I really want to see the Edo VS Saiou duel. ^^ I like all of Saiou's Arcana force cards, their effects are really interesting.

fave duel? that's hard, I can't really pick one right now but one i really like is Syrus and Hassleberry's tag duel against Ice and Thunder, Syrus' new kick ass card Super Vehichroid Express Union is my fave GX monster so far.

I'm sad CN decided to move GX to Saturdays only. )': But, at least that has given me time to catch up on the original. I thought episode 82 was funny at the beginning, while they decide to go fishing for their food. XD And poor Misawa, he was far too obsessed with becoming well known. D:

I've read the scanlations off of Janime, but I never knew they were starting it in English yet! :o That gives me an idea for a new topic. XD

Which do you prefer; the anime or the manga of GX?

I almost like the manga better. I like how they give flashbacks to Judai and Manjoume's pasts (which the anime hasn't given us that much of), and I really like the monsters better.
