Ruins of Alph, Johto
Team Rocket, lead by Giovanni, started exploring the Ruins of Alph in hopes of finding new, rare, and powerful Pokémon to add to their ranks in hopes of taking over the world. After months of secretly excavating in the ruins, they found nothing but the markings of Unown on the walls, and more ruins. As they were about to give up, they stumbled across a strange device deep within Alph…
Two months later…
Rocket sent out a warning to the world one night. Thankfully, the message was intercepted by Professor Oak, who figured out a way to stop the message from being sent out to the rest of the world. If the entire world was to learn of it, there would be great turmoil across the land. What the message said, was this:
“Greetings, I am the leader of Team Rocket, Giovanni. If you, the citizens of Earth, do not hand over your loyalty to Team Rocket within one month, humanity will no longer exist. No longer exist, other than us, the Rockets, who will build a new world, one better suiting to our tastes.”
Oak then contacted both Professor Elm, and Professor Birch, whom traveled to Oak’s lab in Kanto but a day after. There they devised a plan, a counter-weapon capable of shielding from nearly anything. There was but one problem; this machine used a very large amount of power. It used an amount of power so immense, that only one type of fuel was capable of running it. This fuel was called Mytonium, and was extremely rare. For you see, Mytonium was only present in an area that has had exposure to a Legendary Pokemon; and even when that condition is met, only one orb of Mytonium is produced from a Legendary Pokemon during its lifetime.
Thanks to notes from a friend of Professor Oaks, Ash Ketchum, there was a vague guide as to where the fuel may be located, as Ash had encountered many Legendary Pokemon on his journey.
Even so, another issue arose. The professors weren’t capable of traveling around in search of the Mytonium. But like with every problem, there was a solution. They called upon some of their friends, kids who had started their Pokemon journeys at their labs; kids who had what it takes to help stop Rocket’s plot.
You are one of these kids, traveling the world on your Pokemon journey. One day, while resting in a Pokemon Center, you receive a phone call from the Professor who takes care of your Pokemon, asking you to come to Oak’s lab in Kanto. A helicopter is sent to pick you up, and you are taken to Oak’s lab. What kind of adventure could you possibly be about to participate in?

Kai looked around, Rota seemed like a nice place but what really interested him was Orudoran Castle and the Tree of World's Beginning. He walked across the bridge that led to the castle, everyone was dressed in costumes from the time of the hero Sir Aaron. Kai read the guide book that he was holding, costumes were being given out inside the castle and there was a Tournement to decide who was going to be playing the role of Sir Aaron. "Sounds great, right Weavile?" The two Weaviles following him smiled, they just loved to battle and it would be a great tournement.
"Weavile!" They said in unsion, Kai smiled and continued walking towards Orudoran Castle.
"Maybe we'll get to meet some new people.." Kai muttered, the two Weaviles jumped onto eitherside of the bridge and began running full speed towards the castle.
"Wea Weavile!" Kai ran after them, they weren't supposed to race each other, they were supposed to stay with him.
"Get back here you two!"

Name: Kaiten King
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Purpose of Pokemon Journey: For fun, obtain all badges and get to the very top.
Appearance: Black messy hair, standing at around 5'5" with an average build. Kaiten usually wears a white t-shirt underneath a black vest that has an orange stripe on the back going horizontally and wrapping around the front. For pants he prefers to wear black shorts to match his vest, but on occaision can be seen wearing slightly loose and baggy jeans. His tennis shoes also match his vest as they have three orange stripes on the mainly black shoe. (the stripes are like the Adidas logo).

History: Set out from Futaba Town, his father was actually rivals with the man who would become Lance, the legendary dragon trainer. With these stories on his mind, he quickly grew up wanting to go out and journey like his father, maybe challenge and defeat Lance if at all possible, not specifically for his own purpose, but for his father too since he learned that once Lance's father gained a few dragons he was never able to be outright defeated in a one on one huge battle.

Kaiten walked across the deck of the S.S. Lynn as it sailed towards the Johto region. With the ocean wind blowing, strands of his ebony hair flicking past his face. He looked down at his Hikozaru, smiling as it held onto one of the side barrier bars as it was extremely afraid of water. He leaned closer to the edge, the cold steel bar touching his stomach and immediately sending a cooling feeling as well as an unwelcome sensation. The region of Johto was a new one to him, and after conquering Shinou, Kai felt that it was necessary to go to the other places for a new challenge.
"Alright Hikozaru, we're almost in Johto, and soon new journeys and new friends. I cant wait, can you?" Kaiten asked with a nervous smile on his face.
"Zaru!" The monkey pokemon chirped. The sun was beginning to set and by morning a new journey would start for not only Kaiten, but his entire team.

Purpose of Pokemon Journey: To have an excuse to travel
Appearance:
Personality: Echo is a bright and bubbly person, who’s head is always floating in the clouds. Well, at times, she can be as attentive as if whatever’s catching her eye is a magnet, but these usually include uninteresting things, such as watching the grass grow, or a flower bloom over the time span of an hour, etc. Wasting time is Echo’s specialty, especially in the mornings, due to her extreme complex over her appearance. She has an oblivious nature, and never seems to realize when something goes wrong. Definetely an optimist, her list’s of phobia’s and complex’s could take up a mile of pages lined up in a straight lines. Her worst complex? Ugly Pokemon.

Name: Megumi (Meg for short)
Age: Fifteen
Gender: Female
Purpose of Pokemon Journey: Merely for the thrill of of travel. She is a natural nomad at heart.
Appearance: A natural carrot-top. Her hair is straight and cut at a pixie length, and it is dyed blue on the ends. Her skin is naturally pale, having little to no pigment but her cheeks are natually rosy. She fails to tan, but her skin colour is not sickly, but a healthy moonglow. She's a well-ranged height for a female, 5'6" with a lean, nimble body with thin muscle and absolutley no fat. She appears to be something like a runner's physique. She wears simple jeans and a light, sunwashed blue polo shirt. Her foot attire are simple black and pink plaid converse shoes.
Personality: Hotheaded, she can become agitated rather quickly, and it is best to stay on her good side. On the normal occaision, however, she is kind and friendly, and is rarely ever cold and rude...well, maybe sarcastic at points. She does not enjoy challenges, but doesn't like the easy route, either, so it is hard to pinpoint exactly what path she wishes to be on. She loves nature dearly, and respects all Pokemon. Anyone damaging the natural flow of life will answer to her fists and feet, for she is experianced in the martial art of Tae Kwon Do. Nomadic by nature, she enjoys traveling, and rarely ever becomes tired. It seems as though she can go on for days without stopping for a rest if necessary.
History: Her hometown is Lavender Town, and she often visited its neighbor city, Saffron. She was close friends to Sabrina, who even gave her Meg's first Pokemon, and Eevee. In honor of her friend, she trained Eve (the name of her Eevee) and evolved it into an Espeon. She also traveled the Fighting Gym next door, which was where she practiced her Martial arts.
She knows the terrible nature of Team Rocket first hand. She was there when their invasion into Lavender town occured, and watched them slaughter thousands of Cubone. It was then when she pledged that she would defend Pokemon.
Pokemon in Party: Espeon (Eve), Ninetails, Lapras
Pokemon at Lab: Mightyena, Dragonite, Nidoking
Legendary: Suicune
Other: Normally she travels with a group of friends. However, at the moment each have gone their separate ways. Once they accomplished their goals, they promised they'd meet eachother up. Meg is used to traveling in groups.

From: War Over Hoenn
The Vulpix in her arms began to squirm as they entered the area of the Safari Zone. Satomi looks down at her curiously, tightening her grip upon the fox Pokemon. She had read somewhere that Pokemon could sense things that were about to happen, but normally that was with Psychic Pokemon, not Fire bred species. Besides, nothing bad was to happen, it was just her weekly visit to the Zone. Looking down at the small creature in her arms, she figured that Pixie was just excited, especially with all these trainers around. It hadn't been this crowded for awhile...or at least as long as Satomi was here...which in retrospect was not quite long at all.
Many looked curiously at the Vulpix, pondering over the strange markings on the tail. All six of them were tipped in a deep charcoal black before regaining their usual red-hued brown colour. Whenever someone asked about the strange colour of the tails, the girl would reply that she had dyed them that colour. The truth was, Satomi was quite the rebelious teenager. Her eyes were heavy with black eyeliner, and she looked suited to be at some sort of rock concert, even though she was cladded in a normal black tank and plain blue jeans that were loose and held up with a large, simple black belt.
'And why did you dye them?' Many would continue, looking curiously at the girl. It was then that Satomi would smile, fingering her scarlet hair that was streaked with black.
'I had the time.'
Noticing that yet another trainer was about to ponder over the mysterious tails that Pixie possessed, the redhead scurried away in a nonchalant manner, and was shortly stopped by a guard. The look on his face read that he obviously did not want to do this job. Who would blame him from the looks of this crowded place?
"Pokeball." He says gruffly, poking at the belt roughly. He was intelligent enough to know that this was a belt used to hold Pokeballs from the small clasps on it, and yet he saw naught of the contraption.
"Uh...?" Satomi said, blinking her brilliant cobalt eyes in somewhat of an innocent manner. She truly had no idea what he meant.
His sigh was coarse, and her rubbed his five o'clock shadow. "If you're paticipating in the hunt, then you have to put your Vulpix in a Pokeball."
Satomi cursed mildly at herself. How stupid could she get, she left Pixie's Pokeball at home...and it was too late to get it now. Her mother was out working at whatever the hell she does, and her father was out doing whatever the hell he did. She possessed no keys, and the house was undoubtfully...locked. Dammit.
"I forgot it at home," she snaps coldly, still pissed at how stupid she had gotten.
"Then I suppose you shall just watch." The guard said, looking at her roughly. She glares at him, her blue eyes filled with a ominous feel to them, but obliges, turning away towards the crowd. She finds herself standing next to a man with a small scratch on his nose. A girl had just recently said her goodbyes, and Satomi accidentally caught his name. Ned, if she heard correctly.
Pixie still seemed a bit nervous, and then again, she wasn't used to being by so many people. Satomi held the black-tipped Vulpix closer to her chest, feeling the slight tremble of the nervous creature vibrate throughout her body.
"Why are you so nervous, hm?" she cooed at it, rubbing Pixie between the ears. "It isn't like anything bad is going to happen..."

I'd like to join.
Name: Trinity Elzamoki (Trin)
Age: 15
Gender: Female
Purpose of Pokemon Journey: Getting to see new places and discovering all she can about Pokemon.
Appearance: She stands at about average height for a girl her age. Her medium length hair is dirty-blond in color and kept out of her dark blue/grey eyes by a black headband. She wears a black and blue tank top covered by a brown jacket and a faded pair of jeans with a belt that holds her Pokeballs. Her shoes are black and grey and she has an orange wristband on her right wrist. Around her neck she wears a Pokegear and a blue locket. Often she has a small black backpack slung over her back.
Personality: She's a cheerful person and very optimistic but she's not stupid. She knows when it's time to stop playing around and be serious and she can be very cold to those she doesn't like. She has a good heart but sometimes lets her emotions cloud her judegment. She loves to have fun and can't resist an adventure. She's clever and knows how to train her Pokemon well.
History: Trinity was born and raised in NewBark Town, Johto. She chose her starter Pokemon long before her tenth birthday and when the day came for her to start her journey she finally got it. The perky little Chikorita was the perfect companion for her together they took on Johto. They never took on the league because Trinity decided to head off to Kanto and then to Hoenn. By the time she returned to Johto she had several other Pokemon plus those she had caught in her home region. She had planned to continue collecting badges, having succeeded in winning two before leaving, and then move on to the league but she was called by Professor Elm before she got the chance. Now she's on her way back to Kanto to meet him at Professor Oak's lab.
Pokemon in Party: Chikorita, Ninetales, Swampert, Flygon, Espeon, and Steelix
Pokemon at Lab: Rattata, Houndour, and Stantler
Legendary: Raikou
Other: She likes to sing, dance, and play an instrument similar to the ocarina.
RP Sample: "Sacred use Smoke Screen!" A cloud of dark smoke blotted out the little light that shone from the headlights and flashlights of the small band of people who had gathered. All of them were after something she had and she knew what it was. She wasn't about to let them catch her if she could help it though.
Kyra gripped Sacred's fur tightly and turned her around. "Come on girl, we have to move!" The large fire horse let out a shrill neigh then charged off into the darkness. Kyra looked around carefully as the land sped past. She was looking for any sign of her companions. She wanted to tell them about what had just happened and that they needed to move on soon.
She had just been wandering around with Sacred when she had come across a man examining the tracks left by a Pokemon. When he heard her he looked up. Had she known he was looking for the eight people with a Sunbeam fragment in them she would have been more careful. As soon as he got a good look at her he recognized her. He called someone on his cell phone then came over to talk. She moved quickly to get away but about five others appeared so fast it was as if they had been teleported there. They probably were, she reflected with a sigh. She had barely managed to jump on Sacred's back before they had sent out Pokemon and advanced.
Sacred began to slow down as they entered a thick part of forest. It wasn't too far from here that she and her companions had set up camp. She doubt any of them would be back by now, they had all gone off to do some exploring earlier, but she could at least find shelter for a while and start to pack up her things. She climbed off Sacred's back and gave her friend a grateful pat before setting to work. There wasn't must to do because she hadn't brought very many things with her. A small dagger that she kept strapped to her leg, she had left it behind when she had gone exploring, some food, a change of clothes, and some money, all of which fit into the backpack she carried.
Once she had everything packed away neatly she set about making something to eat. She hadn't eaten in over a day and she didn't think her companions had either. If they had to run again then they shouldn't be hindered by hunger. The last thing they needed was anything that would slow them down. The meal consisted of a vegetable soup and some bread. Not gourmet or the best tasting but it would do to fill them up.
Once it was ready she took a portion for herself and sat down to eat it. She didn't gulp it down as fast as she could, there was no point. Until everyone came back there was no point in rushing. She could have gone out to look for them, but it seemed pointless. It would take far longer to track everyone down than to just wait for them all to come back. So that's what she did. Sacred shook her beautiful and snorted then began to nibble on the small patch of grass she had found. Kyra looked around, every sense on alert, hoping that her other seven companions would arrive soon.

Sorry for not posting until now, but with the downtime it was kind of hard. XD;
So far the only people I can approve are Wolf_Goddess and Alana. The rest of you have signups that are either incomplete, or are lacking. Areas I'm watching closely in are Personality and Appearance. Those of you who aren't accepted may want to look into adding more information to those fields, because they are too vague.
That being said; Alana and Wolf_Goddess, you both picked Suicune for your legendary. Since Wolf_Goddess applied first, I'm more obligated to give it to her. However, I'll let you two sort it out. =x
Another thing: Repetition of Pokemon in each others parties is going to happen. For example, I see a Bayleef in one party, and my character is going to have one as well. That is fine, but I'd like to avoid it as much as possible. If you see someone else has chosen the same Pokemon as you, and you don't mind changing it, could you? oo;
I know I'm asking a lot, but I'm just a bit picky this time around. XD;
Oh, right, I'm adding the Legendaries I forgot to the list. There's way too many. XD

Name: Leon Amasly
Age: 15
Gender: male
Purpose of Pokemon Journey: To learn a lot about pokemon, and to become a great pokemon trainer (He plans to enter the next pokemon league, he would have entered one already, but he wants to be ready, so he is training.)
Appearance: Leon has long white, silvery hair, that just reaches past his shoulders. He wears round sliver glass, that aren’t to thick, but he does have great trouble seeing without them. He wears a sleeveless red shirt, a shirt sleeved black jacket over that, and a short sleeved which trench coat over that (Which he takes off often when the battle is getting good, or challenging, kind of like a trade make) Finally, he wears light grey jeans.
Personality: Leon is more of the closed quite type. He usually keeps to himself, and could be considered shy. He however is very open with his pokemon, which seems odd to most people. One subject that he is very open about, is interesting facts about pokemon, because of this, many people think he should give up training and become a researcher, but he, even if it doesn’t show, is very passionate about his training, and neither him, nor his pokemon could give up training to be cooped up in a lab. Beside the type of interest in pokemon, he is also quite inelegant, some say beyond his years, this also enforces that fact that he would make an excellent researcher, but as before, it’s just not what he wants to do. During a battle is when he really comes out of his shell so to speak, he’s calm, quick thinking, and a bit cocky, he has nasty habit of trash talking opponents by pointing out there problem when they battle, and saying things like “Not bad, but you still have a ways to go.”
History: Leon is a trainer native to Johto, who lives in Blackthorn, right after he was given Bunrpaw, who was, before given to Leon, the family pet, he frequently traveled to New Bark Town, helping professor Elm with his research, mostly with field work, Elm was always very grateful, he was even offered a job in his lab, but Leon declined, saying he preferred not to be tied down to the lab, he wanted to journey and earn badges. After collecting all off the Johto badges, he planned to enter the Johto League, but a month before it started, he decided to leave Johto, and head to Hoenn, to train, and get different pokemon, he wanted to wait one year, so he would have a better chance of winning next year. He had just gotten his fifth badge, he realized the Johto League would be in two months, so he went home, and assembled the team he planned to do most of the fighting in it, the next day he got a call from Elm to head to Kanto, and se him at Oak’s lab.
Pokemon in Party: Arcanine, (Female, Burnpaw, or BP) Sneasel (Female, Night) Vaporeon (Mizu, Female) Persian (Magi, Male) Skarmony (Male, Bladewing or Blade) Meditite (Meda, Male)
Pokemon at Lab: Seviper (Male, Tox) Donphan (Male), Aipom (Male), Manectric (Male, Bolt)
Legendary: Celebi
Other: Besides knowing various bits of data about many pokemon, and there move's Leon, is also an excellent cook, and will frequently us his pokemon to help cook (Such as Night dicing, and chilling food, or Burnpaw cooking it.. His specialty is extreme spice food, that hey claims, can even make a fire pokemon eyes water (He also loves to test his new creations on inspecting people.)
RP Sample: (This sample, is from a kingdom Hearts RP I did on another forum, I would link it, but that is against the rules, the char was cross-over char from Okage, as you may noticed, and he has just walked into the Loin King world, were everyone who enters, becomes an animal, anyway here it is.):
Again traveling through the realm of darkness, via Stan’s and his own small amount of darkness power. “So many worlds, so many places, the worlds are at my finger tips, and Stan can’t bother me here, you know I’m starting to love the realm of darkness!!!” Ari said his hands behind his head, finally extending his hand, opening a portal, out of the traveling realm.
At the edge of the portal, Ari looked the world over, as he often did. This world looked jungle like, something he had yet to see. “This world looks interesting, I wonder if there’s a sight as cool as the Halloween Town moon, that is defiantly my favorite world, sweet fangs, sweet sight, and well there was Rose…” Ari said blushing a bit. As he entered the world he fell, on all fours, this only happened the first three times he had exited the portal so this seemed odd.
Ari attempted to get up, but found it impassable, he had closed his eyes when he fell, just out of surprise, after the second attempt he opened his eyes, he was shocked to see his arms, covered with dark red fur! “What… Stan!!! Come out here!!!” Ari yelled, as the Shadow creature emerged. “Ari were are we… Ow!!” The creature said, holding it’s chest he was different, slightly shorter. “Ari, It feels very uncomfortable here what’s going…” Stan said then smirking. “Wow slave this is almost as good as the park!” Stan said, petting Ari on the head. To Ari’s dismay, this felt good, he even started to wag his dog like tail.
“Cut that out!!!” Ari growled, as he looked for something that could reflect. He soon found a pool. Ari, slowly, and steadily walked over to it, not wanting to trip over his own feet. After what felt like an eternity, he finally arrived to see his reflection. He was a wolf, still a pup at the looks of it, which was understandable, human and animal years were both very different. His fur was a bit of a dark red this his hair, and his blue bandana that he usually used as a head band, that was near the back of his head, was now around his neck, in the usual dog fashion.
“Aren’t you a cute little puppy!!!” Stan said attempting to pet him again, Ari jumped away, he was about to start fighting with Stan, he then noticed, that there were other, he soon stopped, and then head towered them. “Hey you guys off worlders too? I think were all in the same boat.” Ari said with an uneasy smile, as Stan, thankfully, kept quite for once.
((How is this? I think it’s not half bad, profiles aren’t really my strong suit, so…))

Name: Robin Jamie Pryce
Age: 14
Gender: Female
Purpose of Pokemon Journey: To follow in her uncle’s footsteps to become pokemon Champion, before likely settling down and training to take over his Gym someday.
Appearance: Robin has deep Auburn hair that seems to have little to no connection to her family, kept in a style that could only be described as a disorganized mess that still looks surprisingly good on her, falling to her mid-back. She also has a fair complexion. She usually emphasizes this, dressing in mixes of whites and bold reds, though she never wears a hat, and almost never takes to skirts. Her eyes are naturally a deep blue, but she’s taken to wearing cosmetic contacts to darken the color to black. She also has a fair figure, not really emphasized, but not hidden in her choice of clothes either.
Personality: Surprisingly, she’s rather extrovert as opposed to shy. She has only a few friends, but makes no lack of effort to make new ones. It’s her quirks of persona that keep her from making more. Robin has no lack of perversion, but unfortunately for her self image, she also has very little interest in men, and thus her tendency to prank often results in more trouble for her. But despite this perversion, she’s very kind, and when bad times come, she’s one of the few people who just shrug off despair and keep on moving forward.
History: Raised taking trips between her parents in Vermillion, and her uncle in Celadon, Robin was caught between a normal education, and that of a Pokemon trainer. However, as failing grades quickly showed, she was rapidly choosing her uncle’s path. Of course her parents were disappointed, not being trainer’s themselves, but being stereotypically good parents, the supported her decision. Under her uncle, a one time champion and gym leader, she learned the trade quickly. Her first Pokemon, a Cyndaquil, was specially delivered from Jhoto as a personal favor from professor Elm to her uncle. Under his tutelage, she swiftly became a fair trainer, and a great Pokemon catcher. Her weakness is in controlling her Pokemon. Often, her Pokemon are more in control of the battle than she is.

RP Sample: I stood in the abandoned street, dressed in a black leather jacket, and wearing sunglasses, with a hunter green headband. When they saw my eyes, it seemed to hurt my intimidating image a little bit… “Whoa, whoa.” The kid opposing us said, his eyes wandering to me. “This is a rumble, what’s he doing with you guys? He’s no Gaul.” The boy to my right only smiled. “Honorary member as of yesterday, you should really keep up with current events, Jim.” He said, and I grimaced. It was only so that I’d take part in this rumble. They’d pay me after it was over, and I was out of this gang again…
I looked around, and put away my switchblade and picking up the graphite walking stick Jim had tried to use. I grinned, it was light, and had some great balance. “My payment?” I asked the leader of the Gauls as he stepped up behind me. “Right here, Man.” He said, and I held out my hand for him to slap a fold of bills in. “You made a huge difference there.” He said, and I nodded. “That’s why I charge.” I said, causing him to chuckle and walk away. I blinked, looking down at the sudden flash of light. There was a palm pilot barely sticking out of Jim’s coat pocket, and the screen was black, with pink, like flamingo pink text. “It’s time.” It was probably an error, or Jim could be a quantum leap smarter than he looked, and trying to send some computers a virus. That still wasn’t excuse to get riled up, but I did. “My ass it is!” I yelled, stepping back and swinging the end of the walking stick straight for the screen in the same motion…
I blinked as I looked around, confused. I was in what looked to be a coastal area, near a river, and I could see the beach only a short ways away… I began to check myself over, making sure there were no stabs, gashes, bruises to the head, or anything that a needle being jabbed into me would cause. Nope, I was clean… I gazed around, and found the walking stick only a few feet away. I walked over, and as I started to lower myself to pick it up, there was a huge splash from the river, and I braced the stick upright with my weight behind it just in time as some… Thing, hit it head first. At least, I assumed it was it’s head, it was right between it’s eyes. “Uguuu…” It said in a soft voice, hitting the ground with spirals in it’s eyes. It was the size of maybe a large dog… “Robin, you’re just as strong as I hoped! It’s great to finally meet you!” It squeaked, the sound odd coming from a mouth full of what looked to be reptilian teeth. “I’m Gizamon!” It added, slowly getting to its feet. I kneeled next to it, staring for a long moment, and soon the thing sweatdropped. “You know my name, and I’m suddenly in unfamiliar surroundings, with a giant, hairy frog talking to me.” The thing opened its mouth in what I assumed was indignation, but I kept talking. “Therefore, I can only assume I was knocked unconscious in the fight, and while I’m laying on the pavement, one of those crack heads were breathing on me, causing this hallucination."

Clow, Shiney, accepted.
Name: David Maseau
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Purpose of Pokemon Journey: To help Prea become a stronger person, as well as obtaining the power to protect her.
Appearance: David is quite tall standing at the height of 5'11". He has messy aubourn hair, and deep blue eyes. He is also quite thin. He wears a pair of dark blue jeans, with large pockets on the sides. On his torso, he wears a navy sweater with a Pokeball design on the front, and a large, Pokeball image on the back. In the center of the sweater is a zipper, with a large pocket on each side. In the right pocket, he keeps his Pokeballs. In the left, he keeps items such as potions. There is also a hood on the back of the sweater, and he carries a generic, black bag, for all of his travelling needs. For footwear, he wears a pair of generic, black running shoes.
Personality: David has the utmost confidence in his Pokemon, and they have the same in him. He is very cunning, and generally relies more on strategy during his battles than power alone. By nature, he is very relaxed, and tends to keep his calm in most situations. The one thing he can't stand, however, is when his Pokemon are insulted. There are times where he may act irrationally, and he tends to get worked up during battles. Despite their rivalry, David has feelings for Prea, although he hasn't realized this yet.
History: David was born and raised in Newbark Town. He grew up alongside Prea, who lost her parents at a young age. He spent his childhood with her, helping her uncle, Professor Elm with small jobs at his lab. This is how he bonded with the Chikorita that soon became his starter Pokemon. Even though they were technically rivals, they have always travelled together. They completed all of the gyms in Johto together, but neither of them won the Silver Conference. As of recent, they travelled to Altomare for a bit of rest before travelling to Kanto to complete the league there, and eventually the Battle Frontier. The evening before Prea's parents died, they asked him to look out for her. He didn't understand what they meant at that moment, but he soon realized it.
Pokemon in Party: Bayleef (F), Ampharos (M), Skitty (F), Flareon (M), Kirlia (F), Huntail (M)
Pokemon at Lab: Mawile (M), Haunter (M)
Legendary: Latias
Name: Prea Elm
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Purpose of Pokemon Journey: To become a stronger person
Appearance: Prea is only a bit shorter than David, standing at 5'8", and is very thin. Her hair has a light pink colour to it, and she wears it in a ponytail that goes halfway down her back. She leaves her hair down on occasion, and only wears it up normally because she's afraid of getting it messy during her travels. Her eyes are peculiar, coloured a richer shade of pink than her hair, making them stand out. She is normally dressed in a tight tye-dye tanktop, composed of various shades of pink, with white straps, and a pair of tight, regular, blue jeans. She wears a pair of pink running shoes for footwear, and she has magenta earrings. Finally, she wears a golden necklace with a large pink orb in the center. Because of her appearance, she has earned the name of "Pinkie" in the eyes of many.
Personality: Prea, to put it bluntly, is fragile. She is very quiet when she first meets new people, but as she warms up to them she becomes more talkative. She relies strongly on others, and isn't very self confident. She also scares easily, and has a huge fear of insects. She has a tendancy to break down when times get tough, always having David there to help her feel better. This can only be explained by her past.
History: When she was only five, Prea's parents were killed when Team Rocket made an attempt to rob Professor Elm's lab. She was there, she watched them die, and that experience has scarred her in many ways. After this, she began living with her uncle, Professor Elm. Since Elm was usually busy with his research, she spent most of her time with whom was supposed to be her rival, David. While Elm was studying Pokemon from Hoenn, Prea befriended a Torchic Elm had borrowed from Birch. Instead of recieving a Johto starter like she was supposed to, Prea recieved that Torchic as her starter. She has never told anyone more about that night than what has been said here, although there is more to that story.

Team Galaxy, your personality is still to vague for me to accept you. ^^;
Now, I'm just going to kind of get things rolling. Although I do work all weekend so I don't want things to get too busy right away. Anyways, everyone should begin by arriving at Oak's lab. If I have no accepted you yet, do NOT make a post.
IC: "You okay?" I asked the girl in pink sitting beside me, as the helicopter came to a stop on the ground. She brushed a strand of her pink hair out of her eyes with her dainty fingers and nodded. The door to the helicopter suddenly popped open, causing her to jump slightly.
It had only been a few hours ago that Professor Elm had sent me, David, and my friend, Prea a phone call asking us to come to Professor Oak's lab in Kanto. He wouldn't tell us what it was about, but he had a chopper come get us nonetheless. It was a shame, too, as we had been taking in the sites at the City of Water, Altomare, as a vacation of sorts.
I got out of the helicopter first, my Bayleef jumping out after me before snuggling my leg. I took Preas hand and helped her to the ground, her Torchic in her arms. "I wonder what's going on?" She asked in a sort of manner that would make you wonder if she was talking to herself or not.
"Who knows?" I replied as I walked ahead of her, up towards the lab on the top of the hill, Bayleef following closely. When we finally arrived at the door, a boy who introduced himself as Tracey lead us to what appeared to be a living room, lined with couches and a large table in the center. We were told to wait for 'the others', and so we did, taking a seat close together. Bayleef and Torchic were playing hide and go seek in the room as we waited.

((Yah, this one looks good, just what I need XD.))
Leon, had just entered Pallet Town, thanks to BurnPaw, who he was riding at the moment, Night holding into to him. After a few more step they arrived at the lab. Leon then dismounting his friend. “Sorry girl, but you’re a tad to big to fit through the door, I’ll let you out later ok?” Leon said as Burnpaw smiled, and nodded as a ray of red light came from the pokeball returning to it, after a knock on the door, a guy with longish black hair arrived, identifying himself as Tracy, Oak’s assistant, said he was the second to arrive, and led Leon to the living room, to see two other people that he somewhat recognized.
After entering, Night left his side to go play with the other pokemon, She was truly, a friendly Sneasel, at least out side of battle. Leon sat in a chair near the two, pondering were he had seen them before, then it hit them. “Hey you to are from New Bark town right? In fact, you’re a relative of Professor Elm.” Leon said facing the girl. “And you’re a close friend of hers professor Elm told me about you two, I’m Leon, I’m the guy that helps with the field work from time to time, the one he keeps pressuring to join him as a researcher.” Leon said, trying to get introductions out of the way. "So... Um you two have any idea why were here?" Leon asked still woundering why Elm called him.

Name: Rinjii Skye
Age: 15

Appearance: Rinjii is tall and lanky, about 5'9", with grey-blue eyes and honey blonde hair that reaches her shoulders and flips out at the ends. She usually wears a blue sweatshirt with a torchic face printed on the front and a pokeball on the back, and baggy blue jeans with a an ivy-like floral pattern embroidered near the bottoms. On Rinjii's right wrist she wears an italian charm bracelet with one charm, a pichu face charm. She wears white running shoes as well.
Personality: Rinjii is a little shy when she first meets people, and is often suspicious at first. She is extremely warm and friendly once she gets to know people, and would take a bullet to the heart for anyone she cares about. Rinjii is always there for her friends, and although she's shy, she's always determined to face her fears and become a stronger trainer, as well as a wiser, stronger person. She will do whatever it takes to do whatever she needs to, and does not usually back down from a challenge, afraid or not.

Pokemon in Party: Flareon, Plusle, Minun, Pidgeot, Wingull, and Charizard.
Pokemon at Lab: Persian, ninetails, dragonite, togepi, and pichu.
Legendary: Jirachi
RP Sample:
Rinjii strolled down a quiet trail in Veridian Forest. Her plusle and minun followed close behind, their quick pawsteps making tiny crunching sounds as they pattered along on the dead, fallen leaves. A chilly autumn breeze swept through the trees, making them whisper and creak. Metapod hung from strands of silk attatched to tree branches, and swayed in the breeze with the trees.
It had been quite a while since Rinjii had been here, last time she had been was when she was only ten..And dad was alive...She sighed as she remembered her fallen father. That was all in the past though...He wouldn't want to see her sad now. It wouldn't help anything, after all. She swallowed her sadness and looked up ath the blue sky showing itslef throught the forest's canopy. What a great day..
Plusle and minun squealed as they play-fought on the leaf-littered ground. Rinjii could not help but smile. She still had a lot ahead of her. Still had the Pokemon league ahead..And a promising future as..maybe a Gym Leader.
Ok, that wasn't my first post, just a RP sample, but I hope it's good enough ^^

Trinity stepped out of the helicopter with her head low to avoid the wind from the blades as best she could. Once she had reached a far enough distance for her to stand up right again, she waved and moved on. She was near enough to the lab to be able to see it clearly so she wouldn't have to walk far. As she walked, a small green Pokemon poked its head out of her backpack and yawned. "Nice of you to join me, Chikorita." The little Pokemon didn't reply but moved from the backpack to her trainer's head.
Once she arrived at the lab she knocked on the door and waited for some one to answer. It only took a moment for the door to open. A boy with dark hair ushered them into a comfortable looking room where three others were already seated. Trinity chose one of the couches that didn't yet have an occupant. As soon as she was seated, Chikorita jumped off her head and sped off to join two other Pokemon, a Torchic and a Bayleaf, in a game of hide and seek. She watched them for a moment then turned her attention back to the people around her. "Hi," she said cheerfully, "any idea why we're here? The only thing Professor Elm would tell me is that it was urgent which is odd for him because he usually can't stop talking."

"David Maseau is my name." I replied, giving me hand out for anyone to shake. "And this..." I turned to face Prea.
"I'm Prea Elm, Professor Elm's niece, and that's my Torchic over there." Torchic gave a squeak when it heard it's name, giving away it's hiding spot. Bayleef soon found it under a couch.
"Oh right, that's my Bayleef, the one playing with the Chikorita there." I then said, glancing at her, and then at the Sneasel that Torchic had just jumped onto. Bayleef came over to me upon hearing it's name, and put it's front legs on the couch as it started to rub it's head against me. "We kind of have a close bond, if you know what I mean!"
"I have no clue what is going on." Prea said in response to the girls question. "He said nothing of importance to aid us other than what you've said."
"Yuup... ruined our trip to Altomare, darnit!" I added.

Leon, hesitantly shuck David’s hand. “Um… I pleasure to meet you two…” He said, he felt somewhat comfortable with these two, at least he knew them somewhat. Sneasel got out from under the Torchic, smiled warmly, and jumped behind it, tapping it on the shoulder, then running a distance,, wanting to start a game of tag. Leon just smiled. “I know exactly what you mean, I think the pokemon that a bound with the most is Night over there and, BP.”
He said pulling out a pokeball, releasing the large dog pokemon. “She was my first pokemon, we’ve been through a lot, she’s great.” He said petting the Arcanine, it smiling brightly, it too would have joined in on the fun, but it was much to big, so it just stayed with her owner.
“Your Uncle’s pretty cool Prea, I just wish he could understand that even if I would make a great researcher, It’s just not what I want to do, plus my pokemon couldn’t stand spending all there time in a lab, right guy?” The two pokemon then turned to him, and nodded, they both had a love battle. “I’m just glad that he didn’t call me a week earlier, I just beat Norman, I just hope I don’t miss the Silver Conference because of this…” Lean said relaxing in the seat.

"I personally wouldn't mind being a Pokemon researcher," said Trin thoughtfully. "I love to learn about Pokemon but it would be hard being cooped up all the time," she paused to watch Chikorita sneak up behind Sneasel and leap onto its head then continued, "you know, I bet there are researchers that do a lot of traveling and battling. There must be, you can't learn everything in a lab."
She sat in silent thought for a moment then grinned, realizing she hadn't introduced herself properly. "Oh yeah, I'm Trinity Elzamoki, but everyone calls me Trin." She shifted in her seat and looked towards the door. "When are they gonna come and tell us why we're here? I don't like just sitting for so long."

"So sorry I'm late..." gasped a girl with brilliant orange hair, died at the tips with a crystaline blue. She seemed as though she came here in a bit of a rush, and didn't realize how rude she was to merely barge in like a complete fool. Beside her stood a rather regal looking Espeon, whose pelt was a slightly darker purple pigment compared to most, and the jewel upon her head glistened more towards the pink side rather than the red. Eve gave the impression that she was utterly embarassed by the situation, and stood there with an intense look in her large, feline eyes.
She sits herself down, without waiting, and the Espeon follows, still showing signs of embarassment. Meg had already missed the introductions, and her normally pale face was burning a deep crimson out of utter embrassment. Her voice lowers to a rushed talk rather than an embarassed squeal, and she hung her head. The Espeon merely sat on her lap, showing no interest in the Pokemon playing nearby. It wasn't that she was rude, it was merely the fact that she had no need. She was more of a serious sort of nature.
"I left my Dragonite in the lab, so I had to surf and walk all the way here...trust me, it was a very complicated route..."
She blushes again. "Pardon me asking, but did I miss anything?"

Leon smiled a bit. “I’ll admit, Elm is right, I would make a fantastic researcher, and maybe I’ll end up becoming one in a few years, but right now it just does appeal to me right now, It’s just that simple.” Leon said petting Burnpaw. “But I do like learning interesting facts about pokemon, I’ve already let Elm study some of my pokemon from Honen.”
Sinic said just leaning back on the chair, he was up late last night, and was a bit tired. He then noticed someone else has joined the group, a girl. “Calm down, you haven’t missed a single thing, just relax, I’m sure we’ll get are explanation soon, I just hope it’s important." Leon said, closing hos eyes, as mellow as could be.

OOC: If you don't mind, I'd like to get the ol' RP brain working again. So, behold!
Name: Artemis Consel
Age: 18
Gender: Male.
Purpose of Pokemon Journey: To help to get back to living life as it was, before all of these terrible things happened; also, to pursue his old dream - finding out if any of the rumors he had heard as a child were true.
Appearance:Artemis is a healthy young lad. At a solid 6 foot, he weighs only about 125 pounds. He has blondish hair down to his neck that covers part of his face. He's handsome, and has nice facial features (beautiful eyes, nice hair, good teeth) but isn't muscular at all. His eyes are a soothing gray that seem to reflect his mood into other who gaze into them. His usual apparel consists of dark grey slacks, a white T-shirt, (portraying a Mawile's giant jaws gaping open at the viewer, along with the text, "Bite Me.") a dark grey jacket with the ensignia of the high school he attended embroidered above his left breast, and black converse hi-tops with neon green laces.
Personality: Artemis is quite a bit like the tales of Mew, which tell of it being a happy, carefree individual. However, like Mew, he's easily startled, and he can be very reserved towards people who don't give him the right "vibe." While not exactly a psychic power, he posseses a certain instinct, a "sixth sense" if you will. This allows him to tell when something is about to go wrong, or is going wrong, or vice versa. He can be quite bipolar at times, and depending on such trivial things as the weather, or hearing something on the news can shift his mood from bouncy and bubbly to reserved and lonely. He loves to play little tricks on people, provided he's in the mood, and he can be rather flirtatious. (again, when the mood suits.) Under the happy exterior, a confused, terrified boy is just searching for a way to cope.
History:Born and raised in Ecruteak City, both his parents lived and worked in an age old, family owned inn, which Artemis has lived all his life. Ever since the time he could walk, he loved to sneak out of his bed and listen to the old tales told by travelers and mariners alike who frequented the tavern. Being the nature of the city as well, many monks would barge in and yell about a various spirit that was going to haunt them all. (At this, just to be funny, Artemis would flick the lights on and off a few times, just to freak everyone out.) All sorts of people came and went through the inn. (Some of his favorites included a man named Ignov, who was a big beefy man from some foreign country who married his Jynx, and a skinny man named Horace who insisted every time that he came into the bar that he was turning into a Bellsprout ever since the guards at the tower had thrown him out the window.) So, naturally, Artemis became very familiar with the surrounding regions, along with any tall tales that accompanied them. He dreamed of being an explorer one day, and finding out if any of those tales were true. However, he would never get the chance. One fateful day, 2 years ago, while resting in a Goldenrod Inn late one night, a scientist representing Neo Team Rocket abducted him and his pokemon, and began to test a new strain of an obscure virus, that combined Human DNA with Pokemon DNA, in such, giving them some physical characteristics of their pokemon, as well as some of their specific powers. However, this strain of the virus was different. It hoped to accomplish 2 things.
Remove as much as possible of the Anthromorphic effect of the virus - effectively creating an espionage unit capable of wreaking havoc on places hard to get to while in such an otherwise noticable form
Morph humans into Pokemon that they had no exact genetic data - essentially to extract the DNA of a pokemon through something else.
The experiments were a huge success. By taking bits of previous genetic material from Mewtwo, the Neo Rocket Scientist was able to extract partial data of Mew - however, since Mewtwo is a genetically altered clone, Mew's genetic material was garbled and scrambled. This effect caused Artemis to not have any of mew's stronger physical advantages (i.e flight, force-field, etc) but he still retained Mew's personality, and some of his minor abilities (minor telekinesis, mind reading, an ability to calm those around him.) After a year and a half of grueling experiments, a freak lab accident released all the "humans," including Artemis. Escaping the lab into the massive Goldenrod, he ran for his life, his Pokemon belt now safely latched back onto his belt. Leaping onto the Monorail, he landed in Saffron. (He'd never been to Kanto) From there, scared and disconnected from his family, he headed south into Vermillion City, looking for something to take his mind off of the horrible experimentation he had endured.
From there, Artemis tried to compete in the Indigo League challenge, but discontinued after only recieving 3 badges. After recieving the marsh badge from Sabrina, the psychic master told him something that would send him off unto another journey. She stared deep into his mind, and informed him of his destiny.. to meet the legendary Mew!
However, Artemis doubted this. It was probably just Mew's DNA in my brainwaves that led her to think that. However, he couldn't shake the idea that it might somehow be true. Deeply brooding, he walked out of the Saffron Gym, and ran smack into Professor Oak, who was in a hurry to get somewhere. Apologizing deeply, Artemis helped the Professsor retrieve his things, but the Professor looked curiously at Artemis. Are you busy, my boy? he asked. Shaking his head no, Artemis returned the professor's interested gaze. Come with me, then..
Pokemon in Party:
Girafarig - "Melody." Female. http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/pkrs164.gif
Melody is the type of girl who always cares about her appearance. She is very vain, and very proper. She can't stand to be dirty in any way. If someone around her is acting foolish or un-dignified in any way, she becomes very embarrased. As a girafarig, she has two sides to every issue, but usually the back end handles any altercations or battles. However, she drops all of her dignity when she is battling. She fights very hard, and fights to win. Sometimes, her competetive nature intimidates Artemis.
Sharpedo - "Psycho." Male.http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/pkrs098.gif
As his name suggests, Psycho is erratic and spontaneous. He loves to eat, and sometimes his hunger gets the best of him and he may attack others without provocation. For this reason, he's usually locked safe in his Pokeball. When he battles, he uses vicious bite attacks, and usually has a good deal of intimidation under his belt. Personality wise, he has a one tracked mind - he has to finish whatever he's doing before starting anew - this is dangerous in battle, when he needs to avoid an attack with his jaws firmly latched around a seperate opponent.
Swellow - "Robin." Female.http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/pkrs026.gif
Robin is very protective of her team, almost like a mother figure. She manages to be able to patch them up after a battle, no matter how bad the injury. In battle herself, she is fearless and deadly, striking weak points, and making sure no harm comes to her family. However, it rarely comes to this, and Robin will only fight if it's the very last resort.
Jynx -"Jynx." Female. http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/sprites/emespr/emespr124.png
Jynx is one of the three elemental triplets that was given to Artemis as a 15th birthday present, given to him by the Goldenrod breeders. Jynx herself is very sisterly and dependant of the other 2, and is always with them, even in battle. They all three share a bit of telekinetic link with each other, and find themselves completing each other sentences often.
Electabuzz "Electabuzz." Male.http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/sprites/emespr/emespr125.png
Electabuzz is one of the three elemental triplets that was given to Artemis as a 15th birthday present, given to him by the Goldenrod breeders. Electabuzz can be spontaneous, but is always supportive of his siblings, helping them with whatever they need. They all three share a bit of telekinetic link with each other, and find themselves completing each other sentences often.
Magmar - "Magmar." Male .http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/sprites/emespr/emespr126.png
Magmar is one of the three elemental triplets that was given to Artemis as a 15th birthday present, given to him by the Goldenrod breeders. Magmar is the "cool" one of the three, intellectual, calm, and possesing a good amount of leadership. He's often considered to be the leader of the triplets. They all three share a bit of telekinetic link with each other, and find themselves completing each other sentences often.
Pokemon in Party: None.
Legendary: Since Team Galaxy left, I think it'd be safe to give me Mew, no? Considering my history and personality, it'd really be the best. If not, then I guess Mewtwo.
Other: Artemis has a Pokegear, which can be used to contact him - he can also buy new cards at various shops around Kanto.
RP Sample:
Slateport City - 5:30 PM
Slateport - a massive staple of Hoenn's power and money. As Julian stepped out of Earl's Pokemon Academy, (which happened to look exactly like the Goldenrod branch, complete with the horribly done neon sign of the spinning fat man, and broken window on the 2nd floor.) he realized that he had never, ever, been to Hoenn at all, let alone Slateport. Suddenly, he felt very afraid, and insignificant. Suddenly, an odd, high pitched voice sounded out behind him.
"Hallo!! You look lost, yes?!" Julian wheeled around, and found himself face to face with a large man.. and he seemed to be spinning. Julian was taken aback for a second, but looking up at the neon sign, he made a few assumptions.
"Um.. I guess... are you Earl?" The fat man shook his massive face in an enthusiastic nod. "Why, yes! Have heard of me you?" Earl queried, almost psychotically. Julian took a step back.
"Um, I guess so.." The man named Earl took a step forward and made a grab for Julian. "I help you with pokemon, yes!?" Julian yelped, and took several steps back. He started to panic a little. "Uh.. no. I need.. um, directions to Rustboro city.. if you please." Earl threw his chubby arms in the air, and spun around twice in rapid succession. "YES! Exploration, always excellent! To for get to Rustboro city..."
Earl drew a large piece of paper from his pocket (How he managed to fit it in there, Julian wasn't exactly sure.) and also extracted a vibrant purple crayon, and began to draw a crude map of the surrounding area. "Well, my young friend, if take you this road, and go into cave, you make to Rustboro soon!" Earl handed the boy the map with a monstrous smile, but when he opened his eye to extend his hand in farewell, Julian had already bolted away from the huge man that he was sure had intentions to eat him.
"Huff... Puff..." Julian panted as he leaned against the wall. He took out his PokeGear to check the time, but as he did, it began to buzz and flash. [NEW EMAIL!] is what it proclaimed. Julian opened the message, and it went something like this..
“To All Team Trainer Members,
For the past few days, we have encountered a massive world problem known only as the virus. It has transformed many people, and some Trainer members, into hybrids, a combination of humans and pokemon. Although the hybrids seem to have retained their essential humanity, many people in this world still fear them and wish to kill them. We cannot allow that...
...All Trainer members who have not been infected and are stationed outside the Kanto and Johto regions are asked to report your status to Trainer Headquarters at Rustboro City. All traveling members of Trainer should also report to Rustboro City personally for further orders. Any members already on missions do not need to report in...
...We will get through this and we will succeed as a team. The world is depending on us and I am sure we will not let it down. Let’s fight for freedom, fight for glory, and fight to win!
- Directory Harry Kim
"Harry Kim..." Julian mused. "I remember hearing about him. He was really high up in the progression, but I don't remember exactly what position he held." He closed his Pokegear, and headed north through Slateport.
It was a lot bigger than he thought it was. It wasn't like Saffron, there weren't busses or trams that ran through the streets like in his home city. "Well, let's see." He reached for his belt, grabbed Asura's pokeball, and tossed it into the street. The girafarig emerged from the blinding light. <Yeah, what?> the pokemon grumbled crossly. <I was trying to fix the bow in my hair.>
"You can do that when we get to Rustboro." Julian responded simply. "I need transportation, alright? Willing?"
<Yeah, I guess so. But if you mess up my hair..> Julian laughed before she could finish, and hopped on her back. Girafarigs are surprisingly strong and fast. Before he knew it, he was galloping through the city. In about 20 minutes time, he was in the open field again. He stopped for a minute to let his steed rest.
"Team Trainer.. Harry Kim.. the virus.. what is this all about, anyway? Why am I so drawn to Team Trainer? He barely told me anything about it, and the next thing I know, I'm in a different country. I don't have anything to rely on except some crazy fat guy's crude map (which was basically purple lines. You had to use your imagination.) and this email from this 'Kim' guy. This is so crazy.." he thought to himself.
"What do you think of it, Asura?" The pokemon did not reply, too entranced with it's own reflection in the water. "Then again," he thought, "I know exactly what she'd say;"
<You're just crazy, Julian.>
"Maybe she's right." he thought. "Maybe I AM crazy"

I yawned slightly as I landed, returning Pidgeot to her pokeball. I had flown all night on Pidgeot just to get here in time. "Ohhh, this better be good." I muttered under my breath as I walked towards the Lab. Normally I was quite nice, but when I got less sleep, I tended to get more than a little cranky...
I didn't bother talking as I enterred the room with the others, Quilava tailing me, stopping when I did, winding between my legs almost like a cat, thin tendrils of flame visibile, never quite touching me.
OOC: Very, very sorry for the poor quality of this post, I'm fighting, to stay aware.

OOC: I'm hesitant to accept you due to the History being a little... not the type of thing I was looking for. But it seems you put a lot of effort into it, so I'll accept you. Hopefully everyone has arrived at the lab in 8 hours, when I get back from work. That way I can actually get things moving. XD;

OOC: Well, if you think about it, It's not really out of context. It explains why my character is connected to Mew, my selected Legendary, and how I'm connected to Team Rocket. So, if you really think about it, it isn't too abstract. But, that's just my opinion.
IC: Clip, clop, clip, clop.. Melody the Girafarig's hoofbeats echoed across Digletts cave at a steady pace. The triplets walked along behind him in a line, chattering excitedly, Magmar's glowing exterior faintly lighting the area around them. Here and there, a Diglett would pop up, look around, and dive down once more.
Artemis sat mounted atop Melody's back, thinking deeply. Everything had happened so fast - his head was spinning. One moment, he was battling Sabrina, the next he was talking to the legend himself, Professor Oak. He had barely told him anything, but the Mew DNA pulsing through his blood had told Artemis that it was something very dire. Without even thinking about it, he agreed to meet at the Professor's lab in Pallet town. He couldn't fly there - Robin, his swellow, had taken a nasty fall, and was nursing a broken wing. So, alas, he had to go by foot. Melody shuddered.
<Ooooh, I hate it in here! I hate it, I hate it!> she whined, shaking her gorgeous mane free of dust, psychically fixing the bow lodged within it. <So dusty...> she mumbled, her head down, and she began to walk a bit faster.
Artemis smiled, and patted her on the head, and turned around, calling to Electabuzz. "Hey, Electabuzz - give us a Flash, would you?"
With a nod, Electabuzz released a wave of light, illuminating the entire cavern. <Haha! That was great!> he cried, recieving unrequited praise from his brother and sister.
Peering ahead, Artemis spied the end of the cave. "Alright, you guys! We're almost there. I think I can walk it from here. Thanks, Melody."
With an exasperated sigh, Melody rolled her eyes. <About time! I've been walking in this dust all day!>
<Oh, shut up, you old cow!> cried Magmar.
<Yeah, shut up, you old cow!> echoed the other 2 triplets.
Melody was beside herself with rage. <Old Cow?! Oooh, you beasts! You savages! If Artemis wasn't here, I'd sit on the three of you!> she screamed indignantly, her whinnies of anger echoing along the cave walls.
As the three triplets giggled, Artemis stepped in. "That's enough of that. All of you. Now, Pokemon, return!" He declared, his pokeballs extended in his hand. The triplets still giggling, and Melody still fuming, all returned to their respective pokeballs, as Artemis reached the ladder to emerge from Diglett's Cave.
As he did so, the bright light of Route 2 forced Artemis to sheild his eyes. Looking to his right, he spied a patch of trees blocking the route - however there was one that was a bit thinner than the others. "Maybe... Psycho, come on out!" he said, tossing the ball out onto the floor.
The Pokeball erupted in a burst of white light, and the Sharpedo emerged, looking around for something to kill. <Where's the battle, boy?> he asked, a psychotic grin, the feature he was named for, spreading across his face, exposing his razor sharp fangs.
Artemis shook his head. "No battle here, I'm afraid. Just need you to cut some things." he pointed to the thin trees.
Psycho looked positively crestfallen. Without speaking, he bit through the tree, leaving a clear pathway, and returned to his pokeball.
Stepping into the main route, Artemis hung a quick left, and headed into Viridian forest.
It was quiet... almost. The sound of bugs and birds littered the forest, and the lush grass was wet with dew. It was nice and cool, like the cave, but not nearly as dry or dusty, which made it a much more enjoyable experience. It wasn't nearly as quiet as the cave, either, which made it easier to put his troubles out of his mind, and to focus on the ambient voice of the forest. After a steady walk of 25 minutes or so, Artemis found himself in a rest house at the edge of the forest.
It was empty. There were signs of people that had been there recently, in the last couple of hours maybe, but there wasn't a single person in the building. After grabbing a glass of water from the cooler, he moved on.
The city of Viridian was fairly small - not nearly as big as he thought it would be. Gary Oak, who ran the gym in this city, could be seen pacing in the Viridian Gym's second floor. This town was oddly empty too - there weren't that many cars in the street, and only about 25 people walking around on the sidewalks that he could see. Walking through the empty streets, he found an old electronics shop. Walking in, he headed towards the PokeGear Section. There were cards of all sorts, but the one he needed most was a map of Kanto. it was only about 300 poke - Pokegears were out of date, and not a lot of people really used them anymore, but Artemis liked them better than the bulky Pokenav, and since he wasn't a traditional trainer, and didn't enter his pokemon into contests or anything like that, so he didn't need the extra features. Besides, the Pokegear was very customizable, and when it was in it's prime, there were more cards than you could shake a Weedle at.
As he brought his purchase up to the man behind the counter, he decided to ask what was the big deal aroud here.
"Hey, friend.. I'd like to ask you a question." said Artemis, in a nonchalant voice.
"Yeh. What's that." said the cashier, a pen clutched in his teeth as he rung up Artemis.
"Where IS everyone?" At this, the man's eyes jerked up. He took the pen out of his mouth, and stared at Artemis. "You mean, you don't know?" Artemis looked confused.
"No.. I.." Artemis began.
"Well, it's not my business to tell you, but... No, nevermind. Please, take your card, and go."
Artemis took the desperate look in his eyes to heart, and left the store. Slotting in the card to his Pokegear, the map came up.
"Okay, well, I'll need to go.. south." he pointed in that direction for good measure.
As he left the city, Artemis felt a sense of foreboding that really pushed his buttons. Now, for some reason, he really DIDN'T want to go to the professor's lab, to find out what was going on in Viridian City. But, as he walked through the last patch of grass, and saw the professor's lab looming in the distance, he knew he couldn't turn back....

OOC: Sorry, Pikachu_Charizard. I can't accept that the way it is.
IC: It wasn't long before yet another girl entered the room, a Quilava following quickly behind him. I was becoming more and more curious as to what this meeting was about, with so many trainers gathered. The only thing this really could be related to was the proclamation by Rocket about a month prior, but what was released to the public was too vague, so most towns had shrugged off the threats long ago. As we had flown over Viridian to get here, however, the town seemed almost completely empty. So did Pallet, come to think of it... "Gah! I can't take the waiting anymore!"
"David... Calm down, please be patient." Prea reminded me softly, as she placed her right hand on my left shoulder, which in turn made me blush. "We will probably find out soon." I was honestly surprised she had lasted in this room for so long. She didn't like large groups of people. However, she had told me she was trying to be a stronger person, so I guess this was her first step.
I returned Bayleef to her Pokeball, and Prea did the same with her Torchic, as whom I assumed to be Professor Oak entered the room, followed by Professor Elm, and Professor Birch.
"Ahem." Oak coughed into his hand as Elm pushed a button, causing a large television screen to slowly drop down behind Oak. "My name is Professor Oak, as I'm sure most of you are aware. We, the professors of Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn, have called you all here today for a special purpose."
Elm than took over. "As you should all know, Team Rocket has been terrorizing the world since it was first created by the old Viridian Gym Leader, Giovanni. You should also already be aware that one month ago, Rocket sent a message out to the world, threatening humanity. Although the full message was not released to the public, only certain people heard the whole thing. People capable of preventing the disaster. The full message was passed on to every Gym Leader in all three regions, as well as the Elite. The message was also given to Maxi and Archie, of Team Magma and Team Aqua, as well as us, the Professors."
Birch than began his segment of the introduction. "We are aware of what Rocket is planning on doing, we just don't think it best to inform you of what until the time is right. However, with all of these allies assembled, we were able to create a counter-weapon for the weapon Rocket is planning on using. However, there is a slight problem..."
Oak began once more. "With the Gym Leaders having duties at their gyms, and the Elite, Magma, and Aqua, are busy with their own tasks, we are unable to collect the power source required for our machine. You see, it is a very rare and powerful substance known as Mytonium, and is extremely hard to acquire. Mytonium is created by the very souls of Legendary Pokemon, and only one orb is created by a Legendary Pokemon during it's lifetime. As such, you can only find the element in areas where Legendary Pokemon are, or have been present once before. We have a vague log, written by Ash Ketchum, who's encountered many, of where we may find Mytonium. Unfortunately, we have not located Ash, so we have nobody else to turn to for help but you, those we've entrusted with the future of our peaceful world. It is completely up to you, but would you please help us find the Mytonium needed to power the machine. We will completely understand if you decline, as it may be a very dangerous journey."
I glanced at Prea, and she just nodded at me. That was a lot of information to digest, so I wasn't sure. If Prea wanted to do it, however, I would not stand in her way. "Fine, count us in."

Leon turned to David seeing him lose his cool. He sighed a bit. “Some people are so impatient.” He said to himself. ‘But I have to admit, this is driving me crazy too…’ Leon thought to himself, as Oak entered the room, he returned the large dog pokemon, while his Sneasel sat in his lap, she was playful, friendly, but could also be well behaved. After the story ended he smirked.
“Well I’m sure not passing this up, it’s perfect practice for the Silver Conference, plus I might run into a Legendary while were looking for this Mytonium, and I can’t pass that up, count me in.” Leon said, with a cocky smirk on his face, backing down from something like this wouldn’t be him at all.
“Plus, I may not know what Team Rocket is up too, but if I don’t help, they might be able to do it, then were would we be?” Leon said thoughts forming in his head what could they be up too, there were only a few possibilities, two imparticular stood out, he might discuses them with the other trainers later. Leon then just relaxed in the chair, Night looking at him happily, this would be interesting.

Artemis sighed as he looked up into the midday sun. Ordinarily, he would have had sweat pouring down his neck - he was not a very sun-proof individual - but today, there was a nice breeze blowing through his cream colored hair, which kept him nice and dry. As he walked into Pallet Town, he was dissapointed to find that, yet again, the town was empty.
"Just like Viridian.." he mused. The breeze continued to stir the trees, but no other sound besides the rustling of leaves could be heard. No birds chirped, no children playing.. it gave him the creeps. The previously refreshing breeze suddenly felt very cold. He wrapped his arms around himself and looked aoround, the breeze picking up a tad and blowing his hair about his face like linens in the wind.
As he walked through the ghost town, he spotted Professor Oak's Lab in the distance. Be there by 3:30 sharp, so I can let you and everyone else know what's going on... he had said. "I should still have plenty of time.." said Artemis. Looking at his watch, his eyes opened wide, and he began to dash towards the tall building.
"Jeez, 4 o' clock.. how did I get so behind?" he chastised himself as he ran up the slope towards the doors of the laboratory. As he neared the doors, he put his ear to the door to see if he had missed anything, but it was almost impossible to tell if it was just mindless chatter or actual lecturing. Peering through one of the side windows, and his worst fears were confirmed.
The meeting had started without him. At this point, Artemis considered just leaving, but the Professor's dire eyes kept creeping into his mind, so he decided to accept the consequences. He tried the door, and was relieved when they began to open. The last thing he needed was some old guy giving him stern looks as he knocked on the door. He could just picture it..
Excuse me, Ladies and Gentlemen, there's someone very rude at the door..
As it opened, however, he cringed as it creaked and screeched as it slowly opened. He tried to sneak in as nonchalantly as possible; maybe if nobody saw him sneak in, he could get off being punished. As he settled back into the back of the lecture space, he breathed a sigh of relief. So far, nobody had noticed; or nobody had said anything yet.
The three professors droned on. ...and the Elite, Aqua and Magma are all busy with their own tasks... As they continued their speech, Artemis became less concerned with the consequences of his tardiness, and more concerned with the people who were in the room with him. A boy and a girl, both standing close together, both a bit younger than he was. The girl had an odd pink hair color to it. "Pfft... everyone needs a gimmick to mak themselves look different.." he mumbled quietly to himself. Other than that, there wasn't much to the couple standing there.
Another girl, with ANOTHER hair gimmick, this one in the form of blue highlighted tips. "Do all people in Kanto do this?" he muttered to himself, although he wasn't sure why. People did it all the time in Johto, too. She seemed to be a bit younger than him, AND the other two. However, unlike the other girl, she was muscular, and toned - a real nice body. Artemis grinned to himself before continuing onto the next person listening intently.
Another young girl, about the same age as the last one. He let out a playful sigh. This one's hair was at least somewhat normal. She seemed of average build and weight, and she wasn't too tall, or short. As she turned to follow the professor's pacings, he saw her Pokegear suspended from her neck. He couldn't help but smile about it. He was surprised anyone still used 'em anymore.
There was only one guy left - a guy with long white hair, with heavy-set glasses. He didn't seem to spectacular - his big ol' trenchcoat covered most of his body, so he couldn't see much of him.
Leaning back against a book case, he closed his eyes, and continued to listen to the professor's speeches...

Chikorita leapt lightly into Trinity's lap as the three Professor's began their explanation about why they had called her and the others here. The girl was very keen to hear what they had to say but felt just a twinge of annoyance at the Elite Four, the gym leaders, and the leaders of Magma and Aqua. Perhaps it would be hard for them to get away and search for the Mytonium themselves, but surely, if the world really was under such a great threat, they could spare a few days off.
Still, it wasn't her place to judge. She had no idea what a gym leader or an Elite's life was like. For all she knew it would be hard for them to get away even if Team Rocket's plan, whatever it was, had gone public.
'What do you think the effects of Mytonium will be?' asked Chikorita in a quiet voice.
"What do you mean?"
'Well, if it was created by legendary presence and it's powerful enough to power some huge weapon, what effects do you think it'll have on those who come in contact with it.'
"I doubt there will be any. Nothing happens when a person comes in contact with a legendary yet they possess immense power. I'd imagine the Mytonium to be similar to the red and blue orbs of Hoenn. Who knows, maybe they are Mytonium."
'Unlikely, but possible. And I see your point. So, do you think we should help?'
"Do you really have to ask?"
'No, but I felt it would be proper.'
Trin grinned and turned her head to face Professor Elm. "Count us in. There's no way we'd pass up a chance like this."

I couldn't help but grin slightly as quilava crawled up my red jeans, parking itself on my head, the flames on it's back echoing my enthusiasm. "You want us, to follow leads of legendary pokemon, to save the world, to stick it to rocket, and thusly likely have a chance of encountering several legendary pokemon? I'm trying to see a catch here." I said, smiling. My cousin could probably be a big help if we stopped in saffron... "You can bet that I'm in." I said, pulling out my special poketech. Technically it wasn't a standard issue, being prototype and all that, but even unfinished, it was useful, another reason I needed to stop by saffron, he'd be wanting it back...

OOC: Sorry it's kinda short, but Axel, I think I speak for all of us when I say that you're on professor duty, i.e. move the story along, if you please. :-\
IC: As the numerous occupants of the room began to mumble their acceptance of the terms, Artemis was the only one who hadn't said anything yet. After a long while of deliberation, he stopped leaning on the book case, began to speak, but then stopped, deciding that starting trouble wouldn't be the best idea. As he thought about the circumstances more and more, his blood began to boil at the thought of Rocket. The thought of crushing them like the insects that they were, seemed complete and utter justice. As more evil and evil thoughts whirled through his head, the true Artemis began to get a little frightened of himself... Do I really want to hurt them that bad? he thought.
Everyone had pretty much stated their compliance, and Artemis was no exception. As he thought about slaughtering Team Rocket, a malicious grin, a look of pure evil splashed across his face.. but was gone in an instant.
"I'm in - I have a score to settle with Rocket anyway..." he said quietly.
He looked at the Professors, as if asking them to continue.

OOC: Sorry, been busy with a bunch of tests and crap in the last week, what I've been able to get around to doing has been limited. x.x;
IC: "I give my thanks to those of you who've accepted our request." Professor Oak said as he bowed. "Since most of the locations are far away, we have been supplied with methods of travel by the Pokemon Leagues of Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn. When you aren't out exploring, you are welcome to spend your time here. We've prepared rooms, and there's a training arena in the back of the lab."
"Training area, huh? We should definately check it out later, right Prea?" I said whispered to her, and recieving a nod in response.
"Your first mission will start tomorrow morning, since we still have some things to work out with equipment you guys will be given." Professor Elm said as he glanced from face to face, eventually stopping at Prea. It didn't surprise me, I'm sure he didn't want her doing this. It was dangerous, after all. Of course, I wasn't about to let anything happen to her. I just couldn't. "Since it doesn't start in the morning, you are free to do what you'd like until then. We'd like you to spend the night here, and we'll be having dinner in an hour."
"You're dismissed." Oak finally said as the three exited the room. Tracey came back in right after, offering to show anyone who was interested the training arena. Prea and I quickly followed him, making sure to return our Pokemon on the way. After weaving our way through various halls, we came across a pair of large blue doors. Upon entering, we realized we were actually exiting into the backyard area.
Before us was a large grass field, three arenas for battling etched into the grass. There was also an arena tha consisted of a pond, obviously for water Pokemon. "Okay! We've got an hour to kill! Who wants to challenge one of us!?"

Artemis' head whilred with activity - perhaps the chance to finally get back at that scum, Rocket, for what they did to him. Just used as a guinea pig... a disposable waste product. They were using you as trash.. said a voice from inside his head. Look what they've done to your life! You can't go home, you can't go anywh- Artemis shook his head suddenly, and the voice vanished into thin air. Artemis tried to come back into the professor's speech.
..prepared rooms, and there's a training arena in the back of the lab.." said one of the Professors, but it pretty much went in one ear and out the other, small fragments of the information clinging to his attention span like leaves in a draft. One of the girls said something, and then, suddenly, everyone was moving.
The couple were the first ones to actually do anything; they began heading out into a passageway that Artemis only could assume lead to outside. Looking around, yawning, he decided to find one of those rooms the professor was talking about. As if reading his mind, a bright young man looked oddly at Artemis.
"Would you like to take yout things to your room..? I can escort-" he began, but Artemis cut him off. "Nah, I think I can find my way around.." the young man looked a bit glum. "Oh." he said, a bit dejected. As he walked away quietly, Artemis felt a bit bad for the fellow, and called to him. "You know, on second thought, I'd like a bit of assistance." The young man whirled around, a bright smile spreading across his face.
Artemis really didn't need a guide. He could have, as he said, easily found his way around the entire complex - and become familiar with it within an hour or two. But, since he was tired of lugging a heavy pack around, and he didn't want to be rude to the young tour guide, he played dumb, and followed the excited young man into a broad corridor.
It was obvious, but this man LOVED to know things. Useless things, but things all the same. Another thing that Artemis noticed right away, was that he also LOVED to talk. After about 45 seconds of his jabbering on and on about how everything works in the entire complex (or so it felt like) Artemis had blocked him out; one of the many innate talents he had. Now, after 10 more minutes of the boring jibberjabber, the man said the first actual interesting thing that Artemis had ever heard him say.
"...and this, is the dining room. We'll be eating dinner here shortly..." he began, but Artemis had already lost him. His nose was overwhelmed with the most savory smell he had ever smelled. The man was still talking, perhaps about his wife, or perhaps about the history of the left wall of the room, but that took no priority in the face of such a delicious smell.
"Um.. Sir?" the man called timidly, once noticing that he had been ignored. Artemis broke from his trance, and turned to face him. "O-oh.. Sorry. What were you saying?" the man shook his head. "Oh, nothing.. but we can move on to your room, if you'd like." Artemis said nothing, but shook his head in agreemend, his sense of smell still reeling.
As they arrived at the room, the man fumbled around in his pocket for a pair of keys, which he used to open the door. With a smile, the man gestured Artemis in. "I hope it's to your liking - everything should be clean.." he beamed. Artemis smiled tiredly, and nodded with a yawn. The man continued. "If there's anything you need, just ask someone for Dennis... That's me." he grinned, laughing at his own joke. Artemis nodded as Dennis shuffled out the door.
Artemis set his pack down on the ground, and collapsed onto the cool bedspread. As his hands fell to his side, they brushed his pokeballs. Then it hit him - he should probably let them out to play. They'd been in their pokeballs ever since the cave, almost 2 hours ago. He sat up laboriously, desperately wanting the sheets to envelop his body. But, he stood up anyway, and headed out the door. Walking down the hallway, and past the kitchen, the smell tempted his nose again. His stomach let out a deep rumble, and his mouth began to water. As he walked past though, he managed to put it out of his mind.
The door to the outside was white, and wooden. Artemis pushed it open, and the sunlight made him cover his eyes. Once adjusted, he released his pokemon one by one. As they all emerged from the white light even brighter than the blazing sun, he turned to Robin.
"Robin, I'm putting you in charge. Make sure nothing too crazy happens. Nobody fights, or anything like that. How's that wing?"
<Fine.. fine. I'll be flying before you know it. Sure, I'll watch this team of misfits putter around. Just leave it to me.> she answered with a bit of a pompous smile. Artemis couldn't help but laugh.
"Alright, alright. Perfect. I'm gonna go lay down for a bit.. When dinner is on, I'll come and check on you, alright?"
<You got it, cheif.> barked Psycho, almost sarcastically, but still holding a bit of respect, so Artemis let it slide.
So, each group went their seperate ways. Artemis headed inside, towards his room. The three triplets headed off towards a particularly tall patch of grass, to play hide and seek. Melody and Psycho headed off towards the body of water. Robin herself perched high in a tree to watch from above. She sighed in content.
<Ah.. just what I need. Some R&R...>

She was Morty's apprentice when she was 10 and learned from watching battles. She caught her very own pokemon which was Gastly not long after when she turned 11. She trained hard and soon she grown an a dream to travel outside the lands of Ecruteak.
Proving she was strong enough to fend for herself when she turned 13, Morty letted her go to travel on her own after she managed to capture a dratini. With gastly and dratini she headed out across the lands. Little after she entered the lands of Hoenn and slowly captured the rest of the pokemon that is now on her team.
To fullfill her dream she made a vow she wouldn't return to Ecruteak until she had seen all there was to see in the world of pokemon and trainers.

The girl panted tiredly as she reached the top of the hill wiping sweat from her forehead. She stumbled a little and sat down under the shadow of a big oak tree to rest leaning against the tree trunk. One of her pokeballs fell out of her belt as it trembled and Gardevoir came out.
Rae sighed, "Gardevoir, you don't have to protect me every minute of the day. I am fine. You should be in your pokeball." She said drinking water from her last bottled of water. Gardevoir shook her head slightly and stood by Rae silently and still.
Rae closed her eyes to rest as Absol appeared by her, "not you too, Absol." She grunted opening her eyes. Absol leaped into Rae's lap and cuddled up against her to keep her company. Rae chuckled patted her head and stared at the calm clear skies.

I grinned, quickly following the others that went out to the training area, quilava lmaking me look as though my head was on fire. "I'm up for some practice." I said, causing quilava to run in circles with enthusiasm. At least he had finally learned not to scorch my hair...
OOC: Very short, but I'm trying to keep this moving.

Leon smirked getting up, Night jumping on his shoulder. “I’ll be in the training area in a sec, I’m going to check something real quick.” Leon said, heading strait for the kitchen. Seeing three people making the food. “Um Hey I wanted to see what you were making, I’m a bit of a cook myself.” Leon said pulling out a picture with him, and Flannery, holding up a trophy that said “Best Dish, Lavaridge food computation.”
They just shrugged, as he tried some soup. “This isn’t half bad, but with a little red pepper, and some powdered Spelon berry…” “Leon said, pouring some of the ingredients into the soup, he carried some of his favorite with him in his pack. Leon then let out Burnpaw. “And heat it up a tad, BP, heat up please.” Leon said as the large Dog blow a small stream of fire.
Leon then took a spoon and had a sip, then holding it up letting the main cook have a taste. “This is great!” He said, as Leon smirked. “Hey I’ll help you out with my little touch, maybe I’ll even learn something, know can you show me the main course?” Leon asked.
A few minutes Later…
Leon stepped out of the kitchen Burnpaw, and Night by his side. “Ok BP, you’re a tad big to just walk around here, I’ll let you out in a bit, but for know, you better go back in the ball.” Leon said, as Burnpaw nodded, and returned. After another minute, Leon arrived at the training area. “Ok, I just had to check on our meal, so… Anyone want to battle, we cloud just have a warm up match, or…” Leon said as his glasses caught a glare. “We could make things a little more serious.” Leon said with a bit of a bright smile.

"Prea, why don't you take on Quilava girl over there, and I'll take on Captain Confidence." I said, making references to Robin and Leon respectively. Prea nodded, and pushed her bangs off of her face, which made her pink eyecolour even more apparent. I was personally surprised nobody had asked about it yet, or her haircolour for a matter of fact. They were natural, but they weren't normal colourings. "So, I propose a battle using three Pokemon each. What did you mean by 'making things more serious', though?" I said to Leon with a serious look on my face.
"Three on three for us, too?" Prea asked Robin quietly as she placed her hand on the belt around her waist, ready to take her first Pokemon from it at any time.

Leon smirked a bit. “I’m just wondering if you wanted an easy going battle, just something to get our blood going, or if you want something more hard core, no kid gloves, a battle that we’ll have to no doubt heal after” Leon said pulling out a pokeball. “Oh sorry if I sound a bit cocky, besides the GYM leaders I haven’t had a real challenge in a while, but if were both here to save the human race, we must be good. Ok I’m sending out my newest member, he needs some training, but he’s my secret weapon for the Silver Conference, so he needs the work, Let’s go Meda!” Leon said, as the Meditite. As it crossed it’s legs, waiting for an attack.

I smiled, shrugging slightly. "We need to keep sharp, three on three sounds fine to me." I said, considering my selection. I rolled my eyes up as quilava glanced down at me, suddenly calm. "Wait a moment. You're a bit too easy to predict at a starting point." I whispered to him, moving to one of my pokeballs, pressing the switch. The ball blasted open, a huge form slowly taking shape besides me, the massive armored Behemoth pokemon known as Armaldo. "You're getting a bit lazy, you could use a good workout." I said jovially, leaning over slightly. Apparently, I didn't feel like taking this battle seirously. Or at least not my pokemon...

OOC: Told in 3 different POVs. Oh, and third page. Woohoo!
~Artemis~
Closing the door behind him, Artemis let out a contented sigh. On one hand, his pokemon were content, and happy, all having fun in the training area, but on the other hand, his stomach screamed in exasperation, the delicious smell of the tender main course driving his nose mad with envy. He was torn - eat a snack now, and maybe not enjoy as much food as he possibly could, or wait, and stuff his face full of that heavenly food? Quickly checking his pokegear, his brain whirled with a million possibilities. "5:17.." he said quietly to himself. "Dinner's at six.. I bet I could wait it out.. yeah! I just.. shouldn't think about it." he coached himself, although is was hard to hear himself think over his stomach's constant griping.
So, he thought about a lot of things. At first, it was good, and he found himself thinking less about the food, and his stomach began to forget that a world class meal was being cooked less than 25 yards away. Content with himself, he began to walk towards his room, to finish reading the horror novel he had bought in Lavender Town, but just as luck might have (or NOT have) it, the kitchen doors were open, and the scrumptious aroma that he had spent so much thought trying to get out of his head, suddenly came rushing back at him with more force than ever before, and he almost buckled under the weight iof his own hunger. To add insult to injury, the head chef had a sample pot in the middle of the dining room table, which he was greedily tasting, (enjoying his plump self way more than he SHOULD, Artemis thought.) and giggling with delight at his own masterpiece.
Artemis speed-walked, head down, nosed plugged as fast as he could past the fat little pig of a chef that was torturing him, intentionally, he was sure. As he got to his room, however, his stomach began to quiet down again, and as he got onto his comfy bed, he soon forgot all about the delicious meal that awaited him. As he lay on the bed, he began to doze. His last conscious sight was Robin, perched high on a tree, her sharp eyes observing the area, making sure her family was safe.
~Robin~
Robin the Swellow caught Artemis' fleeting gaze, and sighed with jealousy. How come he got to sleep? She was the one who had just recovered from a broken wing injury, and SHE was the one who had to watch over these rapscallions, not him. <But alas, such is life.> she sighed, quoting her newest book. Robin was a huge fan of Pokemon Literature, and was usually begging Artemis to buy her a new piece of reading. Even though her reading wasn't fantastic, she could understand most things, and being a rather bright pokemon, could figure out a particular word she didn't know through the other words around it. Artemis called it "Kontecktz" or something like that, but she could figure out what it meant, and that was good enough for her. Since her injury, she'd had a lot of time to read, but now that she was recovering, she'd have less and less time for her fine literature.
Taking a break from villainizing Artemis, she took a quick scan of the area. A bunch of people, here and there. Nothing too interesting. Triplets seemed to be out of trouble.. There was Melody, grooming herself, and.. <Oh, wait, what's this?> she murmered, glancing at the Pokemon battle. As the massive Armaldo emerged, Robin nearly fell out of her tree in shock. <WHAT in the world is...
~Triplets~
...THAT!?> cried Electabuzz, although his cry was out of sheer ecstacy, and not fear or concern. <I don't know..! Maybe it's a.. a..> Magmar replied, a puzzled look crossing his face, his finger and thumb gently stroking his chin in deep thought. <..a MONSTER!> finished Jynx, a sour expression on her face. <Eww, look at how ugly it is! I think it's a slug! Or like...> she began, and Electabuzz finished. <..a HUGE underwater beast out to..> he made the slightest nod to Magmar, who nodded in return. Sneaking around behind Jynx, Magmar popped up and shouted right in her ear. <..EATCHA!!> Jynx squealed loudly and shrilly, <OOOHHH, YOU BIG JERKS! I'M NEVER TALKING TO YOU AGAIN!> she declared, turning around. Quickly turning her head around and sticking her tongue out, she added. <EVER!>
However, like many similar threats, this one was empty hearted, and before long at all, they were laughing among themselves, all three bellowing with laughter as Psycho had the living scolded out of him for splashing water on Melody's mane.

"Nah, lets just keep this one casual. As far as I'm concerned, I'm still on vacation 'till tomorrow!" I shouted a reply as my hand jolted into my left pocket, a Pokeball in its grasp when it came out. "A Meditite, huh? It looks pretty strong!" I chucked my Pokeball out onto the arena, a Flareon appearing from it in a flash of light. It automatically assumed a position that made it look like it was about to pounce, a serious look on its face. "Question is: Can it keep up with my Flareon's hot speed? Quick Attack!" A standard move, of course, but it was effective in most cases. Flareon dashed at the Meditite, a stream of light blasting behind it...
In the arena beside me, I had finally noticed the huge Armaldo Prea was about to face. That wasn't exactly the best matchup for her, she wasn't experienced enough to hold her own against something that powerful. After a few moments of scrambling to decide on her Pokemon, she tossed her choice out before the Armaldo. "Go Bellossom!" She shouted, a Bellossom appearing and opening it's appearance with a dance similar to the hula. "Magical Leaf!" As soon as Prea called the attack, Bellossom threw her hands into the air, a bunch of multicoloured leaves appearing, and flying towards the Armaldo. It was a smart move, if you thought about it. A grass attack would be super effective against the rock giant and, although not extremely powerful, Magical Leaf NEVER misses. It was kind of like a leaf version of Swift.

I grinned at the attack, not trimphantly, but merely as though I was having a nice time. It struck home, and Armaldo staggered back with deep gashes in his armor, but no blood yet. Bug type offered a resistance that nullified rock's weakness to grass. "Armaldo, Aerial Ace." I said calmly. You wouldn't expect a pokemon that large ahnd heavy to be able to charge at that speed, but it did. Flying attack, it was similar to swift in power, and fast enough to never miss....

(I apologize for being late on this…) .
Leon smirked. “Ok, nice and casual it is. Meda, take the hit.” Leon said as the Meditite nodded, crossing it’s arms, as the quick attack came right into him, it left him a tad damaged, but quick attacks weren’t terribly powerful. “Know Meda, get behind it and use psychic!” He said as the pokemon put it’s hands on the fire foxes head, and pushing off it, landing on the other side, a few feet away. It’s eye then glowed green, as a burst of powerful purple energy head straight for it. ‘Meda may be getting stronger, but he still can’t take much, so he has to do some damage before he faint, and he will faint.’ Leon thought, going over strategies in his head.

//I am sorry to say this, but I will be dropping out of this RPG. It sort of slipped my mind, and with schoolwork 'n all I fell behind. It doesn't help that my computer is a piece of crap either...-.-
*Sigh* Ah well, once again I am so sorry, I can't emphasize this enough, but at least I won't screw-up the plot, considering I haven't posted much. *Blush*
(And if Alana is still participating in this, she may have Suicune considering she signed up for it after me.)//
