80 HP is good...Dual Armor can be useful...the attacks aren't anything special though it's good that the second one isn't affected by Resistance. Retreat Cost is good.

This card brings up the question of which goes first, Weakness or Resistance? 'Cause I KNOW I've seen a Pokemon with those two types there.
Of course, I suppose that's where Sky Uppercut comes in play. Only 1 set energy & 2 randoms for 50 "piercing" damage is not too shabby for a Stage 1. And ANY 2 energy for 20 damage & coin paralysis is pretty good, too. Low retreat cost, but needs a different weakness (hello confusion) and a resistance.

Weakness is always applied first, then resistance.
This card is OK, possible safeguard counter for a Medicham ex deck, but hardly good enough as a card to be run alone. Or as a way to counter its own P weakness (mind you its weak to that as well, so itll probably be KOd the turn after). Its Ex emerald counterpart is hugely more impressive.

The should have just leave the Psychic Poke Power alone. =/
It's atacks are decent. But not competive enough. I'm with the new guy.
