The Elemental Stones

Kay, well, this is my first RP, i hope you all enjoy it, i kidna daydreamed during class and this idea popped in ym head, it took a cuple days to put togetha, so i hope ya'll like it!

Ever since the beginning of time, 17 distinct villages were thriving off one another. If you had used a pencil on a map to connect the villages, you would notice they make almost a perfect circle, and in the center, there was a huge mountain, with a large moat around it. Now, over 15 million years later, all 17 villages are scattered along the edge of the world, slowly drifting farther and farther apart. Now, these villages are VERY close to the edges of the world and on these edges are waterfalls, non-stop all the way around the world. No one was quite sure what might happen when the world would fall into the dark abyss. One result that was most likely to occur in everyone's minds was; everyone and thing would perish. The little moat that had existed between the center Mountain and the villages had grown into a huge ocean.

Of course, with deadly rumours spreading, people of certain villages felt that someone needed to be blamed, and so they would blame the other villages. This caused many wars, and some of these villages were almost wiped out. One of the first villages almost completely destroyed was Tori Village. Some of these villages did make truces with other villages, but this often caused something that most of us are familiar with: World Wars. This was the first one to occur in history in this world. The one village that mainly seemed to be untouched was the Izou Village. The war was in the middle of this war when something very shocking happened: everyone had received a telepathic message, it read something like this:

This world will perish in 15 more years. Yes, the land may be on the edge already, but we are using all our powers to prevent this from happening, unfortunately, we are not strong enough. The only way to stop this crisis is if the 17 elemental stones are retrieved and are placed here, on Gloria Mountain. Each of these stones can be found in your villages, secretly put away so only the CHOSEN ONES can access them. We have now picked these 17 children as it is now their destiny to find these stones, and bring them here.

Suddenly, 17 women went into labour, and died, but their babies survived, each one with a peculiar marking on them. These 17 babies were the chose ones, destined to train and collect these majestic stones. These villages however, have very recently decided to make a cease-fire to help save the world. Most of the villages however, wanted to attack their enemies as soon as the world was saved.

Now, it is 14 years later that these kids have been told of their history. They have been told that they have been embedded with special pokemon spirits, which of course, correspond with their village's type. This pokemon spirit embedded usually shapes the hosts' personality. Knowing what they must do, everyone of them heads off to meet at Seiteki Village. Here is a list of the 17 villages, along with their element.

Now, as playing as these characters, everyone gets there own ability that corresponds with their element:

Bug:Can camoflauge yourself for a short duration of time.
Grass:When raininmg, health slightly regenerates.
Fire:Can withstand high temperatures
Water:Can breathe underwater
Ice:Can withstand low temperatures
Ground:Can easily burrow underground
Rock:Turn parts of body into rock, increases amount of special damage taken
Steel:Can turn rock into metals, and can morph those metals into any shape
Dark:Can "Fade" causing physical damage to be reduced
Fighting:Increase physical damage
Psyhic:Can teleport short distances
Lightning:Extra fast
Poison:Intoxicate enemies by touching them, also can create antidotes
Dragon:Highly Intelligent, extremely good planner
Flying:Can fly for short durations of time
Normal:Can copy another's ability for a short time, requires lots of energy
Ghost:Can turn invisible for a short amount of time

Appearence: Ace has pale skin, adn very blonde hair. This goes together with his skinny frame, why many call him Milkbones. His eyes a a hazel brown, but have the "lost-soul" look. Ace stands at 5'6", and wears Adidas shoes. His socks are a green and gold colour, going his shirt, which is more of a jersey. His jersey reads "Sonics" and "14" On the front, while on the back it reads "Ace Triack". His jersey is of course, green and gold. Well, to be mroe precise, a gold colour, with green trim and a green line crossing over top, which is where in gold letters states "Sonics". His shorts are a grey colour, and hang below his knees by a few inches.
Personality: Ace is far from cocky. In fact, he HATES cocky people. But he is silent, and doesn't like being the center of attention. Ace is more of a follower than a leader, but is willing to lead a team if he must. Ace is smart, and tries to plan ahead, making sure not to get ahead of himself. Since Ace, is so quiet, he tends to be anti-social and doesn't talk or communicate too much. He always makes himself feel like he IS the odd one out. Ace has few friends, but when he has a friend, he protects them with his life.
History: Ace has had a tough life. Of course his mother died when giving him unexpected birth. The day after, his whole family was murdered by radical teenagers thinking that i would curse the village and its entire people. Thankfully, they were arrested, and then charged with murder, and they were hung. Ever since he was told of his fate, he trained like there was no tomorrow, they always thought that there might not be a tomorrow. Ace was told that his destiny, the fore calling by the legendaries, meant that he could only use his embedded pokemons spirit, or 2 other poemon of his choice, as long as they had fitted his element. He chose a Mareep and an Electrike, thinking that they might work together well on the same team. Now a days, he enjoys playing strategy games by himself and mastering lightning techniques.

Appearance: Rayne stands at about 5'8, and has spiky black hair and hazel/blue eyes. He wears a white headband that has a blue symbol of a pokeball on it. He also has a matching white shirt and blue shorts. He wears a dragonfang necklace around his neck, which his father had given him when he was born. Rayne is sort-of on the"skinny side", but his body is toned and muscular.

Personality: Rayne is a very laid-back person, but he likes to travel around, and see many places. He is a bold trainer, and doesn't back down from challenges. Rayne can be a little rude or harsh sometimes, but that's just the way he is. He still has a soft side, but he doesnt like to show it. If you get him upset, you'd better watch out, because he isn't exactly a "turn the other cheek" type of person....

History: Rayne hasnt exactly had "the picture perfect life". When he was about 5 yrs. old, his parents were lost at sea, going on a week-long voyage reaserching deepsea pokemon, and having never returned. Being too young to understand the situation, his uncle Syrus raised him and cares for his nephew. Rayne does not remember his parents too well, but his father left him a dragonfang necklace, which he now wears around his neck and is his most prized possesion. Since losing his parents, Rayne has found a family in his pokemon, trapinch and bagon, which he got on one of his little adventures.

Ability: Highly Intelligent, extremely good planner. Can survive in a variety of different climates and is very adaptable.

Other: Rayne is very competitive and is extremely attracted to girls. He likes to spend time training with his pokemon, and he lkes to draw pokemon artwork in is spare time.

Name: Richie Eboka

Age: 14

Village/Element: Gutai City, Steel

Embedded Spirit: Diaruga

Appearance: Richie is an tall African-American male, currently standing at 6'1". He has hazel eyes, black wavy hair, and is never seen without wearing is glasses. His frame was very lanky, some even called it unproportionate, but ever since he turned 12, he slowly became more adult-like; his muscles have obviously begun to develop, and he perceives thing in a more mature fashion. He wears a size 15 shoe, which are always accompinied with his gray basketball shorts and a Black Tall Tee. On this shirt letters that spell out "SHINY". Under this are pictures of two pokemon, Lucario and Metagross, with colors that differ from other pokemon of the same species. He is very well known around Gutai City for never being seen without matching clothes.

Personality: Richie is an all-around athlete, doing exceptional in any sport he plays, once he gets the hang of it. Despite his athletic abilities, Richie is known for being even more dedicated to his studies; anyone who's ever heard Richie speaking before knows this holds true. It is rumored that he has a vocabulary of 100,000, but whether or not this is a fact, no one knows. Due to Richie's high intelligence, he is known for breeding pokemon. In fact, at the age of 8, it was actually discovered by Richie that pokemon inherit 3 out 6 of their Indiviual Values from their parents, and that hatched pokemon have a 50% chance of inheriting the nature of their mother if the mother is holding an Everstone when the breeding process occurs. He is an accomplished competitive battler; he is often times noted for creating unorthodox movesets for pokemon and has been seen using them effectively in battle. It is also confirmed that Richie has an unhealthy obsession with whose colors are different from others that are the same species as them. These pokemon are known as "shiny pokemon". A shiny Lucario and shiny Metagross can be seen on his shirt, and he possesses these two pokemon. They are shiny as well. He has complete mastery of Steel type pokemon; his skills are believed to surpass even those of Steven's. Despite this, he is very anti-social. However, he knows he is connected to the other 16 children with pokemon souls residing in them, and though he doesn't know them, these are the only people he considers "true friends".

History: For someone with a seemingly perfect life, Richie has gone through many hardships. Like all the others that were embedded with spirits, his mother died at his birth. Out of frustration and depression, Richie's father killed himself by instructing the Magneton he owned to alter the amount of iron in his body. Then it changed the charge of the irons atoms. Once this happened, a chemical reaction occurred, causing him to turn to sink to the middle of the Earth, never to be heard from again. Richie has witnessed numerous deaths of pokemon, and even saw his own cousin kills his Rioru for not evolving as soon as she wanted it to evolve. Richie is anti-social towards adults for this reason, but he will make friends with children. Anytime he sees a person physically or mentally harm a pokemon, be it an adult, child, or senior, he explodes with anger. However, to control his anger, he trains his shiny pokemon in an unknown location; this location is believed to be the ultimate training "dojo", for he says it helps heightens all pokemon's abilities, including
HP.

Ability: Increased intellect and athleticism, can change rocks and other minerals into steel, and can shape and morph these metals in any way he pleases.

Other: He aspires to become a physicist, but only after he has captured every pokemon and has captured his "dream" shiny pokemon. He is known to star gaze with his Metagross and Lucario on cool Fall evenings.

Appearance: Rain has light green hair that falls down to her waist, but she usualy wears it in a braid or ponytail. She has piercing azure blue eyes that frighten most people. She always wears a long white trench coat and a blue skirt and tank top, she never removes the coat except to sleep, or if she can trust someone.
Personality: Rain is usualy very quiet, unless you've gained her trust, which isn't very easy. She's very loyal to her friends and family, and can be outgoing when she wants to be. She is very outspoken against peole who treat their pokemon like slaves more than friends, and tries to push for human/pokemon equality.
History: Like everyone else, Rain's mother died when she was born, but she also never knew her father, who had died a few months before she was born in an accident. At the age of 7, she found a Bagon on the side of the road, she nursed the small dragon back to health, and they've been best friends since (the same Bagon she found is the Salamence she has with her, even though she has no idea how it got there in the first place). She learned of her destiny from one of the elders in her village, and is ready to accept whatever fate has in store for her.
Ability: Can fly for short derations of time.

Sorry, Pending, You cannot have a pokemon adn the exact same pkomen as ur spirit, u have to have 3 compltely different pkemon, and also, salamence was already taken, sorry i thought i adh mentioned that, but i would really liek if every1 had different pkmns. To help you tho, i know another dragon/flying: Altaria, and then also, u have Swellow which fits yes. Now u need to decide the rest. But otherwise good sign-up.

You HAVE to start off with basic forms, but they will wvolve eventually, after they grow and win battles. When they evolve will more-less be a random event, after they battle enough, or when the time is right. When creating ur Sign-up sheet tho, please state the FINAL form, because then we know which way the pkmn will evolve, for example dont just say Eevee if you plan on evolving it. That sorta thing.

Ability: Can breathe under water.

Appearance: Geniveve is of average height, standing at around 5'4". She is slim and not exactly overweight; she weighs approximately fifty kilos, but if you ask her, she'll deny it outright. She has thick, blonde-brown hair, and uses a bright purple clip to hold back her fringe. Geniveve wears a white blouse with a pale blue top adorned with a large, purple bow, and a short purple skirt, along with a pair of blue socks and geenish-brown buckle shoes while travelling, and often for slouching around at home as well. Her eyes are a clear hazel brown with flecks of amber at the edge of the iris.

Personality: Geniveve is your typical teenage girl - she enjoys a good gossip and loves shopping with her friends. She can be very flirty, and very outspoken and confident. Caring, but not always polite, as such, Geniveve is willing to accept anyone, despite their looks or rough personality. She is one of those people who sees the good in everyone, and is a 'let's talk about me' person. Her closest friends nowadays seem to be her pokémon, even though she has only had them for a matter of weeks.

Pshysical Strengths: None. xDD

Physical Weaknesses: Geniveve dislikes physical activity of any sort. She can't swim. x_X

Mental Strengths: Geniveve is extremely intelligent. Read history for details.

Mental Weaknesses: Geniveve hates to be wrong more than anything. Her priorities are also not quite straight, and she has been known to let her desires get in the way of making the correct decision.

History: Geniveve comes from a rich and loving family, and grew up as an only child with everything she could have ever wanted, except for a mother; Geniveve's had died giving birth. At six, she spoke fluent English and French, and could do up to her twelve-times-tables, and could divide almost as well. Her governesses (her father never allowed any other males in the house) and father stunned and impressed, and she became a popular and important guest at many-a dinner party. By ten, Geniveve could compose a short peice of classical music, arrange flowers in such a way that would have even the most skilled botanist fired on the spot, and had added Japanese to her list of spoken languages. It was around this time that Geniveve became less social, and this was not by any means her fault; a ten-year-old speaking with the vocabulary and mature opinion of someone three times her age was hardly normal or someone anyone would want to spend their time with. Geniveve still retained a small circle of friends, and gave in to 'peer pressure', turning into the girl her father had hoped never to see - a gossipy, boy-crazy girl whose priorities had been messed with. Suddenly, her opinions on politics and such were dulled, and Geniveve became obsessed with a new and childish idea, in her father's mind - pokémon. While upset that his child had taken a turn for the worst, her father loved her enough to let her travel with the pokémon that she seemed to love and admire so much.

Geniveve's first pokémon, whom she loves very much. The two share a special bond, and seem to have the same dizzy sort of nature. Blitz is very attached to Geniveve, and tends to get jealous when she is around other males, be they human or pokémon. Very affectionate towards his trainer, but can be is overprotective at times most of the time.

Found by Geniveve on the coast of Shima Island while fishing with an Old Rod. While told by her friends that it was a 'useless pokémon that could barely do damage', Geniveve felt sorry for the pokémon and replied, 'honestly, you people are so short-sighted. How bad can it be?' Geniveve enjoys the company of her magikarp, and deeply regrets that it isn't safe to have her out of the water.

Ah yes, you yourself willa ctually fight yourself, when the other pokemon faint. Thats also where some of the abilities fall into. You will see mroe of that when we get far enuf into the RP, sorry bout that! I hope i gave u enuf info for now..!
Edit: Also, everything u changed is good, excepot 4 umbreon, u need a water ytype, so Vaporeon will be OK.

Appearance: Mike stands around 5'5''. He is strongly built. His left eye is a firey red, while his right eye was milky white from blindness. His hair was a black colour, and could never lie flat. His shirt was a darker red, and his pants were black denim. He wore a vest over his shirt, black like his pants. He wore a bucket hat; black to match his hair. He wore really old, beat-up running shoes. His skin was lightly tanned. He has a pair of red wristbands matching his shirt, and a black headband matching his hat.

Personality: Mike is a very quiet person. He never knows how to talk to people in a conversation. He is extremely intelligent. Whenever he isnt working out, he is studying. He is a very loyal person, and very good follower. Do to endless hours of solitude, he has developed multiple personality disorder. That in turn causes extreme irrational behaviour and overconfidence. He was never happy with himself. He always had to try to better himself. He works best by himself or with his pokemon. He prefers to be alone.

History: Mike has had a troublesome life. His mother died giving birth to him, and he never knew his father. He was raised in an orphanage. No adults ever wanted to adopt him, and all the kids picked on him. He stayed alone all the time, studing or working out. Some people thought he had developed multiple personality disorder. He only had 2 friends, his pokemon growlithe and charmander, who he had since he was born. He always thought he was alone except for his pokemon. He trains them and himself whenever he isnt in school. He just wanted to be left alone. But his destiny denied him of his wish.

OK, I'm sure everyone wants to start, and since no one else ahs said anything.. i guess were starting! But if people still want to play, just post your sign -up here.
And just to let you know, we start off with EVERYONE at there own villages, planning/heading towards my village, Seiteki village. (My village >.>)

"Well, Today is the day i'm supossed to meet everyone else, suposedly to these legends I've heard. They're all like me, alone and without a mother, or much of a family i assume. Either way, i assume this may turn out to be a little awkward, for everyone here." I wondered what kind of trainers they are, and what pokemon they use. "Well, Mareep, Electrike, lets had to town square to wait for the others!" I had packed up all my food, and clothes that i may have needed, i realized that this journey was not supossed to be easy, in fact, it might be tougher than an individual village to battle all the toher villages and win. But, as long as all of us stick togther, i believed we could accomplish it, although I'm not too sure how much i can rely on them. No matter how strong one person is, he always needs to rely on others at one point in time. I let both my pokemon out of their balls, adn i dashed towards the town square, of course beating my pokemon, electrike always came second to me in races. Mareep liekd runnign fast, but electrike was naturally a faster pokemon.I was glad both my pokemon liked being speedy, that was one advantage i always knew i ahd over my opponents. I arrived at town square, of course none of the others were there yet. "OH!" I had almsot forgot something. Quickly, Ace tied a yelow bandage around his shoulder, to show he was the chosen child of the Seiteki village!

"This is such a drag. I hate being forced to work with anyone other than you 2, growlithe and charmander. Its bad enough when i have to work in groups at school, but this will take much longer than a school project. Well, what goes down must go up; maybe SOMETHING good will come out of this." Mike began to head toward Seiteki village, both pokemon walking beside him. After a few minutes, he encountered a wild slugma. "Too easy. Growlithe tackle." Growlithe did a fast tackle; instant ko. "Wow easier than i thought. Must only be an infant. Lets hurry up, there might be a moth macargo around somewhere." After an hour and a half of avoiding pokemon, he encountered a pikachu. "Good i must be close. Charmander your turn. Scratch!" Charmander attacked, but it dodged. "Tougher than i expected. Use leer, then try scratch again." Leer hit right on, and allowed charmander to hit with scratch. "Good. Do it again." Scratch hit right on, crit hit, ko. "Good job guys. We're almost there now." After a few more minutes, Mike arrived at seiteki village. He headed to the town square of seiteki village and tied on his red bandage to show he was from Kazan Village. He saw the "chosen child" from Seiteki Village was already here.

Geniveve sighed as she strolled down the streets of Seiteki Village. "Waah ... Magikarp, you sure don't live up to your name, do you?" she lamented, looking down at her pokéballs. She had just been in a one-on-one battle on her way to Seiteki, and while oozing confidence, it had gotten her nowhere. She had lost miserably with her magikarp, Magik, whose tackle attack was barely worth mentioning. "Maybe they were right, hmm ..?" she thought, scratching her head. "I hope you evolve soon, Magik. I feel so bad having to put you in battle when you're really just a sitting duck!" A bead of sweat rolled down her face, and she laughed distractedly. "At least Blitz can fight with you. I guess that's something to be thankful for ..." Blitz was Geniveve's eevee, whom she loved dearly. Blitz had been her first pokémon.

Geniveve was a pretty girl with blonde-brown hair, fringe clipped back with a purple clip. Her outift appeared to be suicune-themed, consisting of matching purple bow, skirt and hairclip, a white blouse, and a blue top and socks. Her loafers were an odd greenish-brown - genuine leather, of course - and made a soft tap-tapping noice as Geniveve walked across the pavement. Clear, hazel eyes were framed elegantly with long, dark eyelashes, and arching eyebrows; Geniveve's father had often commented that they were her best feature. Her mother had died giving birth to her. Geniveve didn't really mind - her father was company enough, and they had a close bond. Looking up and out of her reflection to the past, she noted that she had arrived at the town square. Citizens of Seiteki Village bustled around with their shopping bags, dragging along crying children or haggling with one of the stall-keepers. Apparently, Seiteki Village's economy was not quite level with that of Shima Island, Geniveve's hometown. Dismissing the thought, she sat on a park bench and released her eevee onto the spot beside her. "Eev!" the pokémon immediately cried, rubbing against its trainers arm and placing its paws on Geniveve's lap. "Eevah!"
Geniveve giggled and scratched Blitz's head. "How are you, sweetie?" she cooed, stroking him behind his long, tan ears. He always loved that.
"Vah, eevee!"
Geniveve blinked, then smiled. "That's good! I'm glad to know you're okay!" The girl found that she could almost understand her eevee - perhaps because she was one of the 'chosen ones'. A clichéd name, perhaps, but suitable.
"Oh!" The loud, surprised cry from nearby caused Geniveve to look up from her eevee, much to Blitz's dismay. He cried out in protest, but silenced when his trainer placed a warning hand on his scruff. Blitz dared not disobey Geniveve - there was something about his trainer that made him listen without question. Something almost ... pokémon-like.

Geniveve traced the source of the call to a blonde-haired boy not too far away. He had a small, rather scrawny frame, and bore a green and gold sweater that read 'Sonics 14'. A football team? Geniveve didn't know, but noticed that he had a yellow bandana wrapped around his shoulders - that meant he was the chosen child of the lightning village ... Seiteki! This boy was a native? He certainly looked different from most of the civilians. Reaching into her pocket, Geniveve removed a pair of deep blue bandanas. One she tied around her wrist, and the other around the neck of her eevee. She resisted the urge to tie it into a bow - Blitz was a male, after all. The pokémon seemed pleased, too. At least blue was a somewhat manly colour.

Lifting her eevee into her arms and holding it under its forelegs so that its front paws rested on the top of her arms and its head was positioned in front of her chest, Geniveve made her way over to the boy.
"Eevah eev? Eeevee!" Blitz cried out, genuinely upset. He knew what his trainer was going to do, and he didn't like it. Being the overprotective sort, Blitz disliked any male who spoke to Geniveve.
"Be quiet, Blitz," Geniveve scolded him. "We can't do our job if we can't work together. Now, grow up, or I swear I'll replace that bandana with a pink one."
The eevee was silent.
Geniveve smiled and nuzzled the top of her pokémon's head affectionately. "I knew you'd understand," she whispered. "I'm sorry, but I really have to." Shifting the eevee's weight into one arm, she raised the other and waved to the blonde boy. "Hey! Hey, kid! With the yellow bandana!" she yelled, making sure her own blue bandana was plainly visible. "Over here!"
Blitz groaned and rested his head on one paw. Honestly. Humans these days. No shame at all.

I looked over my shoulder at the girl shotuing towards my direction. Whne she mentioned the "Yellow Bandana" I had figured it was me. I shuffled over there, it felt odd though, i wasn't running. Then again, i was the non-overactive kind of person. He looked at his MAreep and electrike, she smiled for half a second, then it quickly turned back to his usual 'no emotion' face. "Bah, an eevee? Hmm well, they can be pretty useful at times, espeicially when they evolve, i assume with her blue bandana, she the water girl." Both my pokemon nodded with me, i had walked over and introduced myself, very unlike me. "Hey, i assume you're from Shima Island? Glad to meet you." I held out my hand, with a half-pleasent face. I figured i shouldn;'t be rude, especially to a girl. Of course, being embedded with a dog spirit (Raikou) i had extra senstivie hearing and smell. First i smelt clothes from a distance, but still within the square, it obviously wasn't coming from the girl though.that smelt like they've been singed, and then i heard some sizzling. "Odd," i said outloud not realizing that i was still standing by the girl from Shima Island. "Hmmm well looks like there are three of us here now? Well while we wait for him to realize we are here, let me introduce myself, I am Ace Triack, and you my lady?" As anti-social as i am, i know i want to stay as polite as possible, not wanting anything bad to happen. I knew that we needed to stick together, adn avoid hatred amognst oursleves.

Blitz pulled back an upper lip as Ace began to shuffle towards him and Geniveve. He had half been hoping that he wouldn't have heard. Ah well. There was always next time. Forcing his features into a somewhat grotesque smile, he twitched his ears comically and flicked his tail.

Geniveve smiled and dashed forwards to meet Ace. She gripped his hand firmly and shook vigorously, positively beaming with pleasure. Not only did one of her 'teammates' apparently know what he was doing, but Blitz was on best behaviour. Things couldn't have turned out better if she'd planned it. Then again, she thought with a hint of shame. If I'd planned it, it probably wouldn't have worked at all! "Oh, yes, I'm from Shima Island!" Geniveve declared happily, drawing back her hand to hold her eevee in a way that would be more comfortable for him. The strange scent of volcanic ash filled Geniveve's nostrils, and she twitched her nose uncomfortably. Smelled like the fire child was here as well. That was good - they would be able to get started sooner. A breeze blew past, ruffling Geniveve's hair. She combed her fingers through it, smiling at the silken texture, warm from the sun. No product for this girl - shampoo and conditioner was all you needed to achieve a full-bodied shine.
"Well, while we wait for him to realize we are here, let me introduce myself. I am Ace Triack, and you my lady?" Ace stated with impeccable manners. Geniveve raised a slanted eyebrow and giggled. "My lady? Only our servants back home call me that. I'm Geniveve! Geniveve Quinn!" she said. Blitz piped up here. "Eevah!" he barked. His voice seemed strained, most likely from the effort of not snarling and sending this brat scurrying. Geniveve didn't know what was best for her, after all. That had been what the Master had said. So Blitz had taken it upon himself to look out for his mistress and protect her from harm. Geniveve looked fondly at him. "This is Blitz, my eevee! One day, I'll evolve him into a vaporeon," she declared. Blitz smiled proudly, pushing back his shoulders and blowing back a tuft of hair that was sticking up between his ears.

Mike looked around. Already he saw the seiteki village guy talking with the girl from Shima island. "Ergh, y couldnt i be the last one hear, maybe they would've left without me, then i wouldnt have to go on this stupid quest. Well, lets get the worst part over with." Mike walked towards the other two chosen children. "Hello there. M'names mike, from Kazan village." Mike said. "Char, Char!" "Oh srry charmander. These are my pokemon charmander and growlithe." (Good job mike, just keep pretending to be nice, then they wont figure out you would rather be anywhere else right now). "From what i can remember, you are Ace triack, from seiteki village, and your... Geniveve from shima island???"

"Hmmm Your quite right, nice to meet you, mike!" Ace got a bit tired of being so plite, so he dropped his politness down, but only minorly. "Nice pokemon, they look like they've been trained well, it would be pretty sweet to see you in a battle with those two, they seem like suh fearsome competitors. Well, these are my pokemon; My Mareep, and Electrike. Oh, adn also, I'm quite impressed with your knowledge, to be hgonest with you, i wasn't allowed to reserch about you tohers. My guardians didn;t liek that i knew too much about you." Well so far so good. At this instance he realised something, Genivive's Eevee didn'e like me. I wiggled my ears, for a different noise perception, to understand what either my Mareep, Elecktrike or Genivive's Eevee are saying. I didn't want to be hated by anyone. Then again, i was a bit nervous to. I sighed. "Well, i guess we just gotta wait til' the others get here, huh?" I sat down on the far left of a small three person bench.

I called over the other two, i figured they needed a rest, i mean, running here all the way from kazan village, adn swimming or however Genivive got here, either way for both of them must have been slightly tiring. My Mareep came over to me, of course i was still in the pokemon perception of hearing, Mareep was wondering how i felt about the girl, and her eevee. I just slightly muttered to Mareep, that i thought she ws kinda cute, but i was slightly worried about how her eevee felt, i mean, there wasn't something right about him. Oh weel it hought, I'm sure my and her eevee will get along, he seems pleasent to hear about him evolving to a vaporeon. When Genivive quickly ran over to sit beside me, i asked her about her Eevee; "So where did you meet up with eevee, he looks pretty strong too, and when he becomes a Vaporeon, I'm sure he'll be unstoppable!" I smiled, but of course, like the last time, it wnet away quickly, he figured that Genivive adn MIke boh noticed how quickly my expression changed. I didn;t care too much, for i can;t be ncie the whole trip, could he? Well I sat down thinking what we could do for a bit, until the others would arrive.

Geniveve looked over Ace's shoulder as the fire child approached. Blitz let his pleasant demeanour drop for just a second to shoot a look of poison in Mike's direction. Geniveve smiled pleasantly at his pokémon, then at Mike. He introduced himself, then recited their names. Geniveve's eyes widened at his knowledge. "Oh! You already know about your teammates!" Truth be told, Geniveve hadn't bothered to do any research. The mall was much more invited than some dingy old library. Blitz glared suspisciously at Mike. Stalker?

Ace wandered over to a bench, and Geniveve quickly hurried over to join him. He asked her about Blitz, which only served to broaden further her smile. The eevee leapt out of her grasp and curled up in her lap, making sure to position itself in such a way that it could keep a close eye on Ace. "Oh, Blitz was my first pokémon," Geniveve explained. "We train a lot, but I have to be careful now, y'know. I want Blitz to evolve before he reaches level sixteen, so he can learn water gun." Looking down at the mareep, she held out her hand to the pokémon. "Your mareep is very cute! You've obivously raised it well! Rare, too, I suppose."

Blitz covered his face in a way that he hoped would cover his pouting expression. He was rare, wasn't he? That snot-nosed mareep was nothing compared with the elegance of superior breeding. All about lineage, yup, yup. Blitz sniffed. He was born of an espeon and umbreon, the Sun and the Moon. If that wasn't superior breeding, nothing was. The two celestial bodies combining to form Lightning ... it was fitting. Blitz; Latin for lightning. His mistress certainly had an excellent flair for devising names. Blitz didn't need a name rater to decide that. His own name was proof enough.

Both ace and geniveve sat on a bench and starter talking about their pokemon. he caught the look geniveve's eevee gave him; he clearly didnt like mike, so geniveve probably didnt like him either. probably thought of him as a stalker. she seemed much more interested in ace, and for some strange unexplainable reason her hair. he felt shunned now, the other to talking and leaving him out. well, he was used to that. however, mike didnt think had make a person dislike him faster. he didnt care much though. his pokemon were his friends, and they are the only friends he needs. since ace and geniveve were busy talking, he took the chance to heal his pokemon with a couple of max potions. he also gave growlithe an antidote, growlithe was complaining about a weird barb hitting him a while back. after he was finished, he walked over to the bench, sat down, and took out his and his pokeman's breakfasts. "Here you go growlithe, charmander. either of you two hungrey???" he asked.

Ace sighed. He looked on the otherside of the bench. Seeing Mike looked a little upset. "Hey Mike, you seem very proud of your pokemon, seriously in a battle I'm sure you could easily beat me! In fact, i don't train too much, well it rian alot, but not in anything most people go for. I'm mainly built for speed, as well as my pokemon." He looked around, no one in sight at all. I figured that these to would be here for a while, he looked around, he noticed it was almost lunch, then it clued into him, MIKE WAS FEEDING HIS POKEMON ALREADY! Quickly Ace stood up; "Hey, you two, sicne we're going to be togther for a while, lets go out for some lunch, huh? Don't worry, it's on me, and i know a great resteraunt, and they let pokemon come in, and man, you'll guys, AND your pokemon will love it, i guarentee!" Ace pointed over towards a neat looking building. It was two stories high, adn was a beautifully built log-cabin looking buiilding. He smiled, he loved that palce, evberyday at lunch he would go there.

He quickly tunred around to face the other two again, who were still sitting down, Genivive had an odd look on her face, I couldn;t tell what it was though, he then looked at Mike, still looking a bit troubled, but a bit mroe pleased than before. "Don't worry you two, this palce is definately great! And it is ON me, so seriously, c'mon!" I started to walk across the square, he looked behind him, Mike was only walking with both his pokemon, while Genivive was chasing after him. With my face looking away from them, and at the building, i ahd blushed, i didn;t really want Genivive to notice already. He also felt a bit guilty, he felt like he ahs betrayed a friend. He looked bakc at MIke, 'Well, at least he doesn't look sad anymore' i thought. "Yo Mike, catch up! Seriously, you're going to really lvoe it!" I ahd to keep persisiting him. Finnaly, Miek ahd caught up witht hem, adn they started in a long chat, that GEnivive started off.

It's against the rules in most roleplays, since the other person loses some control of their charrie and it can take the fun out of the roleplay.))

A little disgruntled at the fact that Ace had ignored her comment, Geniveve turned her attention to Mike. He seemed to care for his pokémon a lot, although he didn't seem very sociable. Perhaps this 'quest' of theirs would help him. Geniveve wondered for a moment where the other 'chosen ones' were, and how long they would take, though quickly pushed the thought aside when Ace mentioned a restraunt. She was feeling a little peckish; she got sea-sick easily, and so didn't eat anything on her father's yacht. "Um, that sounds great!" she said cheerfully, prodding Blitz to wake him up. Little did she know that he had been asleep the whole time. He shook himself, being the excellent actor that he was in his own mind, then leapt gracefully off the bench and landed easily, forepaws-first. With a cry of delight, the eevee ran forwards, looking up at his trainer with impossibly cute eyes. Geniveve couldn't help but feel her heart melt as it had the first time she had met Blitz, and ran after him towards the restraunt. "Oh, wait! Blitz! Wait for me!" she laughed as she went, hair bobbing merrily behind her.

The eevee was concerned for his trainer. The only two chosen ones who had shown up so far were male, and he was far from comfortable. Geniveve was a child still, and a teenager no less. It was a critical stage of her life, and no freakish boy was going to ruin her life for her. Blitz had planned out his mistress's life carefully, and 'first boyfriend' did not appear until year twenty-one. That was a suitable age, the eevee had decided. Old enough and mature enough to make her own decisions. "Eevah!" he encouraged, drawing his mistress quickly to the restraunt, and as far from these two humans as quickly as was possible. That was the way to go. Avoid the problem, and you won't have to face it. How very smart. Not for a second did Blitz consider himself vain. Why, the very idea. Absolutely preposterous, and completely unfounded. But that was just like humans, wasn't it? Foolish beyond reason. But his mistress, no. She had potential. Maybe now, but she was just a child. She would someday grow into a wonderful, kind woman, brimming with intelligence and maturity. That was eevee's dream for his mistress, whom he adored with every cell of his heart.

Rain walks through Seiteki village, her long white trench coat flowing behind her as she looks around. Why do we have to go throug this? I have no family, and my only friends are my pokemon, and I'm stuck going to some town, she thinks, and sighs.

Ruby, her Bagon, who always rides on her shoulder, looks at her trainer worriedly.

"Its okay Ruby, well, let us see the hand that fate has delt us," she says.

"It's about time we get here," i said, looking around the Seiteki Village. "C'mon, guys, we have to find the other chosen ones."

I walked a few feet ahead, and then looked back. Aero, my Trapinch, was busy play hide-and-seek with Dragon, my Bagon. Aero was digging holes in the ground, popping his head up from time to time, while Dragon was trying to tag him.

"Haha, come on now," i said, laughing at the pair of them. They were very close. "We have to get a move on, i suppose everyone's meeting each other now."

Hearing my voice, they came running toward me, eager to walk with me. We walked though the Seiteki Village for about half an hour, stopping now and then to buy food. I soon spotted a group of other trainers nearby, each having two pokemon, and looking as though they had just met. I walked over to them.

"Hey," i said. "Are you guys waiting on the other chosen ones?"

I turned around to see some other trainer coming towards me, i ahd figured he wasn;t one of us, he didn't have a bandana wrapped around his arm, or anywhere for that matter. "Hi", i said, "Yes, we are looking for the other chosen ones, my name is Ace, and you lil' fella?". I grinned treating him like some little punk trainer who didn;t know what he was doing. Like my other smiles, the grin quickly disapeared. I had looked down and saw ttwo pokemon; a Trapinch who seemed to like to fool around with the other pokemon, a bagon. "Interesting, i see you have an inetrest in dragon types i see, if you want to collect mroe of them, i suggest you check out Izou village, they are famous dragon teainers, and masters. They seem to get along so well, at times i even envy that village for all it's unknown beauty. Well, we're headed off to lunch now, maybe I'll see ya round' some other time?" I turned around and started walking, feeling kind of awkward about the kid i just talked to. There was something not right about him, i sensed a 'spirit' inside him, like me and the others. But this spirit he had in him, it's power felt amazing, it definately surpassed mine, adn Genivive's. I also had that feeling about that Mike kid, both him adn the dragon trainer of there, they both seem to have extreme spirit forces inside them. It kind of made me shiver, I felt a bit nervous, knowing that there were other trainers that could be just as dangerous as me. As i continued walking, i saw another trainer, with two pokemon as well. They weren't of similar types, then ith ought about it, a bagon evolves into a Salamence, which IS part flying. I then felt a spirit inside her too. I figured that both of these new kids were also the chosen ones, especially if the dragon trainer knew about US. "Well Mister, i assume you're special to your village, huh? Well, either way, would you like to join us for lunch?" Right after i emntioned that, i turned around noticing that trainer started to walk toiwards us, she didn;t have a banadana on her arm either. I was kind of confused, but i beckoned over to her, trying to make sure we were all together for lunch, it would be nice for all of us to eat together, and share our life's moments, we needed to know as much about eachother as possible, because we need to work together, and if we don;t know eachother, working together might just be a really difficult task. I moaned and started walking over to the wooden-lodge some more. Waiting to eat, i noticed that both my pokemon were itching to eat as well. I smiled and walked up to the entrance.

"My appologies, I am Rain Skylark, you might call me the chosen of the flying type."

Appearance: Has nice white hair that's styled in a ponytail, he is a hispanic meaning his skin tone is a tanned look, His eyes are a nice cloudy blue, he has a very small build that of a seven year old, , AJ wears black leather pants and a black tank top with the words Judgement Day, he also has a white trenchcoat that he always wears, he will ussaly wear black combat boots.

Personality: AJ has a deep personality, he can completly Zone out in the middle of a conversation or go into deep thought. He is pretty shy and very careful when meeting new people. He can scare easily when his gaurd is down. He is very sensitive about his size and can hold a grudge for ages. He doesnt like people to stare at him or be intiminaded by him, he just wants to blend in and be part of the life he lives and stay out of others. Most of the time he is depressed or just empty inside, but if you can become close to him you might melt the ice by his heart and in his veins.

History: Growing up with his older brother and his younger brother he soon learned his place as the smallest in the family and to be counted as the youngest by everyone around him. He was tortured by his brothers with there cruel pranks and finnaly learned that he was the victim in life and accepted it. when he turned fourteen he decided to try to make something of himself and decided that he wouldnt be pushed around so easily. His only accomplishments were some awards for his band that he had started. three years after he started the band he quit for reasons beyond what others can think of, Because he knew that his brothers would ruin it eventully. at the age of seven he stopped growing. AJ is also a vegetarian.
Ability: Can withstand low temperatures

Geniveve looked back as she sensed the arrival of more spirits. A dragonite, which appeared to have taken on more of a flying-type attitude, and the powerful spirit that seemed to tower over each of those present - rayquaza, the dragon spirit. She noticed Blitz stopping suddenly as well and shuffling over to sit by her foot. A tall girl with green hair and a long, white coat had approached Ace and seemed to be involving him in some sort of irrlevant conversation. There was a taillow on her shoulder, and a bagon at her side. The rayquaza spirit, obviously the dragon child, seemed to be travelling with a trapinch and another bagon, who were enjoying a game of 'tag'. He seemed to be conversing with Ace and the girl. Feeling left out, Geniveve ran over to join them again.

Flashing her sweetest smile, she said cheerily, "Hiya! I'm Geniveve! I'm from Shima island!" Her hair bobbed merrily around her shoulders, and she quickly pushed it back into place. The chosen children were beginning to gather - soon, if this kept up, they would all be here, and the journey could begin. They would save the world yet. That would be something to tell everyone back home. "I'm the chosen of the water type," she added. Blitz yapped eagerly, his blue bandana fluttering around his neck. Geniveve smiled. He was behaving unusually well - she supposed he saw the importance of working together with the rest of the Chosen as well. His ears twitched comically, and Geniveve bent down to scratch his head fondly.

I walked down the street, just like any other day and just like any other day I was going to school. I sighed, this would be so boring just like yesterday and the day before that. While walking I noticed someone was following me, I glanced to the side of my shades, sure enough it was my brother ben I decided to try to lose him. But just as I was about to run he caught up to me,
" Towns elder wants to see you" he said sneering, " What'd you do? Egg him?" I ignored him and walked down the road that was to where the elder lived.

Ace looked, everyone was gathering around, ne even noticed Genivive jumped up beside him and introduced herself to everyone. Even she knew about the other spirits and what they could do, i can sense there power levels adn what they are. But she did it quickly, 'I feel so little right now' i thought to myself. I hung my head down low, then brought it back up slightly and stated "Okay everyone, some of us are here now, so lets eat! SERIOUSLY I'M STARTING TO STARVE!!" As they entered, I looked around, this place is becoming so familiar i could walk around it blindfolded and still co-ordinate myself perfectly. Nevertheless, i stood up to the counter, and the service lady asked; "Well Ace, look slike you've made some new friends" she said with a smile, then quickly under her breath she said "For once..", of course i heard that, but i didn't want her to realize what was going on. I just ordered a large caesor salad with a large side of fries, "My favv" i said outloud not aware of it. I sat down waiting for ym food, and for the others to come and sit down. Each table could sit 4 people, 2 on each side, we had a window seat,a nd since i was first to sit down, i just sat by the window, waiting for the tohers to join me. I felt kind of enrvous, as the lady had stated before,i never had friends, and i just didn't know how to act, i was super shy.

I started to think of school for some reason. A minor smile appeared on my face, i had realized that today my school was having our very first basketball game of the season. Our team was called the Seiteki Sonics, as most could figure by the jersey i always wore. The team we were facing, was the same team we face first every yeat, not to emntion this team is our rivals, the Gutai Bulls. From Steel City. I always loved basketball, luckily i have been able to maintian normal speed, to make sure the matches ARE fair. I was starting to wonder, did Steel City have the chosen one from their village on the team? This made me wnated to play more. The game was tonight, at 7:00PM, right now it was just 12:30PM so no worries. I just hopped that i was able to play good tonight since i figured all my new friends would be watching. I knew if i played bad, they might think of me wrong. Then a terrifying thought came, 'What if i screwed up really badly? *Gasps* Then what would Genivive think??!!?'. And now, the smile has gone away again, but i was still sure i wouldn;t screw up, and i would be able to play basketball for once, all this made me slightly more happy. I still showed a worried face though, but i wanted to contain myself until the others left, which brought up another thought,'What will they do afterwards? I guess i'll have to buy them a few rooms at a hotel or something tonight, oh wait HA! We have lots of room in my house, i mean... i AM the only one living in ym house. Bah'. I kept my face still no a worried look, but keeping everything down to a minimum, i had noticed everyone has ordered now, adn started to head towards the tables.

I turned around to see some other trainer coming towards me, i ahd figured he wasn;t one of us, he didn't have a bandana wrapped around his arm, or anywhere for that matter. "Hi", i said, "Yes, we are looking for the other chosen ones, my name is Ace, and you lil' fella?". I grinned treating him like some little punk trainer who didn;t know what he was doing. Like my other smiles, the grin quickly disapeared. I had looked down and saw ttwo pokemon; a Trapinch who seemed to like to fool around with the other pokemon, a bagon. "Interesting, i see you have an inetrest in dragon types i see, if you want to collect mroe of them, i suggest you check out Izou village, they are famous dragon teainers, and masters. They seem to get along so well, at times i even envy that village for all it's unknown beauty. Well, we're headed off to lunch now, maybe I'll see ya round' some other time?" I turned around and started walking, feeling kind of awkward about the kid i just talked to. There was something not right about him, i sensed a 'spirit' inside him, like me and the others. But this spirit he had in him, it's power felt amazing, it definately surpassed mine, adn Genivive's. I also had that feeling about that Mike kid, both him adn the dragon trainer of there, they both seem to have extreme spirit forces inside them. It kind of made me shiver, I felt a bit nervous, knowing that there were other trainers that could be just as dangerous as me. As i continued walking, i saw another trainer, with two pokemon as well. They weren't of similar types, then ith ought about it, a bagon evolves into a Salamence, which IS part flying. I then felt a spirit inside her too. I figured that both of these new kids were also the chosen ones, especially if the dragon trainer knew about US. "Well Mister, i assume you're special to your village, huh? Well, either way, would you like to join us for lunch?" Right after i emntioned that, i turned around noticing that trainer started to walk toiwards us, she didn;t have a banadana on her arm either. I was kind of confused, but i beckoned over to her, trying to make sure we were all together for lunch, it would be nice for all of us to eat together, and share our life's moments, we needed to know as much about eachother as possible, because we need to work together, and if we don;t know eachother, working together might just be a really difficult task. I moaned and started walking over to the wooden-lodge some more. Waiting to eat, i noticed that both my pokemon were itching to eat as well. I smiled and walked up to the entrance.

The other kid, named Ace, was already starting to irritate me. I didn't like the way he seemed to treat me as a baby. He obviously underestimated me. I could clearly see we were going to get in an argument or two. As he walked away, I ran after him. He seemed to be talking to the service lady. After he finished talking, i began to speak to him.

"Look," I said, giving him a i'm-not-gonna-take-your-bull look. "First, don't call me 'lil'fella'. Second, I am from the Izou Village, hence Aero and Dragon. Third, yes, I would like to join you for lunch."

I sat at a nearby table. "And by the way," I said, looking at Ace. "My name is Rayne, and they" i said, pointing to my Trapinch and Bagon, "Are Aero and Dragon."

I was faster then most guys in my school so I got to the elders pretty fast.
I knocked on the door and sighed in axiety, what was this about? It almost scared me to think if I was in alot of trouble or not. While deep in thought I jumped when the door opened, " come inside" said the gruff voice of the elder. I walked in cautisouly looking at my surrounding, I relaxed, "AJ... Do you know why you stopped growing in stature when you were seven?" he asked. A vein popped on my head, " I didnt stop growing!" I yelled a him.
" You wanna bet?" he asked smirking, he lead me into the room where seven years ago all the kids in the town had measured, he remeasured me "same, 3'7, but do you know why you stopped growing?" he asked once again, "no, Doctors didnt find out why" I replied. He smiled at me and pointed to the heights "Your the only one the same, witch means... you must have the Snorunt spirit!" he yelled happily. "what? Snorunt spirit?" I said to myself remembering the legend of the town about snorunt. "Witch means you'll represent are town! I've already talked to your teachers and parents, You'll be leaving today to go to the thunder town of Seiteki, with this" he said handing me an icy armband that looked like ice, "made of nevermelt ice" he said nodding, " run along now" But I was already heading home.

(Great, more people. But, these people seem different. Not only to these people seem to accept me, unlike the people at the orphanage, but they seem powerful. Powerful like me. He hurried of towards the restaurant Ace was going to and quickly found the others. He took a seat.

I had ran all the way home and had started packing the nessecities, I packed some extra clothes and rations and my two pokemon, Eevee and swinub. I went into the living room everyone was there. My mom was first to stand up, "we're very proud of you honey" she said hugging me, I blushed and stepped out of the hug, " thanks" I said to her. My Dad mearly gave me a congratulations and gave me a slim package to open later. My brothers started to whine "Why does he get to have the spirit? I'm taller and stronger! He's just a big baby!" My younger brother Joseph yelled angerly, my older brother said practicly the same thing, I stared coldly at them witch seemed to stop them in there tracks, "Goodbye" I yelled closing the door and getting on my Bike and starting off, I was out of the city pretty fast.
two hours passed and I had passed The Water village and Fire village, according to my map I was close, another thirty minuites passed and I reached the Village of thunder, I found a nearbye Restraunt to eat and parked my bike, I went inside and found a table. and sure enough I saw atleast two other village represenitives.

Not much longer after i sat down i heard an person yellow openning the door urgently, i thought he may have needed to go to the bathroom really badly. "Figures" I said outloud, it was just some other kid. I then realized on closer inspection, that he had been wearing an icy blue cloth around his arm! I called him over and asked him to sit beside Rain, as nervous as i usually am, i still wanted Genivive to sit besdie me. I then realized how quickly i started to like her. Unfortunately, i didn't think her Eevee, Blitz, was too happy with me being around her. I wondered why, but i ahd to wait until she sat down. "So, what's your anme ice-man?" I joked a bit there, with a slight grin, that quickly dissappeared. My order has now arrived, so i just shut up and started to eat, as always it was delicious. Mareep, who was still very young, didn;t want to eat, i figured he was nervous being around so many others. Electrike on the other hand, he didn;t mind, and of course, i shared my food with him. I loved both of them, even if Mareep was still one of the youngest pokemon there, he was still very special to me, i didn;t know why, but when i first saw that Marep, i knew there was something awkward abiut him, but i brought him in with me, and we have trained together ever since. My first pokemon however was my electrike, i found him one day on the streets being attacked by punk teenagers (which is why i don't like punks). I brought him in with me to. And eversince, we have been one small happy family. And now, i have just invited a seemingly endless amount of people to join me for lunch, and now i was planning on asking them to not JUST to come to my first absketball game with my school, but to STAY at MY house. Well, i ahd lots of room in it anyways, it really was just about empty, so i didn't really care that much. By now, the ice-man had started to ramble on while i ahd these thoughts, i finnally clued back in when he said his name (Coincidence, no?).

I had felt eased in the group of people, accepted so I just started to talk about where I was from and what kind of pokemon were there, "And my name is AJ, I'm 14" I said to finish up. "so what exactly are we going to do?" I asked ordering a small salad and chochlate shake. I got the food pretty quickly and ate the salad pretty fast, I saved the shake for later, "so?"

Geniveve hurried into the restraunt, Blitz at her heels. His warm, tan fur brushed against her bare leg, and sent shivers up her spine. She giggled. "Blitz, that tickles!" she exclaimed, pushing him away playfully with her foot. He pushed gently against her leg with his shoulders, jokingly threatening to push her over. Grinning, Geniveve stoodon her tip-toes and stood over her eevee, smirking menacingly. Blitz growled happily, then trotted forwards.

Skimming through the menu that was mounted on the wall above the counter, Geniveve picked out a steak sandwich and 'tea for two' - English Breakfast, of course. Darjeeling was the norm, but they didn't serve it here, and Geniveve particularly depsised Earl Grey - much too bitter for her liking. She took a seat beside Ace and smiled. Blitz leapt up onto her knee with his paws on the table. Geniveve scowled in disapproval. "Get your paws off the table this instance, young man!" she reprimanded him, waggling a finger in Blitz's face. The eevee sheepishly did as he was told.

The fire child, Mike; the sky child, Rain; the dragon child, who appeared to be called Rayne (That could get confusing, Geniveve thought to herself); the ice child, Josh; and, of course, Ace. Geniveve surpressed a laugh at Ace's comment; Blitz didn't bother trying. Ice-man? Oh, that would stick! She smiled sweetly. "I'm Geniveve," she said for what seemed to be the millionth time. She found herself saying it just to make sure that no-one had missed her introduction.

"Eevah!" Blitz yapped impatiently. It had been a solid five minutes since they had ordered, and their food still hadn't arrived. Five minutes. Absolutely preposterous. Finally, it arrived - a well-presented steak sandwich accompanied with two china cups, a teapot filled with black tea and a small, tin jug filled with milk. Geniveve calmly swished the tea around in its pot then poured it expertly into a cup and a saucer without spilling a drop. She poured milk into the saucer, and slid it just a little to her left. Blitz immediately put his nose up over the table and lapped at it, careful not to spray any anywhere. Geniveve picked up the cup, which still contained only black tea, and sipped at it - no sugar, no milk. Just how she liked it. Dabbing at her lips with a napkin, she gave a murmer of approval before setting it down on the table.

Rain shrugs. "I was raised to know the book of Revelation as how the world will come to an end," she says with a shrug. "But I've always had my doubts about the story of the end of days, but to be honest, what I have learned makes more sense. I do fear however, that the plagues may still show their faces," she says, and quotes: "Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garmets, lest he walk naked and see his shame. And he gathered the kings together into a place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon."-Revelation 16: 15-16.

"Well Josh, first we're going to eat" I said with sarcasm, although i was planning on everyone to eb eating. "But next, well i guess we hang around for the afternoon, I'm not too sure, but at around 4:00PM I need to go to a umm..." I think for a moment, do i jus tll them the truth? Or do i lie, to get my last bit of privacy until this already wacky adventure ends. "Well, I've got a basketball game around then, it's my first actual game with my new school, as the same as the rest of you, i just came into high school. We're facing our main rivals, as this is our first ga,me of this new season, our rivals you say? Well, it's Gutai City, recently, with all this going on I've been wondering if the Steel chosen one is on the team too?" 'Well' i thought to myself, 'I just told them just about eveyrthing going on in my mind, oh wait, bah stupid thought, yes i guess i will have to invite them to sleep in my house, unless they want to sleep outside?' I chuckled slightly, "Oh yes, right after lunch, we are to report to this Village's elder, he will explain everything to us, then we have the rest of the afetrnoon off, and we can do anything you want. As long as it follows the law." Well, now since thats done, oh yeah... "Also, you guys will need somewhere to sleep i presume? Well my house is fairly big, I'm sure all of us can fit in there, oh and i will apologize ahead of time, it is kind of empty in there. Oh well." With that, I stood up and went outside.... to get some fresh air. I brought my baby Mareep and the older Electrike with me, i really didn;t know what to do, everyone seems to be so clueless, and alot of us are really shy, but yet, EVERYONE seems to be smartat something, oh well. I guess this trip can be a bit fun. By now, i am outside, in the town square, I decided to walk up to the statue of Raikou and Zapdos in the middle. The statue dipicted the Zapdos using his Light Screen ability to protect themselves, against the enemy, of course, there was no enemy dipicted on the statue. "Were our ancients really this lazy?" I said outloud. "Well" I sighed, i sat down on the bench, looked behind me, once more at the statue, and started to cry. I was starting to get really nervous, about everything. My hands started to twitch, then my Mareep jumped onto my lap, he was still small of course. I took my twitchy hand and pet the soft pokemon.

"Its okay, I'm kinda used to sleeping wherever I can," Rain replies. She ate a quick lunch and walks out of the resteraunt, her long trench coat flowing behind her as usual, people glance nervously at her as her azure eyes glance at them. She was always tall for her age, which makes her look even more intimidating for other's, but she really cared for Pokemon, and to a lesser extent, other people. Well, might as well find out what destiny holds for us as soon as we can, she thinks, putting her hands in her pockets. It took a lot of bravery to live the life she would, now she had to make sure that she stayed safe throughout the adventure that she knew was comming.

It was early in the morning; the birds had began to chirp and a crisp smell of trees hung in the air. The crimson sun had just begun to rise over the mountains in the distance. Richie lay there in a meadow filled with diasies, tulips, and young Pecha and Cheri Berry plants. The scene was peaceful, just the way he liked it; the feeling would not last for long, however. "Ri! Riii Oru!!" "Dum. Beldum dum!" *Shrugs* "Guess its that time... Rioru, Beldum, return." Richie pulled a two Ultra Balls from his basket ball shorts. He clicked a button on the devices that caused them to enlarge. A beam of red light shot at the two pokemon as they slowly seemed to disappear from existence; the beam stopped, and the pokemon were gone, in their pokeballs. Richie made sure his black Air Force One's were clean, brushed the grass off his hair, and made is way towards the Gutai Village Civic Center. Located in the center of the city, Gutai Civic Center was the oldest and largest building around for miles; the countries political affairs were dealed with here, and many young trainers came with their pokemon to learn how to battle. A Pokemon Center and Poke Mart were also here for convenience. As he stepped in, he had a feeling of reluctance to persist any farther. Like always, he had never been keen on socializing, but this was one of the worst0-case scenarios he'd experienced. The Civic Center was jam packed with people, children and adults alike, along with their pokemon. Some of them had a cool and collected dispotion while others searched frantically for specific locations, clutching a guide booklet in one hand, and either a child or a belligerent pokemon in the other. Richie sighed deeply; he had resented ever being instilled with the power of Diaruga. He knew what his destiny had called him for. The only thing he didn't know was why it had chosen him.

I was waiting outside for the others. I didn't know what was taking them so long to eat lunch adn come outside. I was starting to get a bit irratated. Mareep let out a little moan of impatience, "I know, they're taking a while aren't they?" As soon as i said that, in the corner of ym eye, i saw a wild pidgey. "May has well fight it, nothing better to do, plus we havn't had time to fight today have we?"
"Trike!" electrike jumped up, i figured he wanted to fight really badly, so i deicded to ha him fight, and let Mareeep fight the next pokemon we might see. Electrike ran up, i noticed that this pidgey was fairly experienced, so i nkew it wasn't going to be very easy of a match-up. Of course, with neither of my pokemon actually knowing any lightning-based moves, yet, i knew i just adh to beat down the pidgey with raw speed. I grinned, "Electrike, now, run behind it, and tackle!" i hardly got to say it, electrike knew hwat i usuually told him to do at the begining of a battle. Immediately, Electrike seem to vanished, of cours,e if oen can see speed, (s)he would notice that electrike ran behind the pidgey, adn hit the pidgey hard. The pidgey tried to fly away from the battle, realizing that he couldn;t keep up with electrike's speed, but pidgey couldn't fly, the last tackle had damaged his wing. "Now, electrike! Finish him off, TACKLE!" With that, electrike charged even harder, adn even faster then last time, and rammed the pidgey. The pidgey had fainted, and i let out a sigh, "That really wasn;t much of a battle, bah".

I went back to the bench where my Mareep was waiting, who seemed impressed with Electrike's massive speed. I sat down, and Mareep jumped back up on my lap, and i started to pet him. "Well, Mareep, you can abttle next time, adn don;t worry, I'm sure you'll do just fine!" With that, Mareep looked much happier and more confident, of course, i could sense that Mareep was still lacking some confidence, but i decicded to ignore that for now.

Geniveve let out a sigh of contenment and closed her eyes as she took a final sip of her tea. "Nothing quite like it, hmm?" she asked her eevee, smiling warmly as she pushed her empty cup and a plate that had once been home to a steak sandwich towards the center of the table. Her eyes took a moment to appreciate the fine patterns on the china teacups - a thin, swirling blue line danced in flowery patterns across a soft, creamy glazing. Charming, really, and something that really took Geniveve's fancy.

Blitz nosed his saucer away after drinking the tea that had been poured into it for him with a yap of approval. English breakfast - it was really quite different from everything else. The eevee found himself actually preferring the more simple flavours of tea to the rather fancier ones, like darjeeling. Lifting his maw, he allowed Geniveve to mop the droplets of tea from his muzzle, then leapt from the bench to wait by the door.

Geniveve smirked at Blitz. "Hold on! I only have two feet ..." She groaned exaggeratedly as she stood up and put her hand to the small of her back. "Oh ... I'm getting too old for this ..." she joked, suddenly rushing forwards and scooping her eevee up in her arms. The small pokémon giggled delightedly and buried his face into her shoulder. Geniveve pressed her nose to the top of his head and breathed in the warm, musky scent of his fur - the most comforting smell in the world.

The caw of a pidgey drew her attention to a fast-paced battle between Ace's electrike and a pidgey. The poor bird pokémon had been no match for the electrike's superior speed, and Geniveve frowned disapprovingly. It may have been that the electric-type did not yet know any electric moves, but even so, it had hardly been a fair match. As Ace returned to his mareep's side, electrike in-tow, Geniveve rushed over to the pidgey and swept a potion out of her bag. She sprayed it carefully over the small pokémon's body, smiled in satisfaction, then lifted Blitz onto her shoulder while walking leisurely over to where Ace sat on the bench. He seemed a little concerned about his mareep, who appeared to be quite jittery. She didn't say anything, but looked distractedly at the sheep-like pokémon.

((Just for the records, second-person has been, or is being eradicated from all roleplays. First-person is slowly becoming less popular, and is not used a lot. Third-person is the most common, and perhaps the best (for me), because you always know who they're roleplaying. xD When I roleplay with someone who does first-person, I'm constantly checking back to their bio so I can remember the name of their character. x3;; ))

Mike ate a lunch of pork chops with cream of mushroom sauce. He had a chop to himself, and one each for his charmander and growlithe. Ace mentioned something about having to see his village elders later, and invited everyone to his basketball game and to stay at his house for the night. Before Mike could answer, Ace had already left. Mike quickly finished his food and went outside, following Geniveve. He watched Ace have a quick battle with his electrike against a pidgey. Ace won very quickly. He saw Geniveve heal the fainted pidgey. "Good job Ace." Mike said. "Your a much better trainer than you give yourself credit for. Oh, and by the way, its generally accepted that it is rude to ask someone a question then leave. Rudeness aside, yes i will come and watch your basketball game. And i thank you and accept your offer to stay at your house for the night.

I decided I should probally get going, I mean why not just try to get out and about? I started to walk towards the door when I heard a yell, " Hey runt! Pay up your bill!" I turned around with a somewhat hurt face and payed the man, no tips.
Walking outside I started to think { Why me? I didnt want to be short because of the snorunt spirit} I was so deep in thought I didnt notice myself bumping into Ace, "oh sorry!" I quickly said, it was sickening I was just above his waist! I scowled and sat at the bench.

Geniveve took but a second to snap back into reality. She blinked twice is surprise, scratched her head, then looked at Josh. "Oh! You are very cute!" she commented, smiled happily. "How old are you?" she asked, genuinely curious. This boy, Josh, or rather 'ice man' had a face that seemed to be as old as herself or Ace, but his height was more like that of a seven of eight year old. Of course, it only made sense that this was the ice-child; obviously possessed by the spirit of snorunt. Geniveve giggled inwardly. Runt. Snorunt. And this kid was so small. She took the time to smile at her own joke. A lock of hair fell forwards over her amber-hued eyes, and she quickly brushed it back behind her ear, marvelling as the sunlight played across strands of chestnut-brown hair. An inward scowl - and they called her 'vain'. Pshaw. What a nonsensical notion.

Blitz, who sat smugly on Geniveve's shoulder, glared daggers at Josh. He may have been short, but he was a male nonetheless, and Geniveve had just made an incredibly stupid comment. No doubt this human, if the immaturity of the rest of the species was anything to go by, would lash out to defend himself. The eevee sighed and shook his head, his ears dangling at awkward positions in front of his face. The bright blue bandana around his neck, which matched the one that Geniveve had tied around her wrist, fluttered in a sudden gust, tickling the hairs on the eevee's chest. The small pokémon snorted and twitched his nose before rubbing his head affectionately against his mistress' ear.

I noticed that three of us were not waiting outside. I decided to head for the elders, and leave a note for the ones yet to come, plus the visit wouldn't take so long. I reached into my backpack and grabbed a black felt pen, along with a piece of lined paper. I wrote on it "Some of us have already headed for the elders house which is to the east of this town. After we visit him, we will go to my house, which is on the west side of town. If you can not catch up with us by the time we meet the elder, just wait for us at my house. You will know it's different from the big yellow symbol on the gate infront of it. OH and my house is large.

For those who arrive hear after we left on our journey, well, please talk to the elder for our whereabouts. And hurry to catch up with us, for we will most certainly need as much help as possible." I turned to where the other were now sitting, and i decided to get moving, with the spirit of Raikou, i find it hard to just stand still adn do nothing. "Well, lets head for the elder's house!" I started to walk off to the east, only hoping that the others would follow, I mean, I'm not sure about you, but i don't want this world to end, yet.

History:his family was a legendary ninja family that nearly died out except that he and his brother and sister and father (his mother died from the labor as said in beginning of the thread) are still alive.most of his family died from an attack by kyogre , in which groudon came and saved him and the rest of the family (that were still alive) , when the blue orb and red orb shattered , his dad found a shard and made a chain for him. everyone was seperated by a tidal wave caused by kyogre's wrath, so now he is living alone with his onix and mudkip, knowing that he had the spirit of groudon....
Ability: Can easily burrow underground
Other: he is known to jump very high and is a fast runner , he trains with his pokemon 3 times a week and is also known to take flight trips to lavaridge for a dip in the hot bath and to lay down in the relaxing sand with his pokemon.

I noticed Ace writing a note, probably telling the slow eaters still in the restaurant and any others who might be coming where we were going. Then I noticed him start to leave. (Wow he is rude. He asks us a question, then leaves before we can answer, and now he leaves without us. He'll be a difficult one to get along with. At least he's better than the other kids at the orphanage) I thought. I started to follow him towards the elder's building. (The others better hurry up) I thought. I took some time to take in the scenery of the village. The architechture of the buildings was amazing. The temperature was alot lower than what I was used to. (I forgot most places arent as warm as home. Thats gonna take some getting used to.) The sky looked very stormy. Occaisonal bolts of lightning flashed across the sky. (It had better not rain. I hate rain.)

occ:Im not the owner of this rp, but i know ks would say dont post until you sign up and ks accepts you. also, all of our pokemon start out as basics. make sure when you sign up, dont take a village already used up, and you have to use pokemon relating to your village type. check the first post to see which villages are left.
