yea i noticed that to. i need to get stats for the game im making but since it was closed i couldnt get any from there and serebii was loading to slow.

It's not working because Steve's site is on the same server as PC was. The mysql or whatever isn't working and the dex needs it, so therefore it will not be working until Steve comes back or someone else with access fixes it.
