I thought you meant the skin called Default Style.

The reason it's not linked is because there is no banner to link. It's just a background image. A background image can't be linked.

The creator of this skin used a background image instead of a normal image to give the appearance of a banner.

There is no freakin' banner to find! All you need to know is that it's not really possible to link the background image which looks like a banner.

I know that, because it's the background image. But when I posted and said that the banner doesn't link, you said that it does. That means that you see a banner that I'm not seeing.
