I'm not really sure if this is too big of a problem but lately I've noticed in many threads but mostly clubs have members posting about the certain topic and just getting the link of an image on a site like SPP and wrapping it in image tags.
I'm kind of a webmaster and I know how it feels like to have an image taken from my site and getting bandwidth taken away. The least the person could do is reupload it to an image host like imageshack.us or something similar.
Anyway, I think there should be a rule about hotlinking.
