I have been trying to figure this out for awhile now. I have been to the site before and it loads really slow and there is hardly any useful information. Serebii is much better for most stuff. So, why does PPN get so much traffic? It isn't a very good site anyway. Also, the webmaster has been absent for some time now, so you would have thought the traffic would have decreased.

Well, first off I believe your statement is quite rude. It may not be the most updated, but it still has some of the best content around.

It has affiliation with Serebii, it is basically a landmark of the Pokemon Community, and there is LOADS of useful information.

How can you even say that there isn't?

When PPN is updated it's news is usually top quality and that will get people in. His content on the avg is better then most also.

I agree,The site is indeed slow,But Steven has put effort into it.I mainly always go to PPN for my latest news and info that I need,I still prefer it over Serebii

Serebii may be better, but that doesn't mean that PPN can't get information that Serebii doesn't have. They have different members, so I always check Serebii, PPN, PKMN Elite 2000, and so on, just to see the varying information that they have.

So, in conclusion, just because one site has more info, doesn't mean that they are all the same. Check them out, and see what they have, to get the best Pokemon experience!

PPN is one of th best site going as I believe, I am not sure whcih is most popular, out of PPN or Serebii, buts its still one of the best.

When steve comes back the news will be great, everything will be fixed and PPN will be back to normal. :)

The site is slow, but it has about 50 more pages than SPP. Ever opened all of the click menu's? There's tons of info there, and as of yet, I'm waiting to see ripped stuff (Not really, just pointing out I haven't seen any) or anything that is horrible as a guide. And Steve is back, fyi!

suggestion: don't use Internet Explorer on the current PPN site.. it just doesn't like my css image layout too well.. (real slow) use FireFox or Opera instead.. at least till i finish the new layout design, anyway.

As for content, we have most everything related to Pokémon and are constantly updating it.. as well as adding new info as it becomes avail.. (remember, I'm about 4 months behind now and am playing catch-up right now)
