YGO questions... lock when answer

Questions 1:

Convulsion of Nature is active on the field.

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, both players must turn their respective Decks upside down and proceed with the current Duel.

I play Feather of the Phoenix
Discard 1 card from your hand. Select 1 card from your Graveyard and return it to the top of your Deck.

Would the card I choice be placed face-up so it is visable on the top of my deck? So I still draw it next? Or as I would... call it with Archfiend's Oath

Questions 2:

If you have a 11 card hand a 0 card deck can you activate Card Destruction and just not draw? Or say you had a 1 card deck... would you simple draw that one card?

Question 1:

No the "top of the decK' doesn't go to the bottom just because it's flipped around. A feather of the phoenix will place that card right on top face-up. Top of the deck is determined by the current position of the deck, if you get what I mean.

Question 2:

I believe that this will cause you to lose the match since you got no more cards to draw. If Card Destruction is "pick up" then what you say is true, but now it's draw.
