My First RP... Good Luck to me!

It has been at least a year since Team Rocker, Team Magma and Team Aqua have joined together, to become Team Universe. In that year, they have wreaked more havoc than Team Rocket, Team Aqua and Team Magma put together! Destroying nearly all of Kanto, Johto and Hoenn, they are now targeting the Sevii Islands, Sootopolis City and the newly discovered Elemental Islands. Many have died, Lots have been injured and more than a million are about to be. The leader of Team Universe is Ex-Champion Wallace, while the Admins are Archie, Max and Giovanni. They plan to change earth as we know it, by changing humans into pokemon, then stealing them, then selling them all over the globe.

You & a group of school friends live on one of the 9 Elemental Islands, not really knowing whats going on in the outside world, and not knowing the fate that will soon befall you. Many have flocked over to the Elemental Islands, to survive a bit more, and you have heard their stories, not knowing if they are true or not. Also, pokemon have washed ashore and tried to ask you many things, but you hav no idea why. And "freaks" have shown up to. These people are scaring you, and you don't really want to have anything to do with them.

The Islands are small, and only have certain things on them, but they are close together to the other islands, so they are very easy to get to.

You can have ONE legendary, but it must be small and newly hatched, and you must state a reason WHY you should have that pokemon and how you got it.
If you are in a battle, do not keep dodging and not getting hit. You may use dodge 3 every 6 turns for a speedy pokemon (such as pidgey, syther, pikachu, bird types ect.) 2 every 6 for a normal, and 1 every 6 for a slow pokemon (Shellgon, Kangahskan, Slakoth)
do not make the battle go forever, it has to end at some time!

Maddy has a reddish-brown hair and ever changing colours eyes. She always wears her red hooded jumper, and under that, a black singlet. She wears light blue jeans, as she ain't really a "girly-girl" and joggers, just in case of a new adventure on the horizon. She also like to have her lucky necklace. It was a gift from her father, before he left town, and usually proves lucky when times are hard. Her necklace has a Decaball (a new invention, that can hold 10 pokemon at once, Check down for more pokeballs) inside the locket, and inside that, holds her pokemon.
Personality:
Maddy is an outgoing and friendly person around people she knows, and likes. She is shy around new people, which makes it hard to be-friend the newcomers. She is sometimes kind-of ignorant around the people she hates. She hates people who tease her and is ready for a comeback, but those combacks can be a little too strong sometimes. She loves her pokemon, even though she hasnt had them all too long.
History:
Maddy has always lived on Clear Island. Her dad was the founder of it and moved there before she was born. She has lived with her mother, as her dad moved far away, "to do some business, and I have to do it alone". Her mother, Glacia of the elite 4 (now retired), has told that he was a great person, and joined her at the elite 4. His name was "Wallace" and he was a master of water type. Sadly, after her dad went on the trip, he disapeared, and no one has any idea of his location

Eve is Maddy's first pokemon, given to her by her mother. Eve is playful, energetic and strong in a battle. She hates her pokeball, so Maddy never keeps her in there. She loves treats, and doing tricks to please anyone, and likes to make people laugh. When Eve is angry, she sends of loose shadow balls and cannot control her anger. She bites and screams untill she has calmed down, and had a rest.

Buddy was found on Mt. Flame, the volcano that is on Fire Island. Buddy is playful and does not take much seriously. He dows not like to battle, but more to play in the forest on Grass Island. He loves showing of his flame to all those who can see, and can sometimes earn the extra Poke-Dollar while Busking. When Buddy is angry, he lets of huge jets of flame, and breathes fast. He tries to bite the thing that made him angry, but his teeth are a bit small, and blunt.

A baby Articuno, found by Wallace and Glacia on a walk thorugh Ice Falls, on Water Island. Arctic is only a baby, so she likes to sleep and eat. She loves berries and PokeFood. She likes to sit in Maddy's bag, and chirp songs of joy as Maddy walks around. Arctic has to keep hidden, or act as a strange pidgey, as she is a rare pokemon. When she is angry, Arctic releases fragile, but freezing sprays of "Ice Beam". She squarks loud screeches to scare her enemies, and dosent really like to fight, so she leaves the fighting to the bigger pokemon. She dosent like to stay in her pokeball, so she sits in her backpack.

Draco was found in Dragon's Den, in Blackthrorn City and was sent over by her uncle who lives there. He is a serious pokemon, but does enjoy a good play. He battles with force, more than defence. He loves Cheri Berries and Razz Berries. He loves eating and sleeping and using "Rest" just for the heck of it. When Draco is angry, he shoots off "Thunder Waves" and tries to paralyze anything in sight. Draco likes his pokeball, as its easy to sleep in.

Charlie was found on Mt. Bruno. He is a loving and caring male. He watches over all the pokemon, when they are playing, and breaks up fights in an instant. He loves Peacha Berries and Rawst Berries and PokeBlocks. He uses lots of defence when battling at the start, but has a full on offence when the defence is up. Charlie is hard to anger, but when angered, he uses "Sandstorm" and runs off to calm down. He only comes bakc when he is calm.

Maddy has a box full of elemental stones she has found on expediditons and also has a rare Rainbow Stone (mixture of all) around her neck

Name: Titus Pinecone
Age: 15
Status: Trainer
Appearance: Mike stands around 5'5''. He is strongly built. His eyes are milky white from blindness. His hair was a black colour, and could never lie flat. His shirt was a darker red, and his pants were black denim. He wore a vest over his shirt, black like his pants. He wore a bucket hat; black to match his hair. He wore really old, beat-up running shoes. His skin was lightly tanned. He has a pair of red wristbands matching his shirt, and a red headband matching his shirt.

Personality: Mike is a very quiet person. He never knows how to talk to people in a conversation. He is extremely intelligent. Whenever he isnt working out, he is studying. He is a very loyal person, and very good follower. Do to endless hours of solitude, he has developed multiple personality disorder. That in turn causes extreme irrational behaviour and overconfidence. He was never happy with himself. He always had to try to better himself. He works best by himself or with his pokemon. He prefers to be alone.

History: Mike has had a troublesome life. He was born on Moon Island and has lived there his whole life. His mother died giving birth to him, and his father died when he was 5. The only thing he ever had to remind him of his parents was his shiny beldum he inherited when his father. He was raised in an orphanage. No adults ever wanted to adopt him, and all the kids picked on him. He stayed alone all the time, studying, working out, or training his pokemon. Some people thought he had developed multiple personality disorder.

Pokemon: Charmander, Squirtle, Eevee, Zangoose, Metang(shiny), Bayleef.

Other Interesting Facts: Titus has developed the ability to speak and understand pokemon. This gives him an extreme amount of control over his pokemon.

Name: Rain Skylark
Age: 16
Status: Trainer

She usualy wears a long white trench coat with a blue tank top and skirt.
Personality: Kind, but very distant from those she dosen't trust.
History: Rain comes from Kanto, specificaly Viridian City, but she moved to Fire Island around the age of 7. She has a little bit of knowlege of the make-up of the former Team Rocket (her family knew Giovanni personaly), but her knowlege is limited. Some say that she was a childhood friend of the Dragon Master Lance, and that she can predict the future.
Pokemon: Ruby (Bagon), Hera (Torchic), Serena (Dratini), Rina (Trapinch), Mystic (Feebas), Queenie (Horsea).
Island: Fire Island
Other Interesting Facts: Rain has a special connection to her pokemon, moreso than most trainers. This might be because she grew up around the Viridian Forest.

name: Ace Raidok
Age: 15
Status: Trainer
Appearence: Ace is 5'10". Ace has very pale skin and is very evry skinny. Ace ahs blonde hair, and hazel-coloured eyes. Ace wears a yellow shirt with a black lightning symbol on it. His shorts are grey and hang ~1inch below his knees. He wears basketball socks that reach up past his shorts. He wears green/yellow running shoes.
Personality: Ace is very quiet and doesn;t talk very much. He usually just agrees with someones idea, unless he finds it flat-out stupid. When he feels like it is necessary though, eh will talk. He tends to ignore what other people say about him, adn he doesn't get aggrivated very much. He absolutly hates cocky people, and wish there were no such thing as cocky. Ace rarely holds grudges and will not mock people weaker than him. He usually hides his own strengths, adn makes others feel stronger/prouder.
History: Ace ahd lived without a family his whole life. When he was born, they had all left to the Johto region. every ocne and a while, he was mailed pokemon, and he kept these pokemon and trained them as much as possible. Since without living with parents, he ahs always had time to do whatever he ahd wnated. He often traveled to the different islands, or had trained at the powerplant located in the kiddle of his home island.
Pokemon: Mareep, Horsea, Slugma, Onix, Duskull, and Spinarak.
Other: When good music is playing, his pokemon seem to fight better. When bad music is playing, his pokemon seem to fight worse.

Age: 16
Status: Trainer
Apperance: Nicolas is 6'2. Nicolas has a dark skin tone and is skinny, but has a muscular tone. He has jet black hair, and broun eyes, although you wouldn't tell by looking at him, as he put contacts in his eyes to make them look red. He wears a black shirt, black jeans, and black sneakers. And he always carries his guitar with him.

Personality: Nicolas has always been labled as a goth, based on his appearence, but the truth is, he just likes the fashion. he has a very optimistic approach to life, and is what anybody who truely knows him would call a "Good" young adult. And although he can get really, REALLY cocky, he always has the upmost respect for people, no matter what the outcome.

History:Nicolas was born in Mahogany town of jotoh. He began training pokemon at the age of ten. His family had moved to Water Island when he was twelve, the time of his mother's death. when he was fifteen, his father had decided that he was old enough to posess a keepsake, a small tear shaped diamond, that his mother kept for good luck.

I'm not exactly new, but I haven't RPed in AGES. So I guess I could give this a go...

Name: Alix Renville

Age: 14

Status: Trainer

Apperance: Alix is 5'6". She has brown, shoulder-length hair and deep, dark brown eyes. She wears a pinkish-red shirt, and khaki trousers. She wears a red bandana, red running shoes with white detail and a small, silver chain necklace which has a small, flat pendant shaped like a Pokeball. Slung over her shoulders is her brown-colour bag, with a Pokeball-shaped emblem on the front. Her bag carries all, or most, of the items she needs, such as her Pokeballs.

Personality: Alix is very tomboyish and isn't afraid to show it. She never wears a skirt, or a dress as she finds them too 'girly'. Although on the outside, she tries to be 'tough' on everyone, deep inside she truly cares about everyone's safety. She is not afraid to risk it all for a friend, or a loved one. She also truly cares about her Pokemon, as she tries to take care of them the best she could.

History: Alix grew up in the region of Kanto, more specifically in Pewter city. She had always wanted to become a great Pokemon trainer, just like her older brother was. At the young age of 9, she recieved her first Pokemon, Magikarp, from her brother. She was laughed at by everyone else, calling her 'fish girl', or 'floppy'. Then she trained her Magikarp hard, until she managed to capture a Pidgey with Magikarp. Eventually, she even won her first badge with two Pokemon. When her brother left to study to become a Pokemon Breeder, he gave her a Dratini and a Growlithe. She swore that by the time he gets back, she would have all the Gym Badges.
However, before she could do so, Team Universe attacked Pewter City. She tried her best to fend them off, with Magikarp evolving into Gyarados to help out. But before she knew it, she was on the back of her Gyarados, heading towards Sun Island.

Pokemon: Gyarados, Pidgeotto, Growlithe, Dratini

Other Interesting Facts: Even though it was her Gyarados who saved her life, he never listens to Alix. On the other hand, Growlithe is very loyal to her, always trying his best to help Alix out. Growlithe and Gyarados dislike each other, and their fights always end with Growlithe being drenched in water, or Gyarados biten on his tail.

Name: Kerhra Vo Shau [ker-ra voe sha-ow]
Age: 26
Status: trainer
Apperance: 5.8 foot tall, straight shiny black hair down to hips, she wears a dark red, black and white kimono, has somewhat narrow dark brown eyes, a thin short nose, narrow shoulders, generally slim build.
Personality: she has a dislike for fighting, she doesn't talk much, just observes and takes mental note of everything she sees. very calm but far from lazy, if there's something to do she'll go do it without (much) hesitation.
History: born on fire island, her parents died when the volcano errupted; 18 at the time, she has lived alone in a small house halfway up mt.night ever since. other than this her life has been lonesome and quiet.
Pokemon: her only pokemon is a dragonair called dressy that she recieved as a dratini from her grandmother when she was 5. he has a mild temperment but is very protective of his friends.
Other Interesting Facts: has a large collection of glass flutes, some made by her mother but most by herself.

Maddy walked down the street of Clear Island, her home land, with her pokemon. They were all playing "Hide and Go Seek" in the street, but their hiding places were quickly found, as Maddy was moving and they had to keep up.
"Trraapp!" Charlie called out to Buddy, as he had strayed too far back.
"Char! Char!" Buddy ran towards Charlie and tried to tackle him. Charlie had such good defence, that Buddy ended up smashing into him, and falling over.
"Chaarr..." called a dazed Buddy out to Maddy.
"I'm out here! We just need to go to the PokeCentre.
It seemed deserted.
'Where is everyone?' Maddy thought
"Eevee..." Eve muttered down beside her.
"Hrmm... maybe we should check the town square?"
"Eve!" Eve nodded in approval.
Maddy started walking down towards Sun Island, the middle of the Elemental Islands and where the town square was. Sun Island was probably the most packed island of them all. She went towards it and found out where everyone was. It was packed and she couldn't see anything around them.
"Bbbrrr," said a small chirp from her backpack
"Hmm, good idea. You fly up and see whats going on!"
Arctic the baby Articuno nodded and flew up towards he sky. She landed in a tree and gasped at what was in the center. She flew back down to Maddy and tried to tell her using body language. Maddy finally got the point.
"A talking Pokemon!?"

[Ullion]

"Duskull, use night shade!" i yelled as Duskull attacked another trainer's pikachu. The pikachu couldn't avoid the attacxk, mainly because it was nearly impossible to avoid. The pikachu had quickly recovered though, and use thundershock right back at my duskull. "Duskull, move to the left, then use lick!" Duskull faded off and was seen off to the elft of where the thundershock went, a big miss on Pikachu's part. Pikachu was now injured and i ahd a much bigger advantage, "Duskull now, powder snow!" i taught my Duskull that because i had seen a TM on it, i never knew it was a TM, but it was right there, so i decided to use it on Duskull. The powder snow technique was a direct hit, not critical, but direct. "Now duskull, finish it off with your last night shade!" After that, the pikachu was definately fainted, thatw as the end of the match, i ahd defeated the other trainewr's 3 pokemon when i was just using duskull, "too easy" i thought. I walked off in the direction of Sun Island, knowing something awfully awkward was going on, i wasn't sure, it was mainly just a feeling i had.

Alix sat by the sea shore on Sun Island, her new home. She looked out, far into the distant horizon. I wonder if he made it out... She thought to herself. She closed her eyes, and listened to the waves crash against the sand. She looked to her side. Growlithe and Dratini were playing the sand. She smiled, and stood up. "Alright you guys, time to go back now." Alix said, walking towards the center of the island. Growlithe and Dratini moaned, but followed her. Alix turned back, and picked up Dratini, once again staring into the horizon. Her grip on Dratini became tighter. The little dragon Pokemon tried to wriggle it's way out of Alix's gripped. "Oh, I'm sorry Dratini. I didn't mean to" Alix said as she relieved her tight grip on Dratini. She sighed, and walked on.

Alix walked towards the center of the island, with Dratini in her arms and Growlithe following her behind, when all of a sudden, Growlithe started barking. Alix looked down at her little canine Pokemon and asked, "What's wrong?" Growlithe quickly ran in circles around Alix, then ran off, barking madly. Alix tried to run after him, but he was gone before she knew it. What the...? She fished a Pokeball out of her bag, throwing it into the air. "Pidgeotto! Look for Growlithe!" The bird Pokemon nodded, then seached the skies for her lost Pokemon.

Maddy tried to look around the people, but it was no use, there were just too many!
"Arctic, if you were bigger..."
The bird pokemon looked down sadly and jumped bakc in her bag
"Arctic! I didn't mean that!"
Suddenly, Maddy heard barking and saw the dog Pokemon, Growlithe runing around behind her.
"Oh hello? Who might you be?"Maddy said in a kind voice.
She heard a shreik from above and saw a Pidgeotto circling, it seemed to be looking for something.
Maddy looked around and saw a trainer, searching for something.
She walked up to the trainer and said "are you looking for something?"

Age: 13
Status: Trainer, Legendary Hunter (He doesnt really hunt them, he tries to find and witness them)
Apperance: 5' 1'', Very Skinny, Black Hair

Personality: Sometimes happy-go-lucky, sometimes not, very caring for his friends with a strong sense of justice.
History: Earlier in his life, he rescued a Latias from the pre-universe Team Rocket. As a token of her gratitude, she gave him an egg which hatched into the Latias he has today.
Pokemon: Baby Latias, Skarmory, who seems to be a faint, crystal colored blue
Other Interesting Facts: He carries around an old pocketwatch handed down by his father and grandfather. To this day he is still searching for the Latias that he rescued, since his baby one never saw her, and also he wants to thank her for the baby.

"Oh, no!", Jett said to Latias, who was floating contently by him at the ice cream parlor, "we're gonna be late!"
"Laiiii?", she quietly trilled.
"I'm sorry, we can get more ice cream later. We have to leave!"
Latias looked sadly at the half-eaten bowl of ice cream, but obeyed. Jett left the tip on the table and sprinted toward the pier, with Latias flying by him. "Don't worry, there'll be loads of stuff to do at Sun Island! I hear they have a trainer meet there, you'll have fun!"
Latias smiled and followed Jett onto the ferry.
The sun was setting beautifully on the distant sea as he stood by the upper deck's railing.
"Yeah, Latias. I know you will!"
She just purred tiredly as she drifted off to sleep at his feet.

[Cassino]

Kerhra peered into her refridgerator for a few seconds, then slammed it shut, rolled her eyes and thought "I'll have to go to sun island again". Then she went outside and started down the path of Mt.Night.
"Oh yes." she said quietly, tossed a pokeball over her shoulder and out came Dressy the Dragonair. "Now you keep the house safe" she smiled at Dressy then continued down the slope; when she noticed a pidgey in the distance flying in a pattern as though searching for something. Kerhra watched it for a few seconds then walked onwards to the ferry dock.

After arriving at Sun Island, Kerhra noticed it was a busy day, sighed, walked almost at a run into the town square. She looked up and saw the pidgey again. Having much time on her hands she followed it, until she came to two young trainers. and said in her usual quiet voice "oh so this pidgey is one of yours?"

Alix looked at the other trainer, exhausted after following Pidgeotto. She answered, "Yeah, I'm looking for my--" Alix quickly noticed Growlithe, who was behind the other trainer, panting, running away again. "GROWLITHE!!" Alix shouted, as she chased after her canine Pokemon. She turned around to the other trainer, and said, "Sorry, I gotta go, cya!" as she dashed off to follow Growlithe. In her rush, Alix bumped into another trainer. She quickly said, "Sorry, gotta go!" still running after Growlithe.

Finally, Growlithe stopped running, and stopped in the middle of a path, panting heavily. Alix finally caught up with the canine Pokemon. She held out Growlithe's Pokeball, saying, "What is wrong with you, Growlithe...?" and a flash of red light, the Pokemon disappeared.

Rain sits in the lotus position, on the coast of Fire Island. Her Horsea and Feebas are playing in the water, while her Trapinch and Torchic are playing in the sand. Her Bagon is resting on her shoulder, Rain smiles lightly, and pets the small dragon. I really wish I could say that life has been easy for me since I left Kanto, but I dunno, she thinks, and smiles as she watches her water pokemon play a game of water tag. These islands are beautiful, I kinda wish my parents where still alive to enjoy this with me, oh well, at least I have my Pokemon, they're my only friends now.

"uhh okay! bye!" Maddy waved with an empty look
"Eevee?" Eve looked puzzled.
"I know about the same amount, Eve," Maddy sighed.
Then suddenly, out of the blue.
"Drrraaa!"

"Shh!" She returned all of her pokemon, except the ones that hated being in the pokeball, Arctic & Eve.
They continued to shreik, and were attracting attention.
"You're about as bonkers as that Growlithe, " Maddy was completely bewilded.
A talking pokemon, a over energetic Growlithe and now shreiking? Something was going on, and something strange.
She turned and almost bumped into a black hair. She went to shake hands and say, "Hey, I'm Maddy!" but a ferry came into the dock, and a boy with a latias came out.
"Hm? Another Rare Pokemon?"

Kerhra had a mildly shocked look on her face, but said nothing. Her attention quickly moved to the Latias. And she said under her breath "where'd he get something like that..." Kerhra's expression was of slight confusion now. She back went to her normal shopping routine.

Maddy was completely confused. Everyone was leaving her so soon. It was getting kind of, annoying. Nether-the-less, she had to walk away from the centre, so that her pokemon wouldn't attract so much attention.
"Hmm... Well, good-bye," she said to the woman.
She shrieking continued.
"EVE! ARCTIC! SHUT UP!!" Maddy bellowed.
They shut up instantly, and were scared to make anymore noise.
"Thank-YoU! Geeezz..." Maddy fumed.
She went back towards the Centre, some people had moved back and were talking amongst themselves.
"Hey, umm, what's with all the people?" Maddy tapped the back of a stranger, and she spoke very nervously.
"Hmm? Oh, there's a talking pokemon! a Raichu, to be precise in the square, about a 'Team Universe' and some Wallace guy," the stranger answered, and turned back to talk.
'Wallace?!' Maddy's thought's went wild. She just HAD to see this pokemon.
She rushed to the middle of the town square and saw teh Raichu talking.
She listened for a while, and caught "Wallace" and "Team Universe" and "Selling"
"Wallace?! Who's Wallace?!"
Everyone went silent. Maddy looked around and saw a trainer with a yellow shirt and a black lightning bolt symbol on his shirt heading towards The Town Square.
"Wallace," said the pokemon. "Was teh pokemon league champion, and now the world's deadliest enemy"

Alix gave a sigh of relief. She held out Pidgeotto's Pokeball. "Good job, Pidgeotto," she said, and the Pokemon disappeared into the Pokeball. She turned back, walking to the other trainer she first met, standing a few feet behind her. "I'm sorry about what happened before. Something just went wrong with my Growlithe, so I had to... Anyway, my name's Alix." Dratini squealed and tried to hide inside Alix's bag. "What's wrong, Dratini?" The little dragon Pokemon pointed it's tail towards the middle of town square.

Alix quickly noticed the talking Raichu, which seemed to have captivated the attention of some other people as there was a crowd around the electric Pokemon. Alix was confused. She heard it say something about 'Team Universe'. What was this strange Pokemon talking about?

IC: When i arrived at Sun Island, i heard some commotion at the square, so I headed off towards it. My mareep was walking along by my side, adn duskull was hovering/resting on my shoulders. I had noticed another trainer, he was staring right at me, i ehaded off towards him, thats when i had heard "Was teh pokemon league champion, and now the world's deadliest enemy", wait a second... that didn't sound like a human speeking, i had jumped up real high, adn noticed i raichu speaking, "Awkward." i ahd pushed that to the abck of my mind, adn headed off to see the trainer, i say he had a baby articuno and a eevee, both being real quiet, they ahd seemed to bee scared to even make a nosie. I was really confused, so i ahd to walk up, and i said "Hey, umm so what exaclty is goin' on here?".

The Raichu chuckled.
"It seems that we have some curious trainers."
Maddy was confused and looked back at the 2 trainers, Alix and the new one.
"Eevee," Eevee moaned.
Maddy said "shh" quietly.
"Very well, I come from Kanto, a land far away from here. Team Universe, a new team lead by Wallace, have started turning people into pokemon. It was strange, and awkward, this machine, but it worked, and unfortuatly, i was caught in it. I migrated to here, to be safe. It seems the machine wears off, but they have started attacking the Seveii Islands, and are heading here, we must be careful!"

"You said Wallace, right? THE Wallace?" Maddy was trembling.
"That's right..." Raichu sighed.
"My dad......" Maddy muttered, so that only the 2 trainers could hear her.

"WHAT!?!" Alix shouted after hearing the girl mutter. She whispered angrily, "You mean the man behind all this... The reason I won't get to see my brother again is because of your dad?!" Alix was swelling in anger. Even after all the time she has spent in the Seveii Islands, she could not forget about her brother, the very person who gave Alix her first Pokemon, the very person she looked up to, the very person who aspired her to become a Pokemon trainer. And now, because of Wallace, her brother was gone.

Alix sighed. "I'm sorry... It's just, I miss him so much..." she said to the girl, changing her tone completely. Sadness overwhelmed her. No... I can't think of him. Not now. Not infront of everyone. I'm strong. I can't break down now. I won't break down.

You dad all of this? wow, some ad eh? I thought. I ahd kept my cool, i ahd seen the girl next to the other trainer starting to yell, then quickly contained herself as well. "Well, umm guys, ncie to meet you" i asid half-sarcastically. "Maybe we should ditch this palce and actually look around more, maybe we could, oh i don't kniow, train together? Oh yes, adn get to know each other, that sounds soo fun to me." i said calmly, bu the last part i sadi with great sarcasm. I felt in the sarcastic mood because i was getting bored, and everyone else was being a little too serious. I had started to walk the other way, i was starting to head back to my island, hoping i can actually find a trainer that might stand a chance. It was that or train my pokemon more.

"Huh?"
Alix snapped out of her trance, and quickly broke into fake laughter. What in the world am I laughing about... She quickly stopped, and stared at her feet. Dratini squealed, and wriggled its way into Alix's arms. She didn't know what to do. She just stood there, staring down, holding Dratini tightly in her arms. Her face showed a slight frown.

Dratini nudged Alix on her shoulder. It squealed gleefully while wriggling happily around her arms, hoping it would somehow cheer Alix out. She smiled.
"Heh...You're right. I shouldn't let something like that get to me. Let's go back to the hotel." Dratini let out a squeal, as Alix walked away from the crowd, back towards the hotel in Sun Island.

Jett walked off the pier to see a large crowd filtering out of the main square. What's going on?, he thought to himself. Latias gave a short purr and looked confusedly around. Several nurse Joys and some officer Jennys came by to care for the Raichu and find some means to reverse the transformation. Two trainers caught his eye and so he quickly ran up to meet them.
"Hey guys, what's your names? I'm Jett ...And uhh, what was the big crowd about?"
"I'm Maddy", one girl sighed.
"And I'm Ace.", the boy said without any particular expression.
"We just walked away from a Raichu", Maddy said, "who was transformed from a human", Jett's eyebrow raised in shock, "because of my dad."
"What?! When was this?", Jett gasped.

So the trainers walked down the alleyway as the sun set on Sun Island...

Nicolas walks to the ferry service to go to clear island to buy/sell some things at the pokemart. " Good thing We found this here stardust, right Totodile?" "Totodile!" It responds with much enthusiasm. After waiting for about a half an hour the ferryman hollars "All aboard for clear island" "Alright, Totodile, let's get a move on!" Says nicolas, as they approach the ferry. After arriving at clear island, Nicolas and his Totodile made their way to the pokemart, but were stopped by a passerby, frantically saying "The end is near, the end is near! Run!!!" Nicolas and Totodile look at each other, with really confused looks on their faces. Nicolas asks another person about what the other man had just said, and he replied " There's a team called team universe, and they plot to wipe everyone out or something, I really wasn't paying much attention." "Ooookay" replied Nicolas, wiht a sarcastic tone. "Let's find that Pokemart now, Totodile." "Toto!" Replied Totodile cherrfully.

Kerhra had stuck around at a market stall near the crowd to listen to the talking Raichu. She watched maddy leave the crowd, then the man selling berries broke her idle staring by angrily saying "hey lady you gonna buy anythin'? i got customers waitin'!"

A few minutes later she was walking along the path to the ferry again, with a basket full of oran berries...

"How 'bout you, Ace? Got any ideas after we go see about Alix?"

I turned around, and sighed. I was just asked to help find a person who ahd just left, mainly because they were upset, or so i had thought. Maybe she was tired? Anyways, i sighed again and said "She might want to be left alone right now, but if you want to stay with her, then go ahead and follow her, as for me, I'm not really hungry right now, nor do i really care for following her, sorry for being so insensitive, but i really just want to go back to my training, you guys are welcome to join me, if you want. I turned around again and walked to the bridge that connected my home isladn and sun island.

I stood on the ferry that boarded Clear Island fifteen minutes later.I looked at Burster and my Moltra playing tag around the deck so I told them , "It's time to get off now!" They stopped and gave a slight smile of excitement."Eevee , Eevee , eeev! (Yay we're there!)" the eevee said.
"Gyaaooo!(Wooohoo!)" Moltra screeched.
*ten minutes later*
I had walked past a restaraunt where two people were about to battle. When I did I bumped into a kid with pale skin and blonde hair, he was just 1 inch higher than me and had a yellow shirt with a lightning symbol on it. He looked like he was a tough trainer so I decided to challenge him."Hey! You wanna battle?"

Alix went up to her room in the hotel, sitting on the bed, with Dratini lying down, seemingly asleep, on her lap. I'm thinking too much... I need to loosten up, she thought to herself. She patted Dratini. It's eyes shot open, and it gave a big yawn. Then, out of the silence, Alix's stomach grumbled. The sound seemed to echo on forever.
"I'm hungry, we should go and eat!" Dratini nodded in agreement.
Alix picked up the tiny dragon Pokemon, and went out of the hotel to get some lunch. Then she noticed two trainers, seemingly ready for battle. A Latias stood by one side, and a baby Articuno on the other. This looks interesting...
"Hey!" Alix shouted to the other trainers. "Mind if I watch?"

Isagi's PokeCraft was flashing. Another trainer was nearby. Isagi searched the island trying to find the trainer. The PokeCraft was saying the trainer was on a raised platform. He saw her. Sat on a rock watching a battle. He strode towards the trainer.
"Hi, I'm Isagi... What's Your Name" questioned Isagi.

He got caught in a fight. A Baby Metang, He Fought Hard And Had 3 HP Left. POKEBALL. Isagi Had Caught The Baby Metang.

The trainer said he wasn't in the mood. I felt doubtful right there that I would have any fun in the next ten minutes,until he asked me if I wanted to train.
he saw a magnemite and his Duskull easily defeated it.Right after that I answered,"Hmmmmm...Sure! I train all the time , but I gotta catch up on it!"
I saw a Pichu , a male maybe and its black marks on its ears look like hearts.Seemed pretty tough to me."My turn now!Go, Burster!" My pokeball went flying and out came my fellow eevee."Eevee eev! (alright a battle!)"The pokemon squealed.
"Burster use shadow ball on that pichu!" "Eevee eeeeev!(Shadow baallll!)" The ball of darkness was hurled at the pichu and was hit right on the spot. I ordered it to use quick attack but pichu used volt tackle. "Volt tackle!? I thought. I told burster to use its shadow ball/quick attack combo.It charged up another shadow ball and was ready to attack. With the shadow ball in front of Burster and its speed with quick attack , it combined with the shadow ball and rammed the pichu about 10 feet away.I called that combo the shadow tackle combo.The pichu fainted right there on the spot and then I said, "How do you like that?"

Alright! The battle's starting... Nothing made Alix happier than watching a Pokemon battle. One of the trainers released a Skarmory into the field. The baby Articuno blew up a gust-like blizzard. Alix shivered. She never really liked the cold. Dratini curled up into ball, trying to shield itself from the cold. Alix smiled, hugging the little dragon Pokemon. It squealed in joy. It seemed to like being hugged.
I wonder who's gonna win... That Articuno seems to be quite strong. Alix thought to herself.

I looked around for watching trainers. Their were a few younger ones, and a few old people but they all looked entirely facinated, like they had never seen a battle before
'Stupid newbies' i thought with a smile.
I looked up towards the hotels, and i saw a familar face. Alix, the girl i bumped into before. I gave a short wave, but crossed my arms, to keep warm.
"I am such a fool to use that move," i said to myself, still shivering with cold.

"You can do it!" Alix shouted. She smiled, and what a smile it was. It even seemed to make Dratini happier. However, Dratini began shivering furiously. Alix worriedly looked down. She kept the dragon Pokemon as close to her as possible, trying to give it warmth. But it wasn't working. Then an idea struck Alix's head. She quickly fished a Pokeball out of her pocket, and tossed it into the air.
"Go, Growlithe!" The orange and black Pokemon barked happily.
"Use Ember. Try to keep Dratini warm." Alix commanded. The canine Pokemon obediently followed, spitting out one tiny spark of fire, which landed a meter away from Alix. Dratini squealed, and crawled it's way nearer to the flame.

I felt a gust of warmth and I looked back at Alix. She was smiling at me, and cheering at me.
'Haha! Cheering for me!' I thought.
Bu could she be cheering for Jett? The idea made the cold go up me more. I needed the cold to win, but it was getting a little extreme. I saw Alix release a Growlithe, the one from before. It made a fire and i realised i had a fire pokemon!!
As I waited for Jett to attack, i quickly realeased my Charmander to keep mr warm. The tail on his flame was quite large. It warmed me a bit, and Eve a little. I tossed a loose bit of wood i had, the fire from Buddy's tail lit it, and i was back to normal, no cloud of cold to distract me from battle!

I looked back at Alix and smiled a big smile. And just to make her a little warmer, to show a bit of friend ship, Buddy released a huge firespin! It reached the top Alix's 2 story hotel, and it was awesome!
'Maybe i should use Charmander next in battle....'

Kerhra didn't notice the cold as much as everyone else, she was used to the cold from living on Mt.Night, and had her kimono on. She'd become as involved in the battle as everyone else, got off the rock and moved to the front of the crowd.

Age: ??? (appears to be about 11)

Status: Human pokemon friend

Apperance: Kid is average height for an eleven-year-old. He has platinum blonde hair and is naturally dark skinned (tanned). He has blue eyes. His clothes patterns have symbols and display the culture of Shamouti Island (known for their Lugia ties). He wears clothes similar to a mix of their traditional island culture and the modern look. He is almost always barefoot.

Personality: Kid is funny, he laughs a lot, and he always likes to be friendly with everyone. He loves nature and hates anyone who opposes the natural ways, who can't learn from their mistakes. He sometimes gets mad and can have explosive power, but he is usually strictly against fighting.

Hitsory: Although no one knows it (including Kid) he has been reincarnated from a former life when he was a Pokemon trainer. Born in Johto, he had been isolated, quiet, and held a very big secret- he had psychic powers. But something went horribly wrong (he accidentally killed his family and Pokemon), and after befriending the legendary Pokemon Lugia, he was killed by the old Team Rocket leader, Giovanni, in a climactic battle. Then he was reborn by Ho-Oh with no memories of his prior life. Kid is an orphan, but that never seems to bother him. Kid has valuable information about Pokemon from his prior life. His destiny is to defeat Giovanni and fix the inbalance in the world caused by Team Universe.

Pokemon: Baby Lugia (not in a Pokeball). The mother Lugia that changed Kid's previous life had given birth to this baby Lugia, and it has been Kid's best friend ever since. He doesn't know it, but the psychic powers he had before are being inhibited by the baby Lugia's powers. If the two are seperated for too long, Kid's powers will explode, seriously hurting himself, and anyone or anything in the area. Although it appears young, like Kid, it is just as old as he is. It seems that the powers that cancel each other out have also slowed physical growth in both of them. Normally, Kid's powers are very weak and so are Lugia's due to the effort they constantly have against each other. Despite that, the two are best friends and always do everything together.

Other Intersting Facts: Kid is a vegetarian. He can't seem to swallow any type of meat other than fish. Milk, eggs and the like don't seem to bother him. He acts like a kid but really he is much wiser and older than he thinks. Because of his previous life expereinces, he commonly has violent nightmares that make him sweat and sometimes vomit afterward. It's noted that his Lugia also does this also, at the same times Kid does. He is called Kid because he wasn't "born", so he has no real name.

Island: Water Island (has lived there for a little while, having taken a boat over from the Orange Islands.)


Don't worry- I'm not making Kid a super-powerful character in the RP. Actually, I was gonna reveal the whole history through the RP, but I just wrote all of it down there. He is not super-powerful. He is strange, he is cool, he is original. The Lugia is not any kind of legendary pokemon, either. It is simply a child of another, more inportant Lugia. I saw one episode where there was a Lugia mother and child. I thought that was cool, so I added that here. I know my character is a little off and a little deep, but he was made in no way better than anyone else. Actually, his Lugia only knows 2 moves- Calm Mind and Gust (Calm Mind is pretty advanced because of the purpose of defending Kid from himself.). Also, if anyone here has read or seen Love Hina, I kinda based Kid on Kaolla Su, the foreign girl. She has a cool background, and a deep character in her, too. Just FYI. I hope I'm still allowed to join. I'm actually excited to start RPing again (I've only RP'd once before...).

Muddy the mudkip: AJs first pokemon, he and muddy share a special bond and are the best of freinds. muddy has a srcastic attitude and loves to pull pranks.

Pika the pikachu: AJs second pokemon and most active, this pikachu likes to play around and mess with muddy.

Feather the dratini: AJs Third pokemon, she doesnt like to be told what to do and is super sassy.

Star the espeon: AJ's Fourth pokemon, she is the tatic force of the team and makes most of the battle plans

Shadow the umbreon: AJ's fifth pokemon and stars younger brother, he can be a little to seirious at times and thinks he is top dog.

Manaphy: AJ found this pokemon while it was still in egg, he saved the egg from team rocket and nursed the egg until it hatched, manaphy is still a baby and is timid

Nicolas goes to the pokemart to cash in his finding. "Whaddya want?!" the store clerk answerd rudely. "Well" started Nicolas "My good pal Totodile and I were on the beach in Water Island, and we found this here stardust" Nicolas put the stardust on the table "and were hoping to sell it." The store clerk smirked at him, looked at the stardust, then smirked at Nicolas again. "5000 poke" the clerk replied. "What?!" replied Nicolas withed a shocked expression. "You heard me!" replied the clerk, "now either sell me the stupid stardust, or get the heck out, I'm very busy! "Ok, ok" Replied Nicolas passively. After leaving, Nicolas saw two pokemon trainers having a battle. One trainer had a growlithe, and the other had a charmander (OOC: you can tell where this is going, can't you) IC: Nicolas turned to Totodile and Said " Looks cool, huh? Wanna go check it out?" "TOTODILE!" Shouted Totodile. So Nicolas and totodile walked to the battle spot to watch the cool looking battle.

He shook off the minor damage, and shot forth a silvery beam from his beak aimed directly at Arctic.
"Ok, fly high into the sky!"

Arctic flew up, and followed Skarmory. They flew into the clouds.
"i can't see them!" i shouted to Jett. "Can you?"

Kerhra didn't watch the two bird pokemon fly up into the sky, instead her eyes remained focused upon Maddy and Jett. Then she went to the back of the crowd and sat on the ground, her hair over her face and her basket in her lap.

Isagi saw a crowd but was dazzled by the two beasts flying. He got dazed and just walked straight through the crowd. He didnt know what had hit him after he had fallen face flat on the floor after tripping up on a small stone. He rolled past a girl and then just lay there watching the clouds go buy with a sharp pain in his head.

OOC: Cool, thanks for letting me join!

IC: Kid, having just packed up his things, was en route to Sun Island, to do some exploring. There was a ship heading out that way, so he and Lugia decided to go!

Kid "Wow! There it is, Lugia. Sun Island. It looks beautiful."
Lugia chirped in agreement.
"We've lived around islands our whole lives, huh, but I still can't believe the beauty of this place and these islands!"
They got off the ferry and, Lugia on Kid's shoulder, walked towards the city.

Almost immediately, Kid noticed that there was a Raichu talking to some people in the town square. Wait a minute- TALKING?! He listened intently, and learned some information about this newly-formed Team Universe.
Kid "What's Team Universe" he asked the Raichu.
Raichu "It's a deadly combination of Teams Magma, Aqua, and Rocket. It's lead by the ex-Champ Wallace and the admins are Maxie, Archie, and Giovianni."
Kid's heartbeat sped up. He and Lugia looked at each other, both knowing what the other was thinking. Giovanni!

Even though Kid doesn't remember his parents, or his early childhood at all, he does have nightmares, and in these nightmares he is almost always presented with the same problem. A man shrouded in shadow stands before him. He knows that this man is Giovannim leader of Team Rocket. Kid is alone, he seems somehow different, and his Lugia is nowhere to be found. He has strong Pokemon, and he battles Giovanni. But no matter what he does, Giovanni simply shrugs it off and sends a super-strong attack his way. Then, a voice echoes around him. He can't remember what is says, but he then feels extreme sadness, and he cries. He never remembers why he cries, but he knows that the horrible feeling is his fault. Then, Giovanni sends a final attack on Kid, having fainted al of his Pokemon. Then there is blackness. The voice echoes once again. Then he wakes up.

Kid (thinking) "Giovanni. I must find him. I have to find out more about the things I can't remember. I know I have to."
Lugia turns around and faces Kid. Kid notices and says "It's ok, Lugia. We'll be ok."
Kid then turns to face Raichu.
"What else do you know?"
Raichu then explains that he is actually a human turned into a Pokemon by Team Universe. He then tells of Team Universe's evil intentions.
Raichu" A group of trainers were here earlier. They might be able to help you. I can see you're new to this place" he said, eyeing Kid's strange clothes and Lugia.
Kid "Thanks. C'mon, Lugia. Let's see what these other trainers are doing."

[Ratiasu-kun]

"No! I can't", Jett answered to Maddy across the courtyard. "But I have an idea", he muttered to himself with a smirk.
Taking advantade of both trainers' inability to see the pokemon, he cried, "Skarmory, use Aeiral Ace!", In a flash, Skarmory, ascended even higher and then, quicker than a blink of an eye, he dove down again and struck Arctic sharply with his beak.
She was plummeting toward the ground with ever-increasing speed, while Skarmory followed behind, ready to follow up.

[Minku.]

Maddy watched in horror as she saw her pokemon fall.
She thought quickly, and attack that might knock Skarmory out, as Arctic and Skarmory were weak and nearly out or HP (accourding to her Pokdex..)
Maddy thought of a attack. It was a really strong attack, and she didn't know if Arctic knew it or not. And it had a really, really low chance of hitting, but a one-hit KO against a flying type (since Ice was its weakness).
"ARCTIC!! USE SHEER COLD!!"
I braced myself against Buddy, his warmth might shield me.
I looked back at the scene.
Arctic fainted, she out of energy, and Skarmory had fainted too. The attack had hit him pretty bad. You could see the freeze mark on it's chest.
I ran over to Arctic, and held her in my arms. She was hurt really bad.
"I'm so sorry Jett, I didn't mean it to get so bad. I...I forfit..."
I returned my pokemon, but Arctic in my backpack, and I ran.
I ran to Moon Island. I ran to the top of Mt. Night. The top was always dark, so it was a perfect place to cry.
I cried my eyes out until I was thirsty. Eevee was nudging me and Arctic was trying to make me happy... but it didn't work
Then i felt lonely..
"I hope *snifff* maybe someone might come up here... I hope"

Alix watched as the battle came to an end. Both Pokemon were plummeting down to the ground. Maddy ran towards her fainted Pokemon, put the baby Articuno safely in her backpack, and ran away, seemingly towards Moon Island. I wonder why she's going there... Alix stood up, as if to follow. Both Growlithe and Dratini started going after Maddy, but Alix sharply said, "Don't. Just let her go."
The two Pokemon nodded obediently. "C'mon, let's go to the beach!" Both of the Pokemon smiled. Alix picked up Dratini, as they walked off towards the beach on Sun Island.

Rain had traveled to Moon Island, and notices Maddy running up towards Mt. Night. She looks at Ruby, who is resting on her shoulder while Serena is wrapped around her neck, not very tightly, but still.I wonder what that was about, she thinks, and heads up towards the top of Mt. Night, she can't help but think she hears crying. "Hello?"

While sitting on the ground, Kerhra thought about her childhood, she often did this. She heard Maddy running and looked up, Kerhra instantly realised where Maddy was headed. So she got up and followed Maddy at a walking pace.

Halfway up Mt.Night Kerhra noticed another person she'd not seen before, and started to follow her.

I dug my head into my arms. Articuno was a legendary. I shouldnt use her for friendly battles. Not ever, not again. Arctic knew what I was thinking. She sadly pushed into my backpack.
"Hello?"
I looked up. A girl was standing above me, with really long white hair. And another girl was behind her. Kehra, the one i met before. I smiled a sad smile and said "hello" with a gurgle.
"What are you two doing here?"

Isagi ran at alarming pace toward Mt. Night. He was being chased by a wild Pidgeotto. Pidgeotto saw Mt. Night looming in the distance and fled suddenly as if something scared it.
"Hmm... 'Cos thats normal" Isagi thought.
Isagi lowered his pace and walked toward Mt. Night. He had once been told by his mother that there was a secret at the top of Mt. Night.

After he had climbed a few metres he noticed 3 people just standing talking. Isagi decided to go and have a chat.
"Hi. I remember you... You're Kehra aren't you. Who are your friends??" Isagi asked

After running out to the beach of Sun Island, Kid and Lugia looked around, but no one was in sight. Sighing, Kid made up his mind. "We're going to explore all of these islands, Lugia. We'll learn everything there is to know about them, and maybe we'll befriend some Pokemon. Doesn't that sound fun?" Lugia seemed to smile when Kid said this, and so the two of them set off for the nearest island, Moon Island. "This should be exciting. We came out here to start our journey, didn't we?" Lugia chirps happily. "Yeah, I'm itching for a battle too, buddy. Maybe we'll bump into those trainers on our journey." Kid said as they came upon Moon Island.

"I was just passing through, and I thought I heard crying," Rain says, and offers a handshake. "I'm Rain Skylark," she says, introducing herself with a small smile. Something's deffinately up with this girl, I might as well try to be polite, she thinks.

"Wait ... stop!", Jett cried, but it was too late. Maddy had run off to Moon Island. Then he looked down at his half frozen Skarmory and said, "Don't worry, you'll be all right.", and recalled him into his pokeball, "I hope Maddy's alright.", he said to Latias, who just nodded assent, "C'mon!"
Jett sprinted off to Mt. Night. This is all my fault, he thought as he ran. Upon reaching the top, he saw three other trainers already there trying to comfort her.
"Maddy?", he said, "I... I'm", he fumbled for words, "I'm sorr-", but Latias shot forward in front of him almost face-to-face with Maddy, with a cute, almost tearful look in her eyes. Oh yeah, he thought, Latias can sense emotions.
Latias trilled almost inaudibly in front of her, "Lai?"

[Minku.]

"Umm, thanks guyss..."
I didn't want to be comforted this much, but it felt good. Well, sorta good. I had still half frozen Jett's Skarmory, and I didn't think Jett was too happy about it. I put my head back into my hands. A tear fell down my face. I looked at Jett, and instead I saw a Latias. I smiled and gave it a hug, but i didn't care if Jett didn't like it. I smiled and said
"thanks guys...."
I smiled and remembered.
"Jett, I owe you a lunch!"

[Shiranui]

Plop. Plop. Plop.
Alix was sitting on the sandy shores of Sun Island, throwing rocks at the sea. The sound of the rocks coming into contact with the sea seemed to sound louder than the waves crashing against the shore. A few feet away, Growlithe was playing with Dratini, burying the little Dragon Pokemon under the sand. Alix pulled out two Pokeballs, looking at them carefully. "I guess everyone else deserves a break from their Pokeballs too... Come out, Pidgeotto, Gyarados!" she said, tossing out the two Pokeballs in her hand, one into the water, the other into the sky.

From the flash of light appeard the two Pokemon. Pidgeotto gave a great, loud shriek, while Gyarados swam out of the water, curled itself into a ball on the shore, and seemingly went off to sleep. Alix sighed. Will Gyarados ever change? The great, blue serpentine Pokemon yawned loudly. It almost sounded like a roar.

[Cassino]

"You need not worry about hurting your opponent's skarmory, it doesn't look too bad." After saying this, Kerhra looked up and saw some smoke that was rising from her house's chimeny. Having realised how close everyone was to her house, her tone got more angry "But why did you come up here? My house is closeby, and it's not very nice up here more often than not."
Not being particularly used to people, Kerhra didn't like anyone coming up Mt.Night

[Dsaerno]

Kid and Lugia finally arrived on Moon Island.
"Wow. This island's very pretty, too." Kid noted.
As they walked off the ferry, a Ralts appeared in front of them, looking scared. Then a Houndour busted out from behind some bushes and started growling at the Ralts. It lunged straight for the tiny Pokemon.
"Hey!" Kid shouted.
But it was too late. The Houndour had already tackled Ralts, an it was hurt pretty bad. This Houndour seemed to be a significantly higher level than Ralts.
As Ralts rolled over and got up slowly, Houndour tilted it's head back and Howled in a eerie tone that seemed to make it even more powerful. Oh, no. It's going to finish the job! I have to do something!
"Lugia, go! Stop the Houndour!"
Lugia leapt off Kid's shoulder and swooped down right across Houndour's face. This surprised it enough to make it forget about Ralts for a second.
It growled as Lugia came around for it's attack.
"Gust!"
Lugia halted mid-air and flapped it's wings as hard as it could. Although Lugia was not a strong Pokemon, this paticular Gust attack seemed to have a major effect on Houndour. It couldn't prevent the winds from pushing it, slowly at first, then faster, into the water near the beach. As soon as Houndour hit the water, steam erupted from it's mouth and it began yelping in pain.
"Yahoo! You did it! Great job, Lugia. It must have been preparing some sort of Fire-type attack in it's mouth before we intervened. This poor Ralts is so weak that it wouldn't have survived even an Ember." Kid turned around. "Hey, where'd Ralts go?"
Tiny footprints led away from the scene, into the dark forest.
"Huh. I guess it was really scared." Lugia flew back over to Kid, and he lifted his arm to let Lugia on. Stroking Lugia's neck and scratching his head for such a great victory.

It was true that Kid disliked unnessesary battling. Although he would train quite a lot with Lugia, he never pushed Lugia too far or made him battle Pokemon that he could seriously hurt. This time, however, they had saved a Pokemon in need, and it felt good.
"Lugia? Back there, when you used Gust on Houndour, it was much stronger than your regular Gust, wasn't it?"
Lugia thought for a moment. He nodded his head in agreement.
"I thought so. Maybe it was because we were doing a righteous thing, helping that Ralts. I hope it's ok. The wild is no place for such a timid little guy like him."

After buying some minor supplies off of local merchants, Kid decided it was time for bed. The sun was hardly beyond the horizon, but he thought it was best if they got a good night's rest at the local hotel.

It was Lugia who awoke in the early morning to a loud tapping sound at the window. He groggily waddled over and looked out. Ralts, the same Ralts from earlier, was sitting on the window ledge looking cold and scared. Lugia thought- We saved him yesterday. Maybe he wants to thank us. So Lugia, with not much difficulty, unlocked and opened the window. Ralts jumped in and immediately walked over to the heating vent and sat on it, warming itself up. Kid was still in a deep sleep. Lugia hopped off the window ledge and joined Ralts on the vent. The two fell asleep, each leaning on the other.

"Brrr! Who left the window open? I know it's not freezing outside, but you don't leave a window open this time of year!" Kid shut the window and went back to bed. Not ten second later he jolted up.
"Who did leave the window open?! Lugia? Lugiaaa? Where are you?"
His eyes then spotted the two Pokemon, Lugia and Ralts, sitting up talkiing to each other in the corner of the room.
"Oh, there you are! Ralts? Where'd you come from?"
The Ralts was at first a little scared of Kid, but Lugia stood up and "told" Kid how the Ralts got in. He made chirps, humms, and squeaks to tell the story.
"Ok, so Ralts decided to come with us? It wants to travel with us now? But what about his family?" Kid asked Lugia.
Lugia relplied with a solemn mew.
"So something happened to his family. Poor guy."
Kid stood up. "Ralts? If you decide to come with us, you will have to face difficult challenges. Lugia isn't an average Pokemon, and I'm not an ordinary human. You could get hurt again? You know that, right?"
Ralts stood tall to his full extent and puffed out his chest. He didn't seemed scared anymore.
"Welcome to the team, Ralts! I don't usually put Pokemon in Pokeballs, I consider them unnatural, but if you'd prefer, you could live in one until I need you for battles? You are, after all, a pretty timid Pokemon."
Ralts had made up his mind.
"Ok." Kid tossed an empty ball at Ralts. "Watch, Lugia. This is what it's like to catch a Pokemon."
The ball sealed up around Ralts. A sense of urgency struck the room. After just a few wiggles, the ball was still. Ralts was now his!

[Ratiasu-kun]

Jett smiled and flipped a tear out of his eye after seeing what Latias did.
Then he heard Kerhra have an angry vent in front of everyone.
"What was that all about?", he yelled to her, "Dont you think before you talk?!" Jett then realized what he said was no better than what Kerkra said, "Look, I think we should all cool off a bit", he sighed.
Then he thought about Team Universe and what they did to that Raichu, plus many more innocent people. It wasn't fair and it wasn't right. The teams used to steal pokemon and use them for reprehensible purposes, but this was crossing the line-Even further than usual. Now they included humans in their plight.
"I sure hope Team Universe can be stopped", Jett said to no one in particular. He thought about what this could lead to. A war could possibly erupt, or worse.
He walked down to the beach, which was in viewing distance of Mt. Night, and stared into the horizon. Latias floated, unsure what to think, by his shoulder.

[Minku.]

I was confused and startled at the same time. I didn't know why Kehra just got angry, maybe, (as Jett suggested) we could all go out and get some lunch. But then maybe Kehra might get even more angry. But it might be good, so we might get along over lunch. And they would be even more inclined to go, if i bought lunch, since it was my fault they were all here! Kehra, Rain, Isagi had followed me here, and i guess that Jett had folowed me here, to see if I was allright.
I smiled at Latias and hugged her again. He was nice to hug. (lol)
"Guys, just cool it, okay! Let's all go get some lunch on Clear Island. I'll pay for it, since it's my fault you guys are up here.
C'mon. Guys! Clear Island is my home town, so I know the way there!"
I released my pokemon out of their balls and pulled my new friends (with the help of my pokemon) down the hill and out to Clear Island. I ran down the hill to Jett, and said to Jett " Lets go get some lunch!! C'mon!"
I grabed him and pulled him along. I didn't care if he didn't want to go, he would go, whether he liked it or not!

[Ratiasu-kun]

Maddy had pulled Jett, along with all the other trainers, with the help of her pokemon, all the way off Moon Island to Clear Island for lunch.
"Wait, I gotta patch Skarmory up first!" Jett broke free of Maddy's grasp, ran into the Pokemon Center, and ran back out in less than 3 minutes, with Skarmory completely healed; resuming where he left off: In Maddy's grasp.
"Since you lost, I'll let you pick the restaurant", Jett said with a giggle.

[Shiranui]

Alix looked at her Gyarados. It made her remember everything about her childhood. When, during sleepy Sundays, she would try to wake her brother up from his afternoon naps. When she would try to wake him up to play tag, or some other game in the small garden in front of her house, dotted with bushes and flowers.
Plop plop plop. Alix began throwing more rocks.
Growlithe looked at his owner strangely. He slowly approached her. He nudged her on her shoulder with his snout. Alix snapped out of her memories, and smiled at her Pokemon. Growlithe barked, and continued to nudge his owner.
"Oh... You want me to play with you?"
Growlithe smiled and nodded furiously. Alix's smile slowly turned into a slight frown. She turned away from her Pokemon, looking at the sea, into the horizon. The Growlithe, confused, bit on Alix's sleeve, pulling on it.
"Let go, Growlithe!"
The canine Pokemon furiously shook its head, whining. He really wanted Alix to play with him.
"I said let go!"
Alix finally managed to make Growlithe release it's grip. It looked down, walking away from Alix and towards Dratini and Pidgeotto, disappointed. Why did Growlithe want me to... Then the answer just came into her head. He's worried about me...

[Cassino]

Kerhra was quite shocked at Jett, "No-one thinks before talking." she said quietly, seemingly quite annoyed.
But she soon had Buddy tugging at her kimono "Don't, you might damage it." Kerhra then looked up and saw maddy beside Jett looking back at her. She sighed then said "Okay, i'll come." So Kerhra started down the hillside.

I smiled at Jett and Kehra, they were coming! My cunning plan had worked! Well, it wasn't that cunning!
"C'mon guys!" I shouted.
I was happy, really happy. I watched Buddy get behind Kehra and start to push her, so much she almost fell over. Charlie and Draco were pulling on Isagi's foot, and made him fall over. Eve and Arctic were pushing Rain, one was pulling and one was pushing. It was so funny, making these people move with my pokemon. I laughed.
"The Winner's Circle Tavern. I might as well choose Jett, because you're new here!"
I laughed again as wel all ran down the mountain (except Isagi, he rolled)

[DragonQueenRachel]

Rain shakes her head, looking at her Bagon who had been on her shoulder the whole time. Some people just have too much energy, she thinks as they head down the mountain, cringing slightly as there's a buzzing in her ear. "Excuse me, can we stop for a second, this darn things on the fritz again!" She tries to shout to the others, removing a weird earpiece from her ear (duh).

[Minku.]

I stopped and waited for Rain. I saw her pull a ear-thingy out of her ear, fiddle with it, then put it back in. It was a weird ear-thingy. Looked like a hearing-aid. It seem to buzz, like my grandpa's used to...
"What's that?" I asked. I could have been rude, but it dosen't get in the way of my curiosity.
I was curious, I'm always curious. I just seem to love finding new things, hidey-holes, new land and bush-walking. It's so much fun

"Its a pokemon translator," Rain says. "Fit it onto your ear like so, and you can hear pokespeak in any known language, and about 5 dead ones," she says with a slight nod as she fiddles with it using a skrewdriver. "The thing's always on the fritz for some reason, but its fairly easy to fix," she says, makes some adjustments, and fits it back on her ear. "I've got another one if you want it."

[Minku.]

"Oh Wow!" I beamed at it in amazement.
"ow" I heard a small voice, i think it was Jett, as i was pulling him
I dragged Jett over to Rain. I stared at the translator
"Can I try one on? Ill give it back when i finish!"
I gave a little 'puppy eyes', so she would LOVE to let me use it

After catching Ralts, Kid was full of excitement and energy.

"I've got a Pokemon! I'm an official trainer now! Yay!" Kid exclaimed.
Lugia was nudging Kid looking angry.
"I know, I know; I have you, too. But I've known you my whole life, and the same goes for you. Aren't you excited to finally have another Pokemon on our team?" Kid asked Lugia.
Lugia's angry expression turned to a smile.
"There. I told you. Let's go get something to eat. It's been a long night."

So he headed down the stairs of the hotel and to the town center of Moon Island.
Lugia, who usually rested on Kid's shoulder, was now flying beside Kid as he jumped, skipped, and ran around the town square.

"So, do I want to eat at the pancake house or the tropical restaurant? Hmm, I am hungry for a fruit drink, and being a vegetarian, sausages and pancakes doesn't seem to appealing." As he passed the 'door' made of strings of beads, he shouted to Lugia, who flew high above, "I'll be in here, ok buddy? Wait for me until I get us some grub!"

OOC: I have no idea why there's a tropical restaurant on Moon Island. :P

"I'll have the banana pineapple smoothy, please. And could I get two strawberry smoothies in bowls, please. It's for my Pokemon." Kid told the waitress.

Meanwhile, Lugia was flying high above the city, and he decided it was the perfect day to explore the island. As he approached Mt. Night the sky seemed to get darker. He could see that there were Staryu's glowing in the water, even though it wasn't nightime, but breakfast time. He looked over the sea to the north where the main continents were, far away. Lugia got a strong sense of forboding evil when he looked out that way. He decided it was for the best that he inspect the problem himself, if just a little. Kid would be proud of him for scouting ahead. So he flew low enough to get close to the Staryu's. But it wasn't close enough, so Lugia dived headlong into the ocean.

"Lugia! I've got your breakfast here! Lugia!" Kid called.
With a confused look on his face, he pulled a Pokeball from his waist and sent out Ralts.
"Here, Ralts. I didn't know which flavor you liked, I hope strawberry is okay. It's Lugia's favorite." As he set the bowl down for Ralts to eat, Kid suddenly got a strong sense of something forboding coming this way. Ratls looked up at Kid, sensing his fear.
"Huh? Lugia!" Kid ran toward the beach, hoping to find Lugia there. Ralts squiggled off the bench backwards, and fell with his butt in the sand. He got up immediately and followed Kid, leaving tiny footprints in the sand.

I smiled with glee as Rain handed me a Pokemon Translater. It looked like a hearing aid, but had a small pokeball design on the outside. I put it in my ear, hoping to hear some sort of voices.
[Can you hear me?] I heard Arctic, as she landed on Rain's shoulders. She sounded gentle. I nodded and smiled.
"This thing is great! I'll pay for it!" I smiled and handed over some of my money (10 000 PokeDollars((OOC: It might seem like a lot of money...))) and continued to pull the others, before Rain could say no. I pulled them down to the bridge to Clear Island. But then I remembered a great tropical resturant on this island.
I smiled and said to everyone, "Wait, there's a place down the road, we'll go there!"
I pulled them around to the resturant. I walked in, and their pokemon were automatically released, without them doing it.
"A new sort of technology, makes pokemon jump out of pokeballs when passing through it,"
I pulled them all to the counter and said, "All-You-Can-Eat Salad Bars for everyone, plus drinks!"
"Table 24," the waiter said in a droney voice

[Ratiasu-kun]

The gang sat at the table to look at the menus.
"I'll just have the chef salad," Jett decided, "and two bowls of Pokemon food for Skarmory and Latias." The waiter wrote down his selection while he shot a curious glance at Latias, and then moved on to the other trainers. Skarmory perched at Jett's feet. Latias flew in gleeful loops between Maddy and Jett, pleased at making a new friend.
Jett looked at the different trainers at the table. I wonder if, perhaps, we could stop Team Universe, he thought.

[Minku.]

[Whooo-eeee, New Friends!] I heard Latias say in much glee. She was smiling, and i smiled back. I gave her another hug. I hoped she liked them, as I keep doing it.
"What would you like, madam?"
"Alfredo Pasta Sauce, by itself, with croutons, a cheeseburger and ice cream later on, thanks!"
I looked at my pokemon, and heard their requests.
[Just a poke-burger!] Buddy said happily
[Ice-icles] Arctic smiled
[Chip-pyramid] Trapinch jumped up and down at his favourite
[Pure water and flavoured sea grass] Draco curled up, and waited for me to tell the waiter.
[Just pokefood for me] Eve said with a warm smile
I repeated the requests to the waiter who looked at me in utter confusion. Never-the-less, he wrote it down.
"Oh, and plus, desert for them afterwards," I wanted to give my pokemon a treat, as they had been battling greatly today.
The waiter stared at me again. He looked at my ear, and nodded, satisfying his confusion.
He moved on to the next trainer as i said to Jett, "You gotta try this thing! It's great!"
I passed the PokeTranslator to him and smiled as he put it in his ear.
