Also not a good card either. I've seen Togetic like in Rocket Returns who are better then this one. Anys kind of basic electro pokemon can do at least 30 damage, meaning a OHKO here. Delta Copy, copies the attack but you still need the energy to do so. With the same amount of neergy (2) it can do a 30 attack. Nothing to say, don't use this Togetic.

60HP isnt good, except it has free retreat...
Delta copy is completely useless if your opponent only plays normal mainstream pokemon cards because it can only copy attacks from delta cards.
2 energy for 30 w/o added effects is too weak for stage 1s...
overall a useless card.

Delta Copy, copies the attack but you still need the energy to do so.

Delta Copy copies that attack except for its Energy cost.

Bolded for emphasis. Really, learn to read fully or something, geez...

Still, bad card, but I've come to expect that in general from pokemon like Togetic. If your opponent floods with Delta Pokemon, great, but if not, in the trash this thing goes!!

I gave a rate to this card already, and i still keep that one.

Great against a delta deck, but fairly useless without it. Still, it's probably worth teching in if you play a deck with a spare tech line anyway. Run it with Legacy to remove its weakness, since it doesn't have a Power. It's a pity Ampharos d was ruled a mistranslation, this would be the ultimate combo otherwise ;)
