Could this be an easy way to catch Dialga

I do no thave D/P yet so i do not know if Dialga runs but if it does then if you have magneton or his evolution with magnet pull shouldn't this stop Dialga from running

Dialga does not run away, but if, in future there is a part Steel pokemon that does this, it will be very useful.
Even if it wouldn't work, it is a very good theory.

You can't get Jibacoil until you beat the game and see every Pokemon, and to do that, you have to beat/catch Dialga/Palkia, so your theory is illogical.

Dialga doesn't run around the map like Lati@s, Emurit and Crescelia do.
