In japan in the second movie, was the storyline different? Because that thing said "the world will turn to ash" and it meant Ash, but was it "the world will turn to Satoshi" in japan?

Uh, I'm pretty sure that the words are completely different for the japanese version. They have to translate a lot just to make any sense in America or any other country.

The words direct from the tablet, read by Jirarudan, the collector in the Japanese version:

Do not disturb the god of fire, god of thunder, and god of ice.
Or the sky and land will become enraged and the world will head towards destruction.
The god of the sea appears to prevent the cataclysm, but is not able to save the world.
Unless a superior master appears and is able to sooth the rage of the gods.

"Unless a superior master appears and is able to sooth the rage of the gods."

In the Japanese version, he was deemed the, "nearest person to fit the description of a superior master" considering there was no other person around that would fit that description at the moment.

But Misty could be considered with the Japanese version! She's a gym leader after all, and she beat Ash later in the Whirl Cup Tournament.
