I hear ya there... I wasn't too thrilled with Colosseum at all... XD was better, but its still not the best Pokemon game... I liked the Stadium games alot more.

If BRs gonna be more like Stadium.. then I'm even more excited now. x3

It doesn't have a castle, it doesn't have mini-games, it can't play your handheld games, it doesn't have a storage system, only one of the stadiums have rentals and you are forced to use them, there's no school. It just has eight tournaments. That like Colo's Battle Mode except with two more, for you idiots who don't know math, and the ones who need an example of how much of a ripoff it is.

Game Freak and Satoshi got tired sick of doing great things for Pokémon, they don´t need to waste money, time, and hard work on a great game to make it sell, they make a poor game , name it pokémon (whatever), and sell millions of copies...

The DVD can store much more information than this, it can handle a story mode WITH A GOOD STORY at last, AND include the functions of the old stadiums, as well as new features, with no problem!

A Game Cube processor can easily run BR....

And not only in Wii, DS games have crap graphics TOO! Have you ever played Final Fantasy 3 on DS? The graphics are better than those on Nintendo 64, and FF3 is an RPG too!

acrof: I concur greatly. Pokémon is a moneymaker, and moneymaker plus a large fanbase of ten-year-olds leads to major problems. Because of this, the game companies will create worser products that are critically ridiculed by the video game media, such as the show X-Play and magazines like Game Informer. Point being that the Pokémon franchise will deteriorate into crap, and then when Nintendo wants to create a better game, it's too little too late....

On-topic with the Stadium regards to Revolution, it seems that it's a slap in the face for us. We get limited features and we do not get the full effect that was originally given to us by the first two Stadium games. They delivered perfectly and had a multitude of modes, whereas this game has virtually nothing; just a tournament. Whee?

In my experience magazines like Game Informer are NOT reliable sources in any way. I´m insulting exactaly these games: Diamond, Pearl, Dash, Ranger, Mystery Dungeon Blue. Because they are crap and DON´T use 40% of DS´ power.

Hold On Buddy, A DS cartridge is just like a CDROM with a game on it, have you ever put a PS2 or XBox Game intom your computer and looked at the files that are on it. It needs these files to make the game run. You say that a DS dosent use 40% when actually it has files and components it needs on the cartridge just for it to run and that takes up a good portion of the games memory.

What do you mean coincidence? I'm a new member; what does that have to do with my opinion? I smell a bias here...and that ain't pretty. Now, one of the things about Pokémon that sucks is that it lacks a plot. Defeat Team Generic and capture da legendaryes!! to become da nummbur 1one traner in da werld! Yes, my poor grammar was typed on purpose being that this is what one average American would type in my town (pity, eh?) who played the Pokémon games, because the game aims at such a low age. I don't see why they can aim for the adult franchise.

That is why I write Fanfiction and role-play: to make the Pokémon experience better than the stupid companies do. I hate the games, personally, but I like RPGs, and Pokémon is one, though very generic and childish, but hey, I've played them since I was 8, when they first came out in the states...anyway. I'm done rambling.

Well i think its a great game.. but it sort of doesnt have a storage feature. you can store 30 differant trainers and their pokemon as a sort of save file (i think) but the trainer "save" can't have more than 6 pokemon. but if you wanna save them just send them to diamond or pearl if you get it.

And the graphics are fine they don't need to be perfect. To make a good game its gotta have you entertained it doesnt need perefect graphics to be entertaining eg. R/B/Y and G/S/C have horrible graphics but people still prefer them to the Advanced generation games.

And we don't need a New "generation" of people because nintendo and Game freak are realising that th people who got into pokemon in the first place are growing up so they are changing their games to suit it. so if everyone stays likeing Pokemon it wont die out

And i am sure that the Rpg element would be completely optional (i hope)

Belive it, that was the most wonderfull part of my life. Now i can´t talk with other people of my age about pokemon.
They just say it´s stupid or childish, and I REALLY HATE THAT!!!! And these same people LOVED pokemon when it launched here. That´s why i still have my SNES, my Genesis, my Sega CD, my Sega Saturn, my Nintendo 64, and my Game boy Color.:)
I look for games that surpass the limits of each console.
Like Chrono Trigger for SNES. (great game);)

When I saw battle revolution with that bad construction, and made in a hurry, I couldn´t help, but complain about it.

Sure, I like pokemon, and I´m still going to buy my Wii, my battle revolution disc, my DS Lite and my Diamond cartridge, even if it´s is crap. I´m only waiting to their launch in english so that i can enjoy both of them, wich should be around may or july, then I can battle you, and everyone here. See you there!;)
