me and my friend are arguing about the red hot chilli peppers,he thinks there awesome,i personly think they suck.what do you think?

Musical taste is very different and theres no point of arguing about it.
Anyway, I love em. Stadium Arcadium is an awesome album. There older stuff is pretty sweet aswell.

I love the Red Hot Chili Peppers, they are awesome. I have listened to most of their songs ever since I first heard them.
Anyways, yeah, they rule!

I listen to their music but that's about all I like or know about them. I don't dwelve into who the members are, memorise some little facts or junk like that.

Blood Sugar Sex Magick is brilliant.
Californication, while is has a few decent tracks, has the WORST production I've ever heard. Can we turn down the clipping guys?!
Stadium Arcadium is garbage. Seriously, these guys just don't have the variation to keep my attention for two discs of material.

I don't think they suck...but they aren't one of my favorite bands either.
They're okay... I like a few of their songs.

I didn't think much of them but Dani California and Tell Me Baby sound really good to me. If you take away the whole "Ew Mainstream music is disgusting", a lot of the mainstream bands have pretty good music.

You're comparing RHCP to Panic!? I'm a totally hardcore Panic! fan [no, really, I practically live and breathe them], but you can't compare bands so different like that. Panic! is an emo/pop-punk band that formed a year ago. The Chili Peppers have spanned over two decades, I think. Plus they are totally different styles.
I like the Red Hot Chili Peppers a lot, not as much as I used to. I think I liked their stuff circa Under the Bridge best. Stadium Arcadium isn't a good album at all, really.
corganzero -- Some people [no offence, O, I'm trying to become one, but... particularly indie snobs] hate anything signed to a major label, no matter if it's good or not. It's kind of irrelevant, seeing as no one accused mainstram music of being horrible in here, I think, but... xD;
