where do i DL and rpg maker??? i cant find one that will let me DL!!!!! plz hep any program would be nice i just want to change the starters and thier movesets on my pokemon gold ROM

Just to let you know, asking for RPG Maker downloads here isn't going to get you very far, since people aren't supposed to link to it.
Though for anything related to romhacking, the Emulation forum would be your best bet (especially once the tools are back).
