Oh, goodie!
I dun like the art, Sugimori's one is ot the best for this situation...
I would rather use a flying Dragonite...
Also, I love the Power!

A card than had potentially a high strategic power doing combining Delivery and its PokePower with another cards allowing f,or example, resist with the high Dragonite's HP and then change it for a fully charged Pokemon with a devasting attack like a Ex Pokemon
