VERY useful card, one of the better Delta Coutners I've seen. It's poke-body stops 40 damage from D pokemon, regardless of any special conditions affecting it.
2 Energy Ice beam..I guess it's stable, especially vs. Dragon pokemon weak vs. colourless. The other attack, Surge, is also useful with 2 waters to give out 60 every turn. Only downside is the retreat cost and weakness vs. electro, but it's sure a great staller vs. Delta pokemon.

Good for stalling against Delta types, but if your opponent doesn't play any of those, its body is useless.
The attacks are a bit too weak but as Ice Beam can induce paralysis, it can be a potential stalling move. Surge has to be used in a W deck or 3 for 40 is stupidly weak on an evolved.
