High Puffs Drifter (A speculation thread)

I was watching "Rough, Tough, Jigglypuff" on CN today. I thought given the massive gaps of the in-series Jigglypuff (with the microphone marker of doom), from its final "true" appearance in Johto (I forget the episode, but I think it was the end of the Articuno three-parter?) to its random (and current) appearance in Hoenn in the episode "A Poke-BLOCK Party!", I mused a speculation thread.

I'll start. I think Jigglypuff was out of the series because of its major singing contact and swooned its way to Las Vegas. It does three shows a night and four on Saturdays!

Make it serious, make it wacky, but have fun.

It just found a group of Vigoroth with Vital Spirit and decided to stick around where it could sing to others that could listen.
