What the fuc|< ???

An attack that heals the opponent 50% of the time = not an attack

=.="

1/10 - this card is a joke!

The card wasn't used very much by the time it showed up, but nowadays it's stupid to use it...

The Hp, nothing special... the attack, too much imprevisible!

Better for collections...

It's a mixed bag, and a potentially retributive one. There's no way you can set store by this card in any situation if coin flips are that decisive. Retro rating 3/10, updated rating 3/10.

I just did some quick maths and the card shows:

1/8 of doing 60
3/8 of doing 40
3/8 of healing 30
1/8 of healing All damage

A 50% chance of doing at least 40 is quite good from a basic, especially for only [C][C]. Unfortunately the other 50% is incredibly bad, why anyone would want their opponent to win is beyond me.
If it wasn't for this cards ridiculous attack, it would actually be quite good. High Hp, nice stats, DCE attack cost. However this card is also another holo. Lets just keep it in a binder.

Opponent's Pokemon is a Flailer, perhaps?? In that case the attack becomes good, but that's too uncommon, so away it goes.

3/10

I hope you lot realise that it's 40, not 30?
