Can every single Elemental Hero be fused? And if they can, what do they all make?

Not all of them have fusions. An example is Wildheart and Sparkman.

In total there are 12 fusions.

Rampart Blaster - Clayman & Burstinatrix
Tempest - Avian, Sparkman & Bubbleman
Steam Healer - Burstinatrix & Bubbleman
Mariner - Bubbleman & Avian
Wildedge - Wildheart & Bladedge
Thunder Giant - Sparkman & Clayman
Shining Flare Wingman - Flame Wingman & Sparkman
Flame Wingman - Avian & Burstinatrix
Shining Phoenix Enforcer - Phoenix Enforcer & Sparkman
Phoenix Enforcer - Avian & Burstinatrix
Wild Wingman - Wildheart & Avian
Necroid Shaman - Wildheart & Necroshade

Wow... I actually typed all of that out.

...There IS actually a couple more, but they're videogame-only thus far:

Mudballman-Clayman & Bubbleman
Erikshier (Electrum from the anime)-Avian, Burstinatrix, Clayman, Bubbleman

Elemental Hero Erikshier (sp?) is probably the closest we'll get to a mass-EH-fusion.

probably, the anime's already out of the elemental hero arc so Elixer is probably gonna be that ultimate one

And by far, the undistributed (and TCG-unavailable) strongest of all Elemental heroes, does not have a single fusion nor is it used in any- Elemental Hero Airman. This property makes it so ironic. Every other Elemental Hero has at least one fusion too, or do I just not know one for Airman?

(then again, Konami might as well take the effort and rename it to be a Gadget >>; It's way more Gadget-like than Elemental hero-like)

VJMP-JP017 E-Hero Air-Man [Ultra Rare]
Wind/Warrior/4/1800/300
When you successful summon or special summon this card, you can activate one of the following effects:
- Up to the number of monster with [HERO] in it’s name on your side of the field except this card, you can destroy magic or trap cards on the field.
- Select one monster with [HERO] in its name from your deck and add it to your hand.

That's a weird effect for an E-Hero...and 1800 ATK? FINALLY they'll get a suitable beatstick.

And, well, just a little while after I mention them, Electrum (meh) and Mudballman come out in English...

It has zip to do with E-heroes... it's just Gadget on drugs, immune to DDV and it can beat stuff up.

There's nothing E-heroish about Airman. There's a lot of Gadget-y stuff for him though. The only thing lacking is like, limiter removal. Honestly... just call him Air Gadget and people won't notice anything.
