This is my first card on an Eclipse blank by the awesome Cascade Gonpory, I decided that I'd make a card to fit the only surviving blank of the Eclipse database.

(P.S. I know the art isn't 3d, I think it looks better with sugi in this case only.)

Shining Danger isn't such a good name for an attack... And 20 damage being an ex...

Steel Psy (again not a good name) is an awesome attack, with possible 150 damage! Great idea!

QF, I was trying to merge both ex + star, and so have 1 strong attack + one weak one. 'Cause ex Pokéys are strong, and stars are weak.

Only minor gripe is the positioning of the '*' which should be in the name (and not have the word shining on, *'s and shinings are completely different cards). I understand that to put on both the ex, dual type, and * ruling would mean this card would be covered in text, but I think if you were to stretch the size of the ruling box to the left, you could easily make room. Or make it just [M] type, since '*'s are often a completely alternative type to the usual. The pic is also slightly typical.

But on the good side, I think everything else about the card is brilliant! The font and layout of the stats and attacks are well done. And best of all its Attacks and stats are simply perfect for this card.

It seems to be a little pointless to have a gold star on the star and also saying "Shining." It would look better if it were 3D and less cluttered, but I don't think I could do any better with such a template.
