Fixes in bold:
Could you please rate my pokemon on my emerald version that I have so far, I'll type down the moves and EV'S given.

Ninjask L100, Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk) @ Leftovers/Liechi Berry
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
- Silver Wind
- Baton Pass
- Substitute
- Swords Dance

Don't waste your time with a +Def nature and Def/SDef EVs. It doesn't make much of a difference. Also Endure is counter-productive as it totally prevents you from using Substitute.

Swampert L90, Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd) @ Leftovers/Chesto Berry
EVs: 240 HP / 16 Atk / 116 Def / 136 SAtk
- Surf/Hydro Pump
- Rock Slide/Ice Beam/Surf
- Earthquake
- Rest

Never use Adamant on Swampert if you plan on using ANY special attack since its mediocre base SAtk will suffer even more. Also, never give it a 252/252/6 EV spread since it needs a more balanced one. Also, never give a Ground Poke a Fighting move since Fighting and Ground moves cover most of the same types. I would also suggest Rest to make Swampert tank better and even HP over Surf to hit things harder.

Scizor L100, Impish - Silver Powder, (Traded from my FR)
Def -252, spdef- 252, Att -6
- Agility
- sliver wind
- swords dance
- baton pass

This is a totally wasted spot. Scizor and Ninjask serve the exact same function, and since Ninjask has Agility built-in, Scizor becomes redundant and unnecessary.

Heracross L95, Jolly - Leftovers/Shell Bell
Attack -252, speed- 252, HP-6
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide/Brick Break

Too many bugs on your team. The best set is Stalkercross, which abuses its Guts Ability. If you gave Rest to Swampert, CBcross is the next best.

Metagross L85, Adamant - Choice Band
Evs: 16 HP / 116 Atk / 252 Def / 124 Spd
- Earthquake
- Meteor Mash
- Shadow Ball
- Explosion/Rock Slide

By itself, this is a terror, but if it gets a speed and attack boost from Ninjask, it destroys teams. I took jc's EV spread, tested it out, and it rocks.

Kingdra L95, Modest - Leftovers/Lum Berry
Special attack-252, spdef -252, HP-6
- Rain dance
- Ice beam
- Hydo pump
- Toxic

A Kingdra.

Aerodactly L100, Adamant - Choice Band (traded from my FR)
Attack -252, Speed-252, HP-6
- Earthquake
- Double-Edge
- Aerial Ace
- Rock Slide

An Aerodactyl.

Crobat L100, Adamant - Choice Band
Attack -252, speed -252, HP-6
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Bomb
- Aerial Ace
- Steel Wing/Return

No, no, no, no. NEVER use crappy HM moves not called Surf, especially crappy two-turn moves like Fly. Crobat is outclassed by Aerodactyl anyway. Haze isn't a good choice on it either. Its job is to be a lead Poke, and hit as hard as it can until it dies, which doesn't take too long.

Skarmory L100, Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk) @ Leftovers/Chesto Berry
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Atk / 54 Def / 84 Spd
- Spikes
- Whirlwind/Roar
- Substitute
- Rest/Drill Peck

Standard SubSkarm. Too bad you used AA on it, when you could breed DP instead. Also, never use Careful Nature. You cannot cover up its weakness, but you can accentuate its strength, which is Def.

Espeon L97, Modest - Lum Berry
Spatt -252, Spdef -129, Speed -129
- Psychic
- Calm Mind
- Reflect
- Morning sun

Look, a special sweeper! I would definitely go with CM over PU since you cannot count on someone else to stat up in order for your Espeon to be effective. Personally, I would go with EspyJump instead with Baton Pass/Calm Mind/Psychic/Substitute. That does require two Substitute MT, but well worth it since you have Ninjask BP'ing physical attack and Espeon BP'ing special attack. Of course that means you would need a decent special sweeper somewhere.
Your Pokes are not balanced. Only one good special sweeper among too many physical sweepers. You also have very little as far as defensive walls too. Skarm takes care of physical, but Espeon is the best you have on the side of special, which is pretty bad.

Explosion is not a waste when you try and kill a big snowgiant.

he said it was a waste ingame. From a competetive viewpoint, though, you're right.
