Special Structure Deck Cards?

I noticed on Netrep they said you can get Armed Dragon LV7 with Dragon's Roar and Rope of Life with Zombie's Madness.

I actually bought both of these a while ago and didn't get either. How do you get them?

you need to buy the special edition giving both of them together

hmm... since you're from sydney aswell; if u live near st. george, go where i go; to the rockdale target... they should have that edition..
