Hmmm... my play time is 34 hours and 23 minutes, I just finally caught Groudon, most of the time was trianing my pokemon to a high level.

You put a huge amount of time into that, I can't imagine how strong your pokemon are right now.

Together with all the games, I have thousands of hours. Although it only took a few hundred to have a stable of level one-hundred Pokémon on Ruby. If his have correctly allocated EVs they may be strong, but a large playtime and level 100 doesn't mean anything if he didn't pay attention to IVs and EVs.

I do diffrent things like work on my pokedex (I think seen 196 and own 167, im not to sure im at the battle tower right now), then try to get level 100's in my team (I have 4 right now) then I try to get level 100's out side of my team (I think I got like 5 or 6 level 50's out side of my team).

All an effort ribbon meas is that it's receiver filled it's 510 EV points, however if you weren't aware of which stats you were allocating them to, the Pokémon could be crudely balanced. For example, if your Alakazam was raised on mostly Pokémon that give attack EVs, it would have higher attack than normal, and poorer everything else. It's attack would still be bad, making it all around inadequate.

n_n; Yeah, I know but once you get me started on the deeper aspects of Pokémon, most people have no idea what I'm talking about. Although frosty will know when he sees this. ^_^;

An IV can't be changed, it means Individual Value and it's what makes two Pokémon of the same species and EVs different, each stat has one, and it's a number from 0-31. The higher it is, the higher potential that stat has, as well as determining it's Hidden Power type and power.

Always use Strategies... and good movesets. You can beat your oppoment's pokemon faster other than just attacking your oppoment's pokemon.

It's impossible... Once you get your Effort Ribbon, consider your EV 510 or higher.

EVs cap out at 510, the only way to know them is if you candied it to 100 and then did EV traning...

the best way for EV training is to rare candy your way to 100. Then pick and choose what Pokemon to battle from then on... after you got the "effort ribbon" which tells you that you got full EV, put it in the box like the old box trick for "max stats" (however there's still the IV hindering you from true max stats)

i need to restart my game... since the one i have now is pretty much testing stuff and screwing around with everything... also ran into some coding problems as well in this one (and i'll try to solve these problems first here before i restart).

I worked on my forums for two weeks in August while I was in Vietnam. I put it in my sig but it wasn't advertised otherwise. I used it to contact people (Carol, specifically) whom I couldn't contact through PE2K. I just about completely lost internet during the 2nd half of the month so I didn't do anything on it. After the trip, I didn't need it anymore.

I got the blue screen because I shut down my computer the worng way too much times. I had to fix it by using the Windows XP Pro CD Recovery Concole. I had to do a disk check and it would be fine after It's scaned.

I remember when my computer wasn't working for about 2 months. I was trying to get my gameport Joystick ( game contoller) to work on my computer since it wasn't working, and I was fiddling around with it and when I shutdown my computer, and started it up again, the was a error message that woundn't go away no matter what I did. Luckily, my teacher had a recovery cd and I was able to recover all my loss data, but my internet connection was terminated.

Stay away from freewebs, you can only store 50 files. I use geocitites, but you shouldn't because it might not be enough space, you can try www.anzwers.org (http://www.anzwers.org) unlimited space. I dunno, or you can try getting hosted by a pokemon website, like pokevalley or zapchu(they are filled up already I think), they ususally have really good deals.

Well Sosa didnt do anything much tonight, and the last time the Cubs was in the Play Offs was I think 1945 and the Braves has been in 12 Play Off and 7 World Series and 1 win in the World Series since 1967 (I think).

The topic of sports is more entertaining then most of the topics here in my personal opinion.
Anyway, I'm glad to see my Giants back in the playoffs because last year they made it to the playoffs for the first time in a long time it seemed and made it all the way to the world series in which I was very impressed but now I am even more impressed with them making the playoffs again without there old manager Dusty Baker (who is now on the cubs >.>). And of course they are up 1-0 currently against the Marlins heh heh.

In the future... I'd like to see what kinds of animals there'll be! I watched something on Discovery Channel about it, and the computer animated versions of what they guessed they'd look like were cool. ^_^ The only thing that makes me sad is how many animals that we see every day will be extinct. Sports Topic: I like to play volleyballl, i'm not very good at it(better than most boys though) but it's very fun, my PE teacher makes it torture though, 100 push-ups for the losing team.

I love football too, there is a senior boys football team at my school, and they are those kind of rouge kind of guys, I just can't wait till Junior football is available for gr.9's to try out for. But what my true skill for sport is basketball, I play on my basketball net everyday, to have a better chance of making the team when the time comes.

Lol, no rugby is a somewhat totally diffrent kind of sport, its like football, but you don't wear protective gear and virtually anything goes.


I think rugby came from england or somewhere, Canada only has the CFL (Canadien Football League). Since there are no Canadian teams in the NFL.

My team the Braves is down 0-1 against the Cubs, the Braves had 1 and the Cubs 0 up to the 6th then Cubs the come back and got 4. in the 8th the Braves got 1 more in to make the score 4-2 Cubs.
That's too bad, but if my Giants make it to the next round they might have to play one of those teams because they're all in the National League so I can't feel sorry for either one lol but like all playoffs, 1 game is nothing, they can bounce back if they have the heart too.

I gotta say American Football is where it's at, the game is more intense then any game I've ever seen that's why it's my favorite to watch. English Football aka Soccer I don't mind playing but when watching it, just boring I know the rules and everything too to it just not my style of sport.
Best one though IMO is Hockey, it's my favorite to play no soft grass it's hard ice, it's also more dangerous then American Football & Rugby together.

Hockey & Tennis are the two sports I'm best at. Hockey I was captian for my final two years and was even scouted by the Sens, but I had to quit do to my parents spliting up and that left a dent in the money area which was ages ago but we're fine now. As for Tennis I made MVP at the club almost 2 years running but the guy I beat in the 2nd year his mom ended up cheating his son in to win it so can't do much about that.

Only things I do that are active these days is weight lifting or every while the boys will call me up to play some basketball.
