Long ago, a legendary chain of islands existed, engulfed in the center of ancient, raging oceans. Ask any sailor about these isles, however, and they will just give you a perplexed look, as if you’ve gone crazy and have no idea what gibberish is slipping between your lips. These isles, they harbor secrets which were never meant to be heard by human ears, treasures that would cause the average man to go rampant in the presence of their glory, and Pokemon that have power beyond belief, powers that were attained from their natural upbringing in this lush tropical paradise. But at second glance, not all would use the term “Paradise”.

“Attention all passengers, a severe storm has been spotted southeast of where we are headed. Please return to your quarters immediately, as we do not intend on a change of course.” The Captain's Attendant’s gentle but alert voice faded over the loudspeaker after the announcement, leaving all but a faint crackling sound from the intercom receivers and the crash of the waves to fill the air. This cruise, which was designated for teens although having other passengers aboard, was sailing around the Seas of Johto, docking and departing from Olivine. Certain trainers from Kanto, Hoenn, and Johto were invited onto the cruise for meeting certain criteria, such as winning Contests, Gym Battles, or even honors in school. This was a cruise designed for relaxation, and each trainer was permitted to bring three of their Pokemon or less along with them. You are one of these trainers.

It’s been three days and you only have one more day out at sea. You and your Pokémon have been passing the time doing the many activities the ship has to offer. Then, suddenly, sirens over head start to blare. “All passengers to the deck! This is an emergency. Please proceed to the lifeboats.” You and all the other trainers rush to the front deck. The crew hands out small life jackets and assists you in putting them on. The crew quickly files the groups into life boats before boarding one themselves. All the boats are automatically lowered into the water, and hit it with a loud clunk. You look back at the ship. All seems fine, nothing out of place. And then you notice it. The boat rises up, a giant creature under it. It tosses the boat to the west, towards the shore of a deserted island.

The crew member in your life boat receives instructions to go to the island where the boat was thrown. They start the motor, and each boat slowly drifts toward the sandy beach. About half way there, the wind starts to pick up, and then becomes a gust, then a raging howl. The two other life boats, the one with the crew and another filled with passengers both are thrown of track by the howling winds and the now violent sea. Your boat thrashes around, trapped in a funnel of waves. The boat is soon swept up by a strong current as the waves recede. You look to see where the other two boats, but they seem to have disappeared.

You don’t have this in your mind for very long, because the boat hits land soon after. The crew person on your life boat opens the hatch sealing you off from the outside. All of you file out on to the beach, removing your life jackets. You can’t believe your eyes. The cruise ship sits in front of you. Even though it is relatively small, maybe 40 yards and only three floors, it still towers before you. Most of the windows have no glass, and some wires and metal are protruding from the hull. Your attention turns from the wreckage to the area before you. Palm and Coconut trees line the beach. A large cliff covered in jungle is at the back, creating an alcove of white sand. Many trees are bent over the area, making a slightly shaded area in the back, but not enough cover for rain. A few sticks and dieing leaves, along with some driftwood are scattered along the beach. The sand that is 4 yards from the water is still a little damp. High tide must have just receded. It looks like you’re trapped here, and you’re gonna have to rough it out until you can get off the island.

You have landed on the Islands of Twilight.

The Islands of Twilight
Metona: A massive jungle covers the island, in which lives many variations of Pokemon, including Grass and Poison, along with some Normal, Dark, Flying, and even the occasional Psychic type, and was overgrown and generally tough to traverse. Various ruins spot the island, ranging from large temple like buildings to small clay huts. A small river cuts through the island's heart, leading to a cascading waterfall near the eastern portion of the island, which can be seen from atop a cliff on the eastern path. On the mile-long beach where the ship is grounded, there are two paths, each flanking the vessel; the left to the west, the right to the east. The western path leads through mostly jungle, but came out at a beach facing another of the islands, Arua. The eastern path cuts across the waterfall, which has a surprisingly sturdy and out of character bridge built across the cataracts. This path also ended at the sea, facing yet another island, Somac.

Arua: This island is nothing but sand. A desert spans this area, but the desert doesn’t seem to have natural causes, being in an unnatural area for a desert. A few desert dwellers live around the sand, such as Trapinch, Cacnea, Sandshrew, and the occasional Baltoy. There seems to be an abundance of Baltoy near a group of ruins in the desert, which is near the oasis. This area lies right in the middle of the island, and tends to attract Pokémon often. To the north is Ezad Island and to the east is Metona.


Ezad: Ezad is a relatively small island which is home to Mt. Tetsu, the frequently active volcano. Though the island seems to have nothing of interest, an entrance which leads to a series of caves that tunnel deep under the ocean floor is hidden beneath the sand. Oddly enough, the deeper you go, the colder the cave becomes. The upper portions are relatively rocky, but once inside the caves, they become smooth and mostly unobstructed. The lower portions of the caves house water, and are during high tide, these fill to become an underground lake of sorts. Ice Pokémon dwell in the caves, so be prepared. But be warned, this area is frigid, so make clothing out of something warm or bring fire Pokémon. Mt. Tetsu lies to the east. Also houses the ancient city of Kinta, which is to the south.

Somac: A large plain, nothing more. It spans for two miles at least. Many Normal and Flying types inhabit this island, but at night, a few Dark Pokémon have been spotted. It is usually pretty sunny here, but some rain balances out the sun. This is just west of Metona, and the Electromagnetic Strip lies just north-east.

Electromagnetic Strip: This is a long strip of land that gives of a strange magnetic field. This is the whole reason why the ship crashed, and why the islands can not be detected. The ground shines with a dull grayish-purple Granite-like stone. Many storms are attracted to the island and lightning strikes often. The island also mysteriously “floats”, slightly shifting to the left and right everyday. A few Electric and Steel Pokémon hang around here, and are more common during electric storms. The Entara Reef and Atoll lies just north of here.

The Entara Reef and Atoll: A large and thriving coral reef beneath the sea. Many ocean dwelling Pokémon live amongst the colorful animals, with some more dangerous ones deep on the edge of the slope. A large Atoll is at the center of the reef, and closes off a large pool of fresh water. The “Lake” has coral of its own, and many Pokémon more used to the fresh water live in this pool. The islands of the atoll shelter a good amount of Pokémon who can’t stay underwater for too long, along with crustacean Pokémon. A Pokémon who can Dive is required to explore the reef, but the Atoll can be explored by anyone who can get there.

Mt. Tetsu: This is a large volcano located on Ezad Island. The volcano is active, and occasionally rumbles, but shows no sign of any eruptions. The mountain is fairly easy to traverse, but becomes steep near the top. A boiling pit of lava sits at the summit, and is scorching hot. Many fire Pokémon live on the mountain, and it is not irregular to run into one. Just to the south is the Lost City, Kinta.

Kinta: The city that was abandoned by the ancient people that lived here long ago. It is high atop a plateau, so surfing to it is not an option. You must fly, Teleport or get there by some other means. The outskirts of the city are the ruins of a marketplace, with rotting stands and destroyed storehouses. The inner area is more residential with a house after house. As the buildings get closer to the center, they grow more lavish and larger. In the dead center of the city is a large ruined palace. Somewhere in it lies mountains of gold and riches, but to get to it, you must pass rigorous tests. Many Dark, Psychic, a few Fighting and Normal prowl the city during the day, but ghosts lurk the streets at night. The Pokémon here are very powerful, and it is advised that you stay away until you are totally ready. Kinta is located on Metona Island.

The PSS Moonshine: A small cruise ship that sits on the beach of Metona after being tossed from its resting place by some sort of monster. This ship has every thing you need to survive, except you can’t get to it. First, you need to get on the boat by flying or Teleporting on. However, since Pokémon can’t Teleport to places they haven’t seen or don’t know where they are, you can only get to the deck. There is large supply of fresh water in the boat, but the power is out, and the tank is the bowels of the ship, which all entries to have been blocked off. The rooms are all locked, but most have things you could use. The kitchens have all been blocked off as well, but you can try and move them out of the way. All the food in them, lucky for you, will never go bad, for a new freezer system that runs on solar power has been installed, which keeps it fresh for a year. The stoves also still work, along with the ovens. If you can get water from the river, you might be able to cook. The only other thing that works on this ship is the Ice Cream Maker, which you can either use to make low quality Ice Cream (all of the ingredients are in a separate solar freezer that can be accessed from the bar), or put it to use another way. The Bar on the deck has some soft drinks under it, but a lock prevents access to them. All the liquor, beer and wine was shattered in the crash, though the Captain kept his own stash in his quarters. The dining room is filled with tables and chairs, and a few things for cocktails, but the chairs and tables are bolted down.

Note Une: I will, at certain points, give an omniscient view of the island at the current time, this information including scenarios, changes in the weather, changes in natural things, shifts between day, night, dawn, and dusk, ect. During the day, it is advised that you travel, for at night, many powerful Pokémon lurk. You may have conversations before you go to sleep, but please limit them to a few posts. Note Deux: All Pokemon can learn and use any move, as long as it can really be learned by them. What I mean, is that your Pokemon can use any move that’s available to it at any point in their leveling. Please try to be as descriptive as possible when battling and trying to describe an attack. You may only fly on larger birds, including Dodrio, but not Pokemon such as Doduo and Pidgey. Only Pokemon that can carry you and swim may surf. All Pokémon with wings can use Fly, but not all of them will be able to carry you; Golbat for example. Teleporting can carry you to a different spot, but the Pokémon must have seen that specific spot before.

Description:Jason reaches at about 5'11. He has light brown eyes and light brown skin to match (Mixed). His hair is short, black, and kinda spiky but is grows really fast and when it does it starts to get curly. He wears a two layer shirt that has light green on the outer, short sleeved part of the shirt and grey on the inner, long sleeved part of the shirt. On the outer, light green part of the shirt, there is a grey falcon on the front of the shirt. He also wears an extra long, dark blue pare of jeans that is a little tarred on the bottom because Jason steps on it. The long jeans go all the way down to Jason's shoes that are grey on the top and black on the bottom.

Personality:Jason is pretty lazy and inactive. He doesn't like to do any type of work unless he is forced to do it. He doesn't really care about who he hangs out with as long as they don't become annoying. If Jason makes a promise, he will always keep it and fallow through with it until the end. Jason knows when he is beat, if he is at his limit or can not go any further, he will accept that and will accept defeat. But that doesn't mean that he always gives up. If he is after something that means alot to him, he will never accept defeat and will fight even if it means hurting himself because he is loyal to his friends and will always protect them.

History:When Jason was younger, he was much more active and would rather go training instead of sleeping. Jason had many friends and always had fun. Then as he grew older, he became less active and would rather sleep instead of going out and training. But that didn't keep him away from training, he was very good at training in fact. His pokemon grew strong every time they practiced. One day when Jason left to battle his town's gym leader, the man who was the gym leader had an important interview and wasn't sure if they should battle. The interviewer's where interested in seeing the gym leader in a live battle so Jason's battle with the gym leader was televised. After a couple of minutes, the gym leader was defeated by Jason. The news crew was very disappointed and left. The very next day, Jason got a ticket to a cruise for winning the match but not only for winning but for doing it very intelligently. As Jason enjoyed sleeping on the cruise he then heard the captain tell everyone to get to the life boats so Jason rushed outside. After a arriving onto an island, Jason was very scared but also very exited.

Meicham likes to train and will most likely train on her own because Jason will probably be sleeping. But because she likes to train doesn't mean that she wont take a brake.

So if he does go to sleep it is very late a night.

Personality:Torkoal is very strong in it's defense and it's speed. He likes to be the one to protect someone so in a double battle, torkoal will always take the hit if his partner is about to get hit. Torkoal isn't one to play around that much but would rather sleep. So torkoal and his trainer are pretty simaler. That is probubly why he was Jason's first pokemon. Even though torkoal doesn't play around that much doesn't mean that it doesn't play at all, every now and then torkoal will be playful and will mess around with his friends.

Description: CK is middle-sized for her age. She has long, straight, light brown hair that she always wears down. She has sapphire blue eyes that can occassionally turn a green-blue colour. She usually wears a pink shirt with a black cat on the front and back. On the front it has wings and a halo, on the back it has horns and a pitchfork. CK also wears a pair of light blue, baggy jeans and dirty, white, slip-on runners.
Personality: CK is an extremely quiet person, and keeps to herself an awful lot. She rarely talks to strangers unless she is introduced to them by someone else. She is, however, a very caring person and is a loyal friend to have. She will give help to anyone who asks for it, but will often do it silently.
History: When CK was just eighteen months old she was diagnosed with asperger's syndrome, a disease that prevents the child from almost all social activity. Because of this she has very few friends and grew up by herself almost all the time, whit the exception of her family. However, this disorder has given her an incredible gift in the ability of battling. The most recent tournament she participated in she won with only three fire Pokemon.

Personality: Ranger is a protective Pokemon, but he is also very caring like his trainer. He is currently acting partially as a babysitter for CK's other Pokemon. But, he is CK's strongest Pokemon, and isn't afraid to hold back.
Other: Ranger is father to a Cyndaquil that is back at CK's home in New Bark. Because of this, CK has recently had to make regular visits to home.

Description: Tramp has a scar on his left eye.
Personality: Tramp is a team player, and his mood can differ. Sometimes he will be quite mature, but others he can be just as mischievious as his brother. He is usually playful, but will turn serious if Ck or any of the other Pokemon are in trouble.
Other: Tramp is Scamp's older twin brother. They only participate in double battles together.

Description: Artemix Voretx is slight in build, and middling height. He has lean muscle on his legs and arms that aren't much good for constant labour, but can come in handy when short bursts of strength are needed. He has long black hair, that rests on his shoulders with a casual elegance that makes him seem older than he really is. His eyes are also black in colour, and unlike those people who claim to have black eyes but really have brown eyes, Artemis has completely black eyes. So black, that it is difficult to make out the pupil from the rest of his eyes. his skin is of original pale complexion, but tanned slightly. On the day when the ship crashed, Artemis was wearing a pair of dark blue pants, worn slightly lower than one would normally wear them, and a white shirt, unbuttoned at the top, rolled up at the sleeves and not tucked in. Around his neck Artemis has a silver chain that his mother gave to him. He also wears glasses when he reads, and fortunately, they did not break during the troubles that he faced when the ship crashed.

Personality: Artemis is a lot more mature than most sixteen-year-olds. He prefers to sit quietly and read, or while he was at home, play his guitar, and get lost in his own imagination. The guitar shows that he is quite a musical boy, and has played several times for audiences in Cerulean. Artemis is an aspiring writer, and therefore, will sometimes stand up and pace about, his mind whirring around with plots and ideas. Talking to himself is another trait that comes with being a writer. Some people think that his ideas for writing are fabulous, while others believe him to be raving. But truth be told, Artemis doesn't care much about what other people think. All that he really worries about are his ideas for his stories. Everything else is thrown to the back of his mind.

Description: John stands a height of 5'12'' at his current age of sixteen. He has an average build with enough muscle to get him around in his trainer life. Before he became a trainer his skin was a pale color but now that he has gotten all the way to islands that the boat crashed on it has turned into a nice looking tan except for most parts that don't usually see the light of day. His hair is short and black like his father's and his grandfather's hair. His eyes reflect his mother's eyes which are a dark blue, but Daniel tends to cover them with a pair of black sunglasses.

Daniel was last wearing a red T-shirt with the Pokémon League logo on it that he had bought at the last one in Hoenn. A pair of dark blue jeans cover up the top of his plain white shoes. His Pokédex and Pokémon are attached to the trainer belt holding his pants up.

Personality: Daniel is a very active person. He likes to do anything he can while he can though he does also like those times when he can sit around the house and do nothing for a whole day. He also is very friendly though sometimes he gets a little too friendly and can freak people out while he is trying to make them one of his friends. Daniel enjoys to battle and can get competitive.

History: Daniel was born in Johto on a Breeder's farm. From then on he was taught just how to train, care, and breed all kinds of Pokémon. He soon came to love all fire-types, thus making them his favorite Pokémon. He left home when he was able to get his trainer's license and with him went his Cyndaquil that a trainer had dropped off at the farm and never came back to retrieve him. They went all over the world together, first with Johto, then Kanto, and stopped before going off to Hoenn because they were able to get on to the boat that has now crashed on these islands that he has heard nothing about.

Personality: Much like Daniel, he loves to be active and enjoys battling more than his trainer does. He can get a little hardheaded sometimes but he is still a loveable Pokémon.

Description: Arcanine has no special features to him.
Personality: Arcanine acts like a leader. He usually points out trails that they should follow to the next area and he can also be very protective. Daniel thinks that while he was a Growlithe he was a leader of a small pack.

Description: Larvitar has a red spot on the tip of his tail
Personality: A curious Pokémon Larvitar is. He tends to like to try a combination of moves while battling that Daniel hasn't tried yet but he also likes to walk off from Daniel sometimes which can throw them off track sometimes.

Description: Bell is a short person in height (for her age) and has a thin body. She has long, black hair, which reaches quite past her shoulders. Bell's hair strangely always stays straight and is clipped on the sides with a clip to keep her hair from flowing towards her face. Her face always seems to be smiling and her eyes are a bright brown hazlenut colour.

She usually wears a white cap with a picture of a PokeBall on the front. She wears a short sleeved black shirt with a blue jacket that Bell wears over her shirt and also red shorts. On her feet she wears 'quite' long light blue socks and a pair of white (with a blue stripe going through) sport shoes.

Personality: Bell sometimes has a quiet nature and likes to stay quiet until somebody talks to her. If you really befriend her, you can see her true nature as an active 14 year old with a childish nature. Shes always kind to Pokemon and takes pity on other people with sad history or past times. She does sometimes cry when things just get too out of hand or hearing sad stories. But she is not always childish, whenever theres the need to become serious she does and its quite surprising how serious she becomes. Bell LOVES to draw and whenever she has the time she likes to draw her Pokemon and also other Pokemon as well (shes very good at drawing too ^^). And other than that Bell has a kind personality and cares about other people and Pokemon's health too.
During battle, Bell is never over-confident but has enough confidence to keep on going. She doesn't tend to switch out her Pokemon unless they are seriously hurt. If her Pokemon do get hurt badly then she retreats from battle and accepts defeat.

History: Bell lived a normal life, with her parents and brother and sister that would always support her through her dreams and hardships. Her sister was the Ranger of the forest that Bell's family always takes care of and her brother was a talented Pokemon trainer, not exactly famous, but talented. Bell is required to, when she is older become the Ranger of the forest.
When her brother came back after his third journey, right before Bell's 10th birthday, he gave her a very hyper-active Poochyena for her starter Pokemon, which Bell soon named Darkness. Bell traveled through Hoenn with Darkness (also getting other team members along the way) as a Pokemon Trainer and she soon defeated all the gyms. Bell got up to the Top 30 and then there lost to a more experienced trainer. She then gave up on becoming a Pokemon Master and just decided to travel the Pokemon World and have fun.

Other: Bell keeps her Pokemon outside their PokeBall rather than keeping them inside. She believes the PokeBalls are 'uncomfortable' because of her thoughts when she was younger.

But Bell love's his active nature very much and Darkness also resembles Bell in a way. Darkness dislikes Pokemon which are too over-confident and does have a snap at them once in a while (but he NEVER hurts Bell's friend's Pokemon). During battle, Darkness specialises in attacks from far range like Shadow Ball and also Darkness uses has a lot of attack power rather than defense.

In battles, Flare uses speed to dodge her opponents attacks and then use quick speed to attack and ram into the foe. Flare specialises in close range attacks.

Personality: Usually a kind and outgoing Pokemon to the one’s that Fruit trusts, it will protect others in the face of danger. The only way you can see Fruit’s true, kind self, they must first gain his trust, which isn’t too much of a hard thing to do. Fruit hates bossy people/Pokemon and usually gives them the other side of him, the cold and ‘unkind’ side.
During battles, Fruit doesn’t back down and attacks with all his might. Fruit likes to attack from the sky when Pokemon seem to not notice him. Fruit mostly uses speed and then attack. Battles in the sky are what Fruit excels in.
Other: The 5 pieces of fruit around Fruit’s neck can be eaten, but he will only allow others to eat the fruit if there is consent from his owner. Fruit can only carry two humans while flying with one light Pokemon (for example Charmander) or 2 (sometimes 3 if he is high in energy) medium sized (Jolteon and Flaaffy for example) Pokemon.

Items: A watterlogged journal, a leather necklace with a white feather on it, a waterproof egg carton containing four eggs, and his Pokedex.

Description: Skinny as a rail and with shoulder-length light brown hair, Travis stands at five foot six. His clothing consists of a light purple shirt, a green scarf (worn for fashion purposes only), and a pair of waterlogged jeans. His eyes are a slightly off-shade of hazel, and his canine teeth appear slightly longer then most. (No, not insinuating anything here- I have longer-then-average canines myself, and that's my only reason for inclusion.)

Personality: A deep thinker, Travis contemplates many things, such as the concept of death, life, what comes after, and the evils of capitalism. Due to his highly philosophical outlook on life, Travis doesn't often show negative emotions as he believes that such things only serve to cause others around you pain. He's a bit of an optimist, and as such can be a real pain when others are concerned on his behalf- to give an example, if Travis lost one of his fingers he would probably shrug it off and say "Oh, that finger was always getting in my way" as opposed to the more traditional "AAAHH! MY FINGER! MY FINGER!". In addtion to these qualities, Travis is very understanding when it comes to personal loss, and often goes out of his way to comfort people. Travis enjoys Pokemon battles for sport, but takes the law of not using Pokemon to settle disputes very seriously.

History: When Travis was ten, his mother died of a heart condition that nobody had known about. After getting over the initial grief, Travis began forming his personal philosophy. He decided that since other people had gone through the same loss, he shouldn't let it affect his life, and should instead offer help to others. One year later, he met up with his Zangoose, Ryota, and began travelling. His mission as a Pokemon trainer was really just to have as much fun with his Pokemon and see as much of the world as possible. His four year career as a trainer has many highlights, including numerous battles in cash-prize tournaments, which he lost most of. Travis's main problem has always been money, and he is constantly attempting to earn more not out of greed but necessity.

Other: Travis thinks that the Japanese language is fun to speak, so he often adds honoratives to people's names, and nicknamed Ryota using a common name from Japan. Additionally, Travis does not capture Pokemon using Pokeballs, preferring to allow them to follow him as partners until they wish to leave. If he needs additional Pokemon for battles, he usually borrows them.

Personality: Ryota is Travis's only Pokemon at the time, and considers himself top dog. Ryota has a close bond with his trainer, and enjoys his position as Travis's brother. Actually, there isn't a lot that he doesn't enjoy about being with his trainer, due to their close friendship, which allows them to communicate fairly easily. His loves in life include eggs, female Pokemon, and high intensity Pokemon battles. He's also a bit of a strategist himself, often coming up with new and different tactics for Travis to use in their battles. He's also a friendly type of guy, unlike most of his species, and is only downright hateful to Seviper as a general rule.

He is famous at most cities where tournaments are held , and has won alot of money but instead of keeping it he donated it to the abandoned pokemon association and orphanages around the world when he was 10. He loves his pokemon and showed that he cares for others by donating the money. He only goes to tourneys for fun and helping. Currently he is stuck on Metona but still has many of his supplies.

History: Arlynn had an average childhood on a Farm just North of Eckrutek, the only people she trusted or was allowed to talk to was her direct family. Description: Xiatus is your average 16 year old except for one thing. Standing at an impressive 6', Xiatus is constantly looked up to. (Haha... get it?) Weighing a lean 160 pounds, Xiatus fills out his frame quite nicely without any "extras". He likes wearing comfortable clothes, and can usually be seen in his navy-blue jeans with pocket watch attached, black long-sleeved shirt, and a grey vest (halfway zipped) on top. His running shoes are somewhat worn, but very comfortable after taking the shape of his flat foot. His wild brown hair is almost below is ear, and he is used to having his bangs in his eyes. Completing his outfit is his khaki Knapsack, which never leaves his... erm... back. With its single strap going diagnally across his chest, his pack contains a few necessities, including some potions, berries, extra pokeballs, and his pokeblock case, chocked full of his pokemon's favorite blends.

Personality: Rarely the pessimist, Xiatus can make any situation into a joke. Although a few of his jokes are corny, he'll most likely get a smile out of anyone. That has always been the best quality of Xiatus, his sense of humor. But, once he starts battling or competing, Xiatus can be as serious as anyone.

History: Leading a rather normal life, Xiatus grew up in Fortree City. His father was a businessman constantly traveling back and forth from Lilycove. His mother, an ex-coordinator, acts as the stay-at-home mom. When he started his pokemon journey at the age of 12, he was given a Scyther from his mother. After nearly a year of traveling, Xiatus began focusing on becoming a good pokemon coordinator. He won his first contest with his Scyther. Although he isn't a pushover at battling, he really enjoys contests. They give him ways to test his mind to come up with new combinations and maneuvers. Invited on a cruise for his contest superiority, Xiatus finds himself on a strange island after his lifeboat was carried there.

Other: Although Xiatus is rather intelligent, he isn't one to use a bunch of big words. Being extremely shy about his intelligence growing up, he's now able to use his knowledge to help anyone in need, which he enjoys. Early in life, the shyer Xiatus often failed tests on purpose. Eventually, Xiatus overcame his fear and discovered that he actually had more freinds when he was just being himself.

Personality: Extremely calm, Knives is a very agile Scizor. Exactly like his trainer, his serious side only comes out when he is in a contest or battling. Knives prefers small, quick attacks rather than going all-out on his competitor. He does, however like to finish off strong. Always striving to discover his full potential, he isn't one to skip out on a training session.

Other: Although he is proud of his acheivements in contests, Knives prefers not to wear his ribbons for fear of damaging them.

Description: Marty is a very beautiful Milotic.

Personality: Although Marty's Beauty was maxed in order for her to evolve, she definately isn't stuck-up. She is very elegant in her movement, and a wonder to behold in battle.

Other: When Marty was a Feebas, she found an Everstone which never left her sight. This posed a problem for Xiatus, who wanted her to evolve. Not wanting to push her, Xiatus let the Feebas keep her stone. Feebas was grateful for what her trainer had done, so she gave up her stone in order to evolve for her trainer. However, once she had evolved, Xiatus gave her back her favorite stone, which now is around her neck via a silver chain.

Description: Nova has a scar on his left hind leg.

Personality: Sometimes a hot-head, Nova is the exact opposite of Knives. Suprisingly, the two do get along... sometimes.

Other: Nova was found in a bush near Ecruteak City. His trainer had apparently abandoned him after he was seriously injured. He became an invaluable mamber of Xiatus's team after being nursed to health. He can become enraged very easily in battle, but instead of becoming uncontrolable, he listens even more intently to defeat his foe and prove himself. Ironically, Nova is afraid of large crowds and refuses to take part in contests.

He wears nothing special, just a white long-sleeved shirt, with a light blue short-sleeved shirt on top, and blue jeans. The backpack he carries is black. and the belts he uses is dark red.

Personality: Atreyu is usually a very nice person, who may some times have a problem with keeping his mouth shut to other guy's girls. But he loves paying compliments to beautiful girls whenever he can get a chance. Despite his usual niceness, however, he can be filled with rage if someone does anything to annoy of harm his friends. On top of everything else, he is a very driven young man, with an unbelievable love for his four pokemon. His ultimate dream is to be the best pokemon trainer out of any others, but he knows, or rather, thinks he can't do it because there are so many other people, but he still does his absolute best in training and battling despite his feelings.

History: Not very special here either, a normal kid, born and raised 'til his 12th birthday when he got his first pokemon. He was supposed to wait until he was 13, but there was an accident at his home land, so the professor there gave it to him a year early. His mother is 45 and father passed away. He also has a brother, who is supposed to be 21, but disappered a long time ago.

Other: The necklace he holds is a keepsake from his father, who passed away when he was only 4 years old.

Items: A water bottle, a sandwich bag full of Gummy Ursarings, a beach towel, sunscreen, and a watch.

Description: Brielle's appearance can really only be described in two words: Sickeningly cute. With a petite stature(Being only around 5' 2") and somewhat of a 'baby face', she is often mistaken for being much younger than she actually is. (Something that irks her to no end.) She has a 'pear' figure, with a smaller upper body and somewhat larger hips, and has a light tan complexion. Her hair is a light blonde color, and is cut so that it is short in the back and gradually tapers down to around chin-length in the front. She also has long bangs that curve to the left and frame her face, which, along with the light freckles along her nose and cheeks, emphasize her large, chocolate-brown eyes. Unlike her eyes, the rest of her features are rather diminutive.
Unfortunately for her, because she had been tanning by the ship's swimming pool when all the turmoil began, Bri's outfit only consists of a damp, olive green bikini, flip-flops, and a coral-pink zip-up hoodie she was able to scavenge at the last minute.

Personality: Bri appears to be a cheerful, friendly girl, albeit somewhat shy. She hates conflict and always tries to please others: She will always try to do so, even at the sacrifice of her own happiness or well-being, denying any displeasure on her part all the while. She is also extremely polite to others- so much so that she is often too polite, making her actions seem forced and insincere. (Which they probably are, for the most part, considering that Bri secretly doesn't like people too much.) This is her downfall, really, as it keeps people at a distance, 'causing Bri to have trouble creating any kind of close relationship with new people.

History: The daughter of the Violet City PokeMart owner, Bri grew up in a fairly normal environment at first. Her early life, for the most part, had always been pleasant, but uneventful- The only event of real value was when Brielle caught Charlie after the Ghost Pokemon was found lurking in her house when she was seven years old. (Charlie was still not officially hers until she was old enough to own Pokemon, mind you.)
Later on, her life was still rather uneventful until the day Bri witnessed her father being shot by some nameless thug trying to rob the store after being angered 'by her father's disrespect' (In truth, he was just giving a lame excuse for his actions.). Although her father fully recovered, Bri couldn't get over the overwhelming guilt that she could've done something to stop it, and soon after picked up her habit of being overly-polite as to not incite peoples' anger. Soon after that incident, she decided to leave her home of Violet City in order to 'clear her mind'.
It's been many years since then, and Bri has yet to come back home, having found herself absorbed into the life of a wandering Pokemon trainer. (Of course, she hasn't lost contact with her parents or anything: She still sends them letters and gives them phone calls every so often.) Now, like everyone else, Bri is stuck on the Isles, and she currently wonders if she should have visited her parents before leaving on the cruise.
Other: Having grown up in a PokeMart, Bri is a very good with money. Being on the Isles, this is pretty much useless, but I figured I'd mention it nonetheless. :D

Description: Wears her Choice Band around her left arm. Otherwise, nothing special.

Personality: Inherently sassy in nature, Charlie is proud almost to the point of arrogance, and is, for the most part, the complete opposite of her trainer. She has an extreme 'know-it-all' air about her, and as a general rule, holds little to no respect for the human species, or even other Pokemon. (The sole exception to this rule being Bri, although at first glance you wouldn't think so.) She also seems to have no sense of empathy and is a bit of a hedonist, doing what she pleases whether or not it is deemed morally right. (For example: If some old man was dying and gave her something to give to his last Pokemon, she would probably just take it for herself.) This being said, however, she does occasionally do good deeds out of guilt(Usually when something involves Bri.), proving that she does, at least, have a conscience, even if she doesn't listen to it often.

Other: Although inseparable these days, Charlie and Bri's relationship has not always been so pleasant: In the past, Charlie's superiority complex and high distaste of humans caused extreme tension between the two. (It also resulted in Bri giving Charlie a male's name out of spite: Something that Charlie has yet to forgive completely.) The two still get into squabbles now and again, but now their arguments are much more playful in nature.

If you'll check 4gt10//Kitsune's created threads you'll notice he made a fan fic out of this role play. That probably means he doesn't intend to start it, plus he hasn't replied to this thread since making it and hasn't been on since the 2nd. The RP is about as dead as it can get.
