I think thats about the best you can do with Absol. You can try Rock slide or Baton Pass over Quick attack

Wingull (Superbird) Lv.23

Wingull doesn't get Shock Wave ._. We can't stress how important it is not to use two attacking moves of the same type. As far as a filler, you can use Toxic or Substitute. Wingull/Pelipper has very limited use as it is, even less in-game.

Focus Punch is just something to keep in mind when you become a more experienced battler. Medicham's Attack is nothing to be neglected.

Find something else, like Tropious or Wailord to be your HM slave. Aggron isn't too great with special moves

I understand at the moment you aren't in position to obtain certain moves such as Rock Slide and Double-Edge, but these are just some sets I'm recommending. At the moment I'm not in the correct mindset to thoroughly explain my recommendations, so hopefully aragornbird or shanecdavis will follow up on this post.

Wingull does get Shock Wave other wise my brother's wouldn't have shock wave as one of its moves.

Ah, that's a mistake on my part. I'm just used to seeing HP Grass on NU teams. Shock Wave is a decently valid move in that case.
