I'm not going to rate this team, because I'm not good at Emerald Pokemon (I like the FR/LG ones) but just a suggestion you should make your pokemon to be rated like this so it's easier to read:
[Pokemon] @ [Held Item]
[Nature]
[Ability]
-[Attack 1]
-[Attack 2]
-[Attack 3]
-[Attack 4]
I really don't think anyone cares what ribbons they have, and your EVs look more like their Stats which are not needed. Please only put information that will be needed to rate your team, it really makes it easier for people to rate your team this way.

Thanks exokriz, that saved me some time.

BLAZIKEN (M)
lvl100
Ability:Ups Fire moves in a pinch
Timid nature
Ribbons: (1).Champion-beating, Hall of fame member ribbon. (2).Beauty contest normal rank winner. (3).Ribbon award for being a hard worker.
Held item:quick claw
EV:attack=266 defense=186 SP.attack=270 SP.defense=160 speed=231
Attacks:Rock Smash, Dig, Cut, Blaze Kick
Rock Smash, Dig, and Cut are all HMs. We dismiss these moves in terms of effective movesets. Here's what it should look closer to:
- Fire Blast/Flamethrower/Blaze Kick
- Swords Dance
- Sky Uppercut
- Rock Slide
Thats a standard set, however, since your Blaziken is timid, you can replace Swords dance with Thunderpunch. Quick Claw is looked down on in terms of an item, but I guess you can roll with it in-game.
SWAMPERT (M)
lvl100
Ability:Ups water moves in a pinch
Lax nature
Ribbons: (1).Champion-beating, Hall of fame member ribbon. (2).Ribbon award for being a hard worker.
Held item:Leftovers
EV:Attack=262 Defense=242 Sp.Attack=210 Sp.Defense=180 Speed=160
Attacks:Earthquake, Surf, Waterfall, Dive
Dismissing Waterfall and Dive atm. Surf is about the only useful HM to use.
- Earthquake
- Surf / Curse
- Ice Beam / Curse
- Protect / Rest
You'd have to breed for Curse, so Protect or Rest work just fine. You can really abuse Protect with LEftovers, so good job.
VENUSAUR (M)
lvl60
Ability:Ups grass moves in a pinch
Rash nature
Held items:Rawst berry
EV:Attack=131 Defense=134 Sp.Attack=157 Sp.Defense=126 Speed=131
Attacks:Solarbeam, Razor leaf, Sleep powder, Frenzy plant
Here's the skinny: Solarbeam is a two turn setup, and Frenzy Plant recharges after use. Meanwhile you can do just as much damage within two turns with Razor Leaf, only you have the option to switch out on the second turn if you need to. Solarbeam is only good with Chlorophyll/Effective Sunny Day users (i.e Vileplume or Houndoom, not so much Houndoom). Frenzy Plant is dismissed for having to recharge.
- Sleep Powder
- Leech Seed
- Razor Leaf/Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
Razor Leaf is the better choice for having more PP. Leftovers is generally best here.
MILTANK (F)
lvl40
Ability:Heat-and-cold protection
Relaxed nature
Held item:Moomoo milk
EV:Attack=80 Defense=110 Sp.Attack=41 Sp.Defense=61 Speed=81
Attacks:Stomp, Milk Drink, Bide, Rollout
Rollout has never really worked outside the Anime, lol
- Milk Drink
- Heal Bell
- Curse / Earthquake / Shadow Ball
- Body Slam
You can also use Thunder Wave and Seismic Toss in the last two slots, but that's boring. Great nature btw. Go with Leftovers;Moomoo milk doesnt do anything as a hold item.
SALAMENCE (F)
lvl:65
Ability:Lowers the foe's attack.
Impish nature
Ribbons: (1).Champion-beating, Hall of fame member ribbon.
Held Item:Shell bell
EV:Attack=194 Defense=128 Sp.Attack=162 Sp.Defense=125 Speed=164
Attacks: Protect, Crunch, Dragonbreath, Fly
Kinda makes me sad. Let's fix this immediately.
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide / Fire Blast
- Aerial Ace
- Dragon Dance / Fire Blast
Since DD is a breeding move, you can just use Fire Blast. Double-Edge works too if you're into that. Consider Choice Band if you're not using Dragon Dance
MEDICHAM (M)
lvl48
Ability:Raises attack
Impish nature
Held item:Quick claw
EV:Attack=72 Defense=90 Sp.Attack=67 Sp.Defense=81 Speed=96
Attacks:Mind Reader, Strength, Hi Jump Kick, Reversal
Also a good Choice Bander when its not using Bulk Up
- Hi Jump Kick/Brick Break
- Shadow Ball
- Rock Slide
- Focus Punch/Bulk Up
gotta love that sexy attack
Ok, that is it so start the criticism.
I noticed you attempted listed EVs, but what you really listed were the stats. Those are two completely different, but interrelated things that my guide on this forum explains.
Your team has some slight problems taking hits from Flying types.

well your elementals are very good but maybe get a few pokemon that have moves that block other pokemon types

What is that supposed to mean? You don't really need Tanks / Walls In-Game as for the lack of brains by the AI. If you use all out sweepers it should work.
Also, for the Topic Creator it is a general point that you shouldn't have more than 2 of the same type Attacking moves on the same Pokemon. As in, don't put Surf and Dive on Swampert.
