Actually his suggestion that is standard, don't post if you don't know what you're talking about. Swampert can use Ice Beam to effectively 2HKO Mence and still Curse effectivly. Also that set gets STAB from Earthquake.

No you said Ice Beam on a Pokemon with little special attack, no STAB. You didn't specify and single move. You should have said Ice beam on a Pokemon with little special attack and Ice Beam doesn't get STAB, because Pert get's STAB with EQ, you should have specifiyed that you were talking about Ice Beam.

Nobody leaves swampy out on zappy these days because too many zappys have hp grass, ya so swampy cant really touch zappy.

One you use that cool prediction to switch and if they try to HP you it's most likely Grass.

Swampert it slow man. Think about it when someone uses Curse they use it on slow Pokemon, (or with Aero and White Herb but that's silly) because they don't care about it's speed. Sometimes people set Speed to outrun other Curseing Perts so they can win the Cursewar but that doesn't really matter to me unless you're using CurseRoar Pert. xd

Also with Ice Beam you do around 30% to Zappy and he does around 90% to Pert with HP [Grass].

Anyway the point is Ice Beam Swapert is grand. If you don't think so odds are you suck. ^_^
