I don't think there is any glaring weaknesses but maybe the evs need some work on.

I'm not sure if Rest and Sleep Talk work well with Choice Band.
Weezing needs to be Impish. Satk is useless on it, Atk is needed for Sludge Bomb. Same with Donphan.
You have 4 Pokémon with +Def natures. That's redundant. Turn Celebi into a special wall. Celebi should have either 240 or 252 HP EVs for 401 or 404 HP. It doesn't need all that speed, put it in SDef.

I believe Kintar was reffering to the nature. Why have Relaxed nature on a Pokémon that doesn't need Sp.Atk? And why Bold on Weezing when its only attacking move is physical? Kintar was reffering to the nature all along, and the bolded part in the next quote should have made it obvious. -.-

I just use 252 atk / 252 Def and 4 HP xd. I dunno about Stalk Meta though, I don't even really use Metagross anymore to be honest.

Donphan (M) @ Choice Band ** Long.nose

Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Rock Slide

You don't have a Spiker so you don't need Roar because you can get rid of stat-ups with Haze!

Heracross (M) @ Choice Band ** Phear.Meh
Trait: Guts
EVs: 116 HP / 180 Atk / 72 Def / 140 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Sleep Talk
- Focus Punch
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide

Now you can absorb sleep. ^_^ You only need 240-41 speed stat, that spread gives you 241 to maybe beat stuff like Zappy and other Hera's that didn't spread against you and use 241 to tie you or 242 to beat you.

Weezing (M) @ Leftovers ** Fugly

EVs: 200 HP / 100 Atk / 208 Def
Impish Nature
- Haze
- Pain Split
- Sludge Bomb

WATCH OUT FOR HERAAAAAA!!!!!! Also I forgot standard Weezing EVs and those are it.

I suggest you use Cleric since you can abuse since Donphan doesn't like burn or Toxic and Weezing doesn't either and Rest is abusive with Clerics, and yes I am aware you have Stalk Meta but sometimes it ****s you over.

EVs: 240 HP / 212 Def / 24 Spd / 16 SAtk / 16 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Surf

I have always used those EVs and they still work.

I don't think there is any glaring weaknesses but maybe the evs need some work on.

The team I posted would have much of a problem sweeping this watch out for Hera's they have the potential to sweep you.

Thanks, but Mullet I feel my team is lacking attack power, so STalkHera doesn't really benefit my team, CBhera gives my team aggression and more power IMO.

Umm that was a standard CBHera, Mullet added Stalk to absorb sleep instead of being crippled by sleepers
