Wonderful. If you really want to take some EVs from HP, you should take it from Speed IMO.

Impish nature. You might try Rock Slide over either Toxic or Iron Tail. Attack isn't Steelix best choice stats to flood EVs with, so make sure to add more HP. you can use a 190-200 stat total in SDef to take some of the lesser special hits and shrug off stuff like Ice Beam a bit easier.

Standard.

Suicune's pride comes from having "No Weak". For that to happen, it has to shrug off attacks from the physical side and let its CMs help on the special side. In other words, use Bold Nature and alot of Defense. Don't worry too much about Sdef. You can use some speed EVs to outrun other Suicunes to roar before they do (about 28 EVs should do).

I can't really say I see this switching in on Maggie Thunderbolts, or even while it subs without getting screwed. I can't say I know if Focus Punch works on a set like this, but if your mind knows how to predict, then more power to ya. Try Thunder over Fire Blast to take on Cune.

Nothing too glaringly weak aside from a few special sweepers, namely Raikou. I can't see it doing too much damage to standard stall teams though.

The Raikou / Zappy weakness is part of the reason why I used Calm Suicune considering I already have Steelix for a Physical Wall.

Zapdos and Raikou still do way too much damage to Suicune. You also have DDTar to worry about, as it'll sweep late game with spikes set, and can actually take a suicune surf or steelix Earthquake after it DDs.
