FR/LG Starter Team RMT

Before anyone says it I know someone is going to say "Having a team with starters sucks" I am aware of this but this is an ingame team. This team is actually pretty effective and can kick some major butt, but I have a feeling that it could be a little bit better. Before you rate, Change any of the pokemon, except Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise, if you see a need too.
I will be making frequent changes to this post until the team is perfect
