Okay, ive updated my last team.. kinda similar but a bit ..well.. updated xD
Keep in mind plz that i DO have Emerald and Sapphire, but not the others..
Also, Please don't switch the pokemon, i would really love to use these 6
Oh, lolz, and one more thing xD I don't play competitive, but i mgiht later on..

Looks fine to me.

Venomoth @ Leftovers (Mild):
Giga Drain
Signal Beam/Psychic
Sludge Bomb/Psychic
Sleep Powder/Stun Spore

Sadly, Venomoth actually likes having Psychic due to its very limited special movepool, but good Sp.Atk. I really don't see the point in having a nature that only boosts the power of one move so Psychic over Signal Beam or Sludge Bomb. Venomoth sucks pretty badly, but anything works in-game so keep it if you want.

Flareon @ Choice Band (Lonely):
Flamethrower/Fire Blast/Overheat
Iron Tail/Quick Attack
Body Slam
Shadow Ball

Flareon likes CB, enough said.

Exeggutor @ Leftovers (Quiet):
Leech Seed/Sleep Powder/Stun Spore/Explosion
Psychic
Sunny Day/Reflect
Solarbeam

Reflect is not an option over Sunny Day. A Pokémon that has Solarbeam but not Sunny Day (if it isn't meant as a Groudon counter in ubers) is a very sad Pokémon indeed. Stun Spore, Sleep Powder and Explosion are all better options over Leech Seed imo, but if you insist on keeping it, then do.

Aerodactyl @ Choice Band (Adament):
Rock Slide
Aerial Ace
Double-Edge (Has Rock Head ability)
Earthquake

Why would you give Aerodactyl a sucky move like Steel Wing or give it Return with Double-Edge when it can learn the oh so awesome Earthquake? Aerodactyl likes Jolly nature imo, but it's your choice again.

Electabuzz(Modest):

Thunder
Rain Dance
Thunder Wave
Light Screen

Thunderdancing Electabuzz is pure garbage if it doesn't support the rest of the party (and even then, I wouldn't reccomend it), and Blastoise is your only other Pokémon that benefits from Rain Dance, so... =\ In my opinion the schmexiest in-game Electabuzz that also works competitively is:

Electabuzz @ Leftovers
Lonely nature (+Atk, - Def)
Ability: Static

- Focus Punch
- Thunder/Thunderbolt
- Substitute
- Thunder Wave/Light Screen

Thunder is fun for the parahax and a STABed Thunder can OHKO more than a STABed Thunderbolt.

Another good set is:

Electabuzz @ Petaya Berry/Leftovers
Timid (+ Spd, Atk)/Modest (+ Sp.Atk, - Atk) nature
Ability: Static

- Thunderbolt/Thunder
- Ice Punch
- Hidden Power [Grass]/Fire Punch/Psychic (For in-game use)
- Substitute

This thing hits and it hits hard. This set is for competitive battles, though, but works in-game with Lefties.

Ok, sorry, well i will from now on but can i not include Evs cuz i don;t use those,, too much work/compliactions right now, i want to actually make a half decent team first then i am going to remake it WITH EVs (i think) and thanx guys, adn ya, if so, i'll use Explosion over LS xD and i felt tempted to put Psychic on Veno, but alst time i posted Veno w/ Psychic some1 told me that i should never put a psychic mvoe on a non-psychic pokemon. And for teh Electabuzz, i'll use the alst oen you mentioned, i like the setup adn looks good, thanx guys!

You can get 2 from the Snorlax locations, you can start another game on a different cartidge of FR/LG and get another 2 from the snorlax locations and trade them over to the other game or you can get them from the Battle Frontier in Emerald.

Choice Bands aren't in FR/LG. They're only in R/S/E.
