Hey,
I've been thinking about OHKO moves, and Their hidden effects are (i think) the accuracy of this move is increased by the difference between the two pokemon's level's divided by 128. IF this is true, could u get a lvl 5 pokemon, with Quick Claw or maybe a Ninjask with Quick claw (at lvl 25 or sumfing) and have it with moves like guillotine(dunno if it is in it's moveset)

I'm curious where you got your numbers from, or how you even began to figure it out.
Either way, a Level 5 poke will probably never be able to learn a 1-hit KO move, even through breeding (correct me if I'm wrong, as I may be). And even so, a Level 5 will be so utterly slow against a higher level that it would be nearly pointless trying it, and not worth the added space, even with the benefit of a Quick Claw. Just replace it with a higher level - it'll be better off.
As for the pure mathematics of the matter, tell me how you came up with your numbers, and then I'll make something of it.

This would be better fitting in the Strategies and Movesets forum.

Though the specifics in numbers are lost to me, I do believe this phenomena exists, as I was EV training my level 70 Kyogre against some level 3-5 Whismurs, and any Sheer Colds I used against them never missed once.

Really? Oh well, it really doesn't make much difference competitively since all pokes on competitive teams are level 100 anyway.

It is still a super gay concept because then the lower-level Poke has to rely on Quick Claw to go first, which has an even less percentage of happening than the base accuracy of the move in the first place.
As Synch said, works GREAT the other way though.

^ Yeah, he's right, your chances are just so slim. You've got a ten percent chance of the quick claw working, and then you have to deal with the accuracy of the move. Unless you're big on luck, only use ohko moves on pokemon who learn mind-reader or lock-on.

Wait, I thought Quick Claw's success rate was something like 3%? Anyway, OHKO moves don't work on higher level pokes, lol. It even says so in the ingame description. Besides, Jask can't learn any OHKOs. Bad strategy, I say, and besides, it would be overly lame if it did work.

I don't think anyone should use one hit KO attacks anyway as they are too inaccurate.
just use an attack that does alot of damge but is accurate enough to hit often.
