Water Spout at full health does more than 50% to anything not named Blissey or Kyogre, and even then, it does at least 40%.

[Azn] CrabNebula: Forry is awesome in Kyogre's rain.
I opted for Earthquake over Rapid Spin since I have 3 spike resists. Also kinda helps vs Metagross.

Tee Hee. Second Parasupport. With usual SAtk EVs, Kyogre needs 3 non-CMed Ice Beams to take it down, which is plenty enough time to Wish, Thunder Wave, Wish, and Calm Mind.
