Encorezam rules. Encore when your opponent does a non-attacking move, CM up, and sweep. If that isn't doing it for you, Thunderpunch is a good option. Recover isn't.

Yes, TEN. As in the worst Def stat in the game (other than its pre-evo Chansey's 5). That said, since Blissey has such high HP (base 255), if you go Bold and then max Def, it can actually take a non-STAB Earthquake.

Lugia is, but the rest he listed are moreso physical "tanks" rather than "walls" in which there is a difference. I would say Lugia is a wall for its great HP and Defense, and its ability to use Reflect at such a high base speed.

As far as that Steelix, it's fine, just use Rock Slide over Double-Edge. You can use Explosion over Iron Tail or Toxic.

Umbreon and Suicune can wall both physical and special though they are both better against special then physical. They can be used for the job through (in my opinion)
