This is a poem I decided to write. It is inspired by a few pent up emotions of mine tha tI needed to get out. I hope you like it!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
What makes a man think
that just because he is special,
no one else shares his traits?
Is it the fact that he practically
had to kill to get where he is in life,
or just because he gets paid a lot?
I would like to ask this man
what makes us all inferior
or otherwise low and base.
He would probably reply,
"Well, hell son, you just wait.
You might get here one day."
What makes a man think
that just because he is wealthy,
he can sit upon the world like a throne?
Is it the fact that he practically
had to steal to get what he has in life,
or just because he demeans a lot?
I would like to ask this man
what makes us seem so poor,
or otherwise cheap and insecure.
He would probably reply,
"Well, hell son, you just wait,
you might make as much as me one day.
What makes a man think
that just because he is high class,
he can act as a magnifying glass among ants?
Is it the fact that he practically
had to destroy to get what he earned in life,
or just because he hurts a lot.
I would like to as this man
what makes us so easy to hate,
or otherwise young and with a still functioning heart.
He would probably reply,
"Well, hell son, you just wait,
you might hate as much as I do one day."
What makes a man think,
that just because he is lonely,
he can act as if nothing is wrong?
Is it the fact that he practically
had to lose everything to get where he is in life,
or just because he doesn't have anyone.
I would like to ask this man
what makes him so appealing to us,
or otherwise exciting and inviting.
He would probably reply,
"Well, hell son, you just wait,
you will end up just like me one day."
