i skipped the ss anne by trading a pokemon that already had cut and i was going to pass it when i saw you could surf there, and when you went far enough there was a road floating in the middle of the water and there was a truck blocking the path. i \'ve heard rumors that mew is under there.

does any one know whats there

Nothing, Its just a stupid story people made up, It doesnt work, although i think you can move the truck with strenght and thats about all it does.

You shouldn't believe the rumours you find on the net, as most are usually just a way to waste your time.
The Truck is unmoveable, and there is nothing under it. Always been that way.
