Do you visit the Pokemon sections?

Inspired by another (sadly locked) thread in the OVP, who else actually just got struck back in reality that this IS a Pokemon board, where there's all kinds of subforums about the Pokemon anime, Pokemon game, Pokemon emulation, Pokemon TCG and Pokemon fanfics?

Really... the "other" section makes up for such a huge bulk of PC activity, along with a locked up thread about the creator of Pokemon due to it being 'pointless' I just have to wonder who actually visit PC because the P in PC stands for "Pokemon"?

I visit MCG loads, so yeah, I do.
But really, besides that, I don't post in much other Pokemon related places.
Out of all, my time is mostly spent in the offtopic ones, and almost always had been.

I know I originally joined for the Pokémon, even if it was just for the Pokémon clubs and sprites...

Sadly, I don't on a regular basis. I think part of it is because I feel dumb when talking about Pokémon. I don't play Pokémon for the strategy, it's been ages since I've played the games or watched the show, so what does that leave me? Pokémon General, but I don't feel like I can get into the threads, even though it's like the Pokémon OVP for the most part. I'm kind of hoping that D/P will help me feel better about my Pokémon skills, but we'll see what happens.

I do like to read though. That's about all I do in the Pokémon sections these days... well, other than mod, when I feel comfortable with it.

I used to just wander into some of the Pokemon sections for the sake of saying "there, I've checked this forum, I'm staff, and now I don't feel guilty." Now I don't have to, hooray. XD I still check Pokemon General from time to time since, like Sammi said, that's the only place I really feel I can be of any use in a discussion. But again, I never have much to say in those threads anyway. XD;

Basically, I have almost all the Pokemon sections hidden so I don't even have to see them when I scroll past. o_o; So that should answer the question.

Yep, I visit them a lot. My main domain is the Pokemon General and Anime, everywhere else I feel pretty much out of place (or ignored :o). So it's usually there, or Member Fanclubs.

I haven't visited a Pokémon-related sector of this installation in at least over a year; the only time I recall visiting a Pokémon-related sector was when I was first deployed here, and that was all the way back in June '05.

When it comes down to it, I'm just here for the non-Pokémon-related sectors and the personnel deployed in those sectors.

I joined because it was a Pokemon forum. And when I was just starting out here, I hung out a lot in the General Pokemon section. Not anymore though. My knowledge of Pokemon is limted/out-dated, so if I go into those sections, I'm overwhelmed.

Thus, the only Pokemon section I go into is Pokemon Fanfiction. That's the only place I have enough knowledge of to hold my own. Other than that, OVP is where I mostly go.

I joined because I was playing the Pokémon games at the time and was searching on Google on... how to do something. I never really posted in the Pokémon areas, just lurked in them picking up new hints for the games.

Then recently I've lost a lot, if not all my interest for Pokémon so I don't even search through the Pokemon General area like I used to. Shame, really...

I don't visit the actual forums a lot - but then again, I tend to live on the New Posts page, so I don't visit because I usually don't see a need to do so. I'm not all that active in any of them, at least not at the moment; there's often not much that catches my interest there. :/

(Although it figures that even as I say this, I would forget I have a tab open with Pokemon General in it. Hah.)

Unless it's in a place where I normally post, I never look around the forums, unless it's dead and unactive. I've just gotten into the habit, over the last three years of just clicking New Posts over and over. If you stalked me through a day whilst I was on PC, you would probably only see me in threads, stalking you, or searching. o_O;

But for Pokemon forums, I visit them sometimes, for spriting, or other stuff. Such as fanclubs, although I haven't joined a general MCG club in a long time, I just jump into member fanclubs, I quit with Pokemon fanclubs ages ago. But I still go in there for the occasional wander around, like in the Spriting section, or the comics, it's nice to see other things, pfft.

I dont really visit the gaming or fanfic forums too often but I go to the fanart, anime and general discussion. I also often go to the Misty and Pokesho fanclub.

Since I have such a huge obsession with the anime (huge enough to look down at many other animes because they dont have enough originality, characters or episodes) I find myself kinda glued to these forums... however I'm easily entertained by the poll forums because they're fun to answer.

I spend more and more of my time each day on Bulbagarden and Serebiiforums because they seem more Pokemon-y and more active in that aspect. I still love this community to bits but it's kinda dull lately so I dont post here madly anymore. Maybe when it gets lively again, I'll come back more often than once a day.

Well, I mean when I first joined up here, it was strictly for Pokemon discussion, but then after a while everything just kinda...slowly became repatative in those sub-forums, so I'll still visit TCG and FR/LG from time-to-time, but not nearly as much as I used to.

Not as much as I use to. The only Pokemon sections I go to a regular bases is the Pokemon RP section. Some times I go to the games section if there is anything that intrest me. Still it seems like some times it isn't worth looking since the topics kind of are pointless to me. I do see myself hanging around the games section once I get DP.

I don't think I've posted in one of those forums for half a year now. I've lost the interest of Pokemon ever since I lost my FireRed which had all my EV trained Pokemon from my Ruby, Sapphire and LeafGreen.

Not very often due to Pokémon being somewhat a lack of interest to me, in both anime and games. In fact I used to post a lot more in those sections during the first few months I joined PC. Nowadays I just restrict myself to only a few sections, in which is a habit I'm slowly growing out of.

When I first joined PC I only went to the Pokemon forums. I thought "Why does PC even have non Pokemon forums?". But now, as of late, I stay away from the Pokemon forums on PC.
I do think it'll change when Pokemon D/P comes out, but for right now, it's a no go for me.

I used to not go there because they didn't interest me. However, every once in a while, I am interested. In those (extremely rare) cases, I'll go and look, and, judging from the thread names, they seem almost completely overrun by n00bs. Almost all the questions seem to be either unintelligent, or the answers can be found with just a teensy bit of searching on the thread creator's part. Then I get annoyed, and don't visit them again for another 6 months. XD

I miss the old PC, of days long past. But that's a story for another thread. XD

Out of all the Pokémon sections, I think it's currently the D/P game forum that I have the most interest in, and if I happen to come accross an interesting topic, I also tend to post in it. =P

I wish I had the time to. I think that, if people were really interested in the Pokemon sections again, the whole forum would flourish. I even had ideas on how to spruce them up at one point, but I just don't have the time to think about it now. oo; Oh well. If I find time to play DP, I'll definitely try to make use of them.

Way back when I registered, I used to post on the Pokemon Anime forums occasionally. Eventually, I lost interest on the Anime, and stopped going there. Never posted on the other Pokemon sections, though.

I'm not fond of discussing or posting the teams of my little Nintendo Games.

I prefer to keep to myself on Pokemon, but I will occasionally mention how much I adore Flygon on it. I also have a fondness for Pokemon Ranger, but I don't recall seeing a section on it.

Pokemon is wearing down on me shortly. Not because it's "Childish" or such, but because none of my friends like it, there's no new thrilling adventure in the games except:
