Legacies: Legends Live Forever
The Final Collection
So many times I've put off starting this series. Some of you might have heard me mention Legacies somewhere in the past. For those of you who don't know, I've been planning to start work on a series of fake card sets for many months now, about a year. Legacies is (read: was) the name of the series. The name of the first set changed that many times...Versus, Starting Point and Expedition were the three that stuck for longest.
Now, though, I have GCSEs coming up in a few weeks, and after that, I hope to start work on a large website project and a large TCG project. So, I've decided, the days of freelance faking are over for me. And with that decision comes a very big post - one containing all the fake cards I never got around to officially posting.
So sit back, relax, and most importantly, enjoy. :)
EX Expeditions: First Take
The first take of EX Expeditions used the newly-released Acanthite blanks. I only ever made four cards.

Then it was time to try again - more ideas came to me, and new blanks were released. Unfortunately, again, only four cards were ever made.

Legacies Promotional Cards
In total, six Legacies promo cards were made. Four used Acanthite blanks, two used Diamond & Pearl blanks.

The One That Got Away
Yep. There was one more - and it was never finished. I always planned to make a gym set, a decent English make of Pokémon*VS. It was gonna be called EX Versus, due for release 2008. Don't even know why I made one card, but here's the sole (unfinished) card:

The Final Word
I'm disappointed I never finished Legacies. I'm disappointed that I let it die. But, as the saying goes - que sera, sera. Whatever will be, will be. Legacies was never going to be finished anyway.
