shane looks like he's replying, so I'll leave it to him, but why you would make a poll in an RMT, the reason escapes my logic.

To be honest, the option I would like to use for your poll is not listed. Anyways, I don't have time to rate three teams so I will rate the one you can actually change the easiest. Also, when asking for a rate, please include the nature as that can really drive what the best moveset is. Fixes and suggestions in bold:

---------
Nidoqueen lv 60@ Choice Band / Leftovers
Trait: Poison Point
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam / Shadow Ball
- Sludge Bomb
- Super Power
A Nidoqueen without a STAB Earthquake and Sludge Bomb is a VERY sad Nidoqueen. This is outclassed by the stronger Nidoking, but it is your preference. Choice Band allows it to hit harder. Ice Beam or Shadow Ball is your preference, depending on what you fear most. Surf is not needed on Nidoqueen since its other attacks will have adequate type coverage. Also NEVER use the crappy HM moves not called Surf. They are useless and provide no benefit whatsoever.
Sandslash lv 62 @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Veil
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Rock Slide
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Toxic / Double-Edge
Avoid crappy two turn attack like Dig. Earthquake can do more damage attacking in one turn than Dig can attacking once that takes two turns. Bleah. While I am at it, two attacking moves of the same type is also bad strategy. When are you going to use Dig over Earthquake? Never. Sandslash likes Swords Dance to increase its Atk by two stages. Right after I chastise you for using a Normal move on a non-Normal Poke, I will suggest Double-Edge. That only works due to its nature and Swords Dance. A boosted Double-Edge can deal good damage to most Pokes, regardless of the fact that it has no advantage. Toxic is an okay alternative. Rock Slide hits things that Earthquake cannot. I am not a big fan of Sandslash, but it will do.
Fearow lv 62 @ Choice Band
Trait: Keen Eye
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Return
- Quick Attack
- Drill Peck
- Steel Wing
Standard Normal/Flying-type set. A STAB Return really hurts. And yes, after I also chastise you for having two attacking moves of the same type, I suggest it. The difference here though is that Quick Attack has an alternate purpose than Return. Return is for power while Quick Attack is for speed. A STAB Quick Attack is nothing to sniff at and can KO most weak Pokes. Dodrio is the King of the Normal/Flying-types, but Prince Fearow isn't too bad.
Machamp lv 63 @ Leftovers
Trait: Guts
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Cross Chop
- Rest / Bulk Up
- Rock Slide
- Sleep Talk / Facade
THREE low accuracy Fighting-moves? Yikes. Go with the above set. Stakerchamp is an absolute terror. When it sleeps (or gets statused in general), it activates its Guts, which increases its Atk by 1.5x. This thing makes most Pokes cry. If you cannot get Sleep Talk, you can go with the alternate setup. Bulk Up increases its Atk and Def and Facade (yes, another Normal move) will DOUBLE its Atk if it is PAR/PSN/BRN. You cannot pass up that kind of power.
dynamic punch
fire blast
submission
Articuno lv 65
blizzard
ice beam
aerial ace
rock smash
I am not digging the many shared weaknesses (Ice, Electric, Water, and HUGE Rock weakness) you have on this team. Articuno shines on a competitive team, but not so much against the brainless AI. I will suggest a better alternative below.
Charizard lv 69
heat wave
blast burn
dragon claw
fly
Meh. Two crappy two-turn moves on a weak Fire-type. Not a good combination. I will suggest a better alternative below.

You have a bunch of frail attackers and little else. I would suggest taking out either Nidoqueen or Sandslash. What you really need is one or two good special attackers and a Poke that can take some hits for your team.
Special Attackers
Alakazam
Gengar
Starmie
Jynx
Espeon
Electabuzz
Jolteon
Dragonite
Defensive Pokes
Snorlax
Suicune
Blissey
Umbreon
Venusuar
Weezing
Onix
Cloyster
Forretress
Pick a few and then we can proceed to improve your team now. As your LG team stands now, you really don't want it rated. Let's just work on improving it.

I'll rate Articuno because he didn't (I know why but Articuno is cool). It goes like this:
Articuno@Leftovers
Ice Beam
Rest
Sleep Talk
Whirlwind
AM I DOIN IT RIGHT?!

is ur using articuno for the e4, then whirlwind is pretty mushc useless. unless u want to keep switching their pokemon until u find one that suits u.
the 'rest' might work if articuno's def/spdef is high enough to stand attacks (can never remember), if so, sleep talk goes with it.

That is the whole point of Whirlwind. I didn't cover it because unless you are familiar with how to utilize the moveset provided by Mullet, you are better off using something else.

I'm sure you won't if your opponent starts setting up Calm Minds against you.

i normally switch to super effective moves or physical moves by then.
status effects and such.
rayquaze and blaziken, salamence and flygon are such good pokemon. sad to say 3/4 are 4x weak to ice.

Thats why they would just switch to sweeping your team if you switch to something to counter not named a special wall
