Why isn't xXscytherXx posting this?
Because a few months before I registered here I actually had an idea about passing a ROM and save file along but when I registered here xXscytherXx had beat me too it. So I'm hosting the FireRed version of Play Power Pass with permission of xXscytherXx. Credit to him.

What's Up?
Pass the ROM! A fun game where you are assigned a badge or specific area and you play up to it and pass it to the next person.

Team
Pewter City - -:Buro-kun Tsubasa:-Swinlliot
Cerulean City - Trainer Kat- Flavaquil -
Vermillion City - ChrisG14
Celadon City - xXscytherXx
Fuscia City - Electivire
Saffron City - Angelic Diablo
Cinnabar Island - seanmorely
Viridian City - Marz
Elite Four - - Flavaquil -

Sevii Islands
The person who gets Cinnabar island and after, will get accses to the first three islands. The rest will be sorted out after.

Rules:
Absolutely no cheating devices!
No trading, but only for evolving.
No legendaries... Kind of ruins the fun...
Post regular (but not too regular) Updates of party and progress.
Don't just do your part and leave the rest to suffer, you need to raise the party!
Don't just give up, be devoted.
In conjunction with the above rule bare in mind that you WILL be replaced if you fail to play. If there's a good reason then you'll still be replaced but be instantly given a position in the next one.

Tutorial on Posting Save File

Save ingame and exit VBA
Upload the .sav file and send it to the next person
Person who recieves it must open VBA, then go to File> import> Battery File> Choose the .sav file
There you go... Now go Play, get the team more Powerful, and then Pass

My ROM won't save!
If for what ever reason your ROM won't save please try the below steps.
Pause ingame and click on Flash > Flash128K
Save ingame and repeat the Save file tutorial above.
If it still dosen't work then try a differant ersion of the Emulator.

Misc.

Because there is so many things to do besides just the Gyms you can do two things if you want, but wait until a lot of people have signed up before you requst a second.
It is reccomended that you train a new Pokemon as well as the party when you play so we have a stronger party and more variation for things like Battle Tower and Elite Four.
You can play however you like as long as you follow the rules. The above is just a recomendation.

You need a Pokemon FireRed USA Rom.

Oops, forgot about the second Viridian. I'll add you both. No this isn't the Electabuzz one, and you can't get Scyther either :( but then i'd have to make a new bar. I might actually change it.

@Scyther: Yeah, I was confused also so I changed it to the Cities. Vermillion City will get Rock Tunnel. Celadon will get the Game Corner. Fushcia City will get Lavander Tower! so after Game Corner xXScytherXx will pass it too me. Saffron Will get Silph Co. Viridian will get Victory Road.

Yes but after them Gyms Venusaur is pants against the Leauge, Saffron, Cinnabar and Fuscia Gyms. Also not that good against Celadon Gym.

Oh yeah. I've completley -Seriously- forgot about this! I'll play too the point where Swinlliot got too as he's obiously too lazy to do it himself. From what I saw when he showed me screenshots in a PM (Which I deleted so I can't post them XO) He had a Level 14 Bulbasaur, Level 12 Pidgey and a level 13 Beedrill.

Hey! Sorry for the problems with the first one but, Ya know, this stuff happens. Electivire E-mailed me and asked me too do it again (Told me too do it again) because he's lazy. (Eventhough it's my job anyway). As a sorry for it not working when I re-did it I added a Pikachu too our Team, not that'll do much though it'll help with the next gym although Bulbasaur should do anyway XD. So anyway, here ya go! I'd do screenshots but I forgot. Once again, sorry for the delay/error. I hope that it works this time.

- I ditched Beedrill for Zubat
- Beat Misty and then saved in the Underground Passage

Yup, but PC accepts sav files. So that shouldn't have been a problem...

Also the only problem with my Crobat on Pearl is that he knows Fly T_T. Anyway, you did a great job and the next person can do it whenever but preferably ASAP (No pressure) I have Fuscia or Celadon (Can't remember, I think it's Fuscia) I'm debating on whether I should Evolve Pikachu or Keep catching Wild Pikachus to see if I can get a Light Ball whihc powers him up. But I'll have no Choice if the person in front evolves him into the Super Special Awesome Raichu. Anyway, it's YOUR style of playing so its up too whoever has Celadon (xXScytherXx I think, not sure) Anyway, nice job Flava and good luck to everyone else. (I miss that Beedrill :'( )

Btw, you won't be able to get Light Ball in FR from wild Pikas. It's restricted to R/S/E Pikas in the Safari Zone. I'd say evolve Pika later on at a higher level though....

It's kind of funny, I had a clean working FR ROM last month, and I deleted it for a D/P ROM which is subpar and hardly works. Oh the irony...

It's not the ROM's problem. Go to your emulator and change the settings.

Options > Emulator > Save Type > Flash 128k

It should work properly straight afterwards for FR.

Me in first Post
Tutorial on Posting Save File

Save ingame and exit VBA
Upload the .sav file and send it to the next person
Person who recieves it must open VBA, then go to File> import> Battery File> Choose the .sav file
There you go... Now go Play, get the team more Powerful, and then Pass

If It still doesn't work then can you go to File > Export > Gameshark Snapshot and upload that please? Thanks :)
