Stick Fly on a Pokemon that you don't use, so Charizard can actually do something better. Blast Burn and all Hyper Beam effect moves are a waste of time. Belly Drum is a bred move, so you might try Swords Dance.

In the last slot, Crunch and Dragon Claw aren't really that great, so Leech Seed is preferred. Here's a little math:

Solar Beam has 120 Base Power.
Solar Beam takes two turns to use.
Leaf Blade has 70 Base Power.
Leaf Blade can be used twice in two turns.
Leaf Blade used twice in two turns equals 140 Base Power.

Besides having only 5 Pokemon, you have trouble taking damage from Fighting types. Charizard is the only one not getting 2HKOd by them, but with it's subpar defenses, it can't keep taking those hits for too long. It also has to put up with being hit by a possible Rock Slide that is a common move on most Fighting types. I think Weezing could be a good addition here to help with that.
