Blastoise Lvl 55:
Ice Beam
Rest
Surf
Haze / Counter / Mirror Coat / Toxic
What did you plan to do with 3 water moves? Try not to use more than one of the same type of offnesive move, in which this case, Surf is the best choice. Hydro Cannon and other Hyper Beam moves are wastes of time.
Moltres Lvl 51:
Flamethrower
Aerial Ace
Overheat
Toxic
Not much Moltres can do outside of XD. Overheat is SOMEWHAT valid here, in case you just need to finish off something that's lingering on health.
Exeggutor Lvl 51:
Sunny Day
Sleep Powder
Psychic / Synthesis / Explosion
Solarbeam
Take advantage of Chlorphyll and that high SAtk stat.
Onix Lvl 50:
Rock Slide
Explosion / Toxic
Earthquake
Iron Tail / Toxic
Evolve it after you beat the elite 4.
Muk Lvl 48:
Sludge
Strength
Sludge Bomb
Hidden Power
Before I help you there, do you know what type, or even what Base Power your Hidden Power has? It would be helpful to know, if you do.
Please help me make my pokemon better for the Elite Four please
You'll most likely need Snorlax or a good Electric type (Zapdos/Electabuzz) to get past Lorelei, so you might want to work towards that. You'll also have issues with Agatha with no real means of taking her on without getting hurt by shadow balls and thunderbolts. You should drop Onix for maybe Gengar until you've beaten the elite 4, when you can evolve Onix.

Synchronize does have a point about zapdos,
it's incredibly helpful since its also an electric type and can beat Lorelei.
(i only used it because my rival had a blastoise actually)
u might also want to use pokemon like dragonite with icebeam/thunderbolt/dragon claw...
it does help..

No. Just no. Dragon Claw outside of D/P makes Dragonite a very sad flying, hippoish, dragon-thingie. And really, this team has enough of a Boltbeam weak as it is. A 4x Ice weak really isn't called for.
Now moving on to the actual question...which TMs are we talking here? I'd assume Aerial Ace, Sunny Day and possibly Toxic? The others in those suggestions can be bought at the Game Corner, so that's no big deal. If you're missing any of those three I mentioned, though, then it can't be helped (Unless you've got another game to trade them in from). I guess you could get some of them through breeding chains, but meh...which ones are you missing?
