This is another song I wrote. This is in the same style as Wierd Child, namely, Black Sabbath style:

Dark snow of radiation,
Strangeling the Greatest Nation.
Forgive, they know not what they do,
They really meant not to kill you.
Super Weapons to protect us,
From the enemy, ficticious.
Evil minds that would destroy,
Acting only as decoy.

Gray blanket that darkens skies,
Poisoning the Great King's eyes.
Satan's grin grows ever-wider,
Power shifts, the new decider.
Flesh to clay, life is fading,
Must fate of Man be so degrading?
Mankind Impaled upon it's sword,
All forgetting heaven's word.

Sleeping village, under choking haze.
Has the earth, seen darker days?
Life is waning, with the sun's last light.
Everyone sleeping, their final night.

Buried under poison hail,
Watch in horror as evil prevails.
Mother Earth sighs at last,
Watching her children fading fast.
Darkest dreams coming true,
with no hope of morning's dew
The bleeding eyes of Earth's Conceivor,
Blinded by the flakes of Deceivor.

Great imagery! Trully a classic Sabbath style and more reminiscent to War Pigs for me. Sabbath usually sets up an atmosphere to capture their listeners, and you my friend caught that atmosphere well. Good job!

Thank you for the compliment, The style I was shooting for was more specifically for Electric Funeral and Into the Void. Was I close to those?

I think I love you.

Because I love Electric Funeral, and I love that poem.
