I have a Mew and I'm not sure which TM's to teach it. Which ones would be the best? I have Leaf Green if that matters.

Well.. If you have hidden power TM use that.. then train to get psychic and all the other basic attacks.. But for now if you don't just train the mew and give it regular attacks..

Thats not really a good idea.. to use those attacks.. sure it would be good against most types but not all.. I mean a Dragon Type can still take down mew because i had a pikachu and when I went up against winona she killed my pikachu or fainted lol and i picked treeko as my starter so i made the ultimate team.. six pikachus but they failed so no dont teach mew that move set

That made no sense whatsoever. Kindly stop the Pikachu-laced spam. Besides, Mew would whip any dragon type with that set by exploiting their (usually double) ice weak with Ice Beam. xP
Anyway, except for Blizzard and the Lum Berry (Should be Ice Beam and Leftovers respectively) that's a fully functioning Mew ||NightLight|| provided. Although of course you can always replace one of the damaging moves with Calm Mind for that potential to sweep through everything. Ice Beam and Thunderbolt is near-perfect type coverage, but Psychic is STAB and thus the most effective when you don't have a weakness to exploit.

Actually, I choose a different moveset for Mew, since Mewtwo can do that moveset better.
Mew @ Leftovers / Choice Band
Trait:Synchronize
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake / Explosion
- Hypnosis / Substitute
- Shadow Ball
- Swords Dance / Focus Punch
No one expects a physical Mew, and since most ubers are special-based, this thing can suprise and terrorize. Swords Dance increases Atk by 2x, making up for the lack of a physical STAB. You can go the Hypnosis route or the SubPunch route, or even a combo for a Choice Band route.
