who are they and why

I dont like Geodudes because its so boring and also zubat and tentacools. After seeing them alot I've relize that they showed up so much in places I go and I got tired of looking at them

I personally don't really like any of emeralds animations. I wish they had animated it in the style of crystal's animations rather than just stretching and recolouring them.

All of them, well most. They are just basiclly enlargening, stretching and skewing the sprite! The Crystal and DP Animations rule!

I personally hate Milotic's look in Emerald... but love it in Diamond/Pearl.

Well, I've kinda gotten used to them, so now they don't bug me anymore. :P

I'd say all of them. The animations weren't really necessary and they slow the pace of the game down.
